Everybody’s favorite reality tv star-turned-jailbird Nick Hogan was involved in a car accident on Saturday night in Los Angeles. Thankfully, this time no friends were involved and no one was injured.

Nick was on his way back from a charity event for Keep It On The Track, an organization devoted to safe driving.

Yep. Doesn’t get much better than that. Someone should just rethink the whole driving thing, it’s not really working out.

In a new interview with Hollywood Life, Redemption singer Brooke Hogan yaps about her damaged relationship with mom Linda.

“She’s done some things that, you know, I don’t think any mother would ever do. I love her so much but, you know, it’s just a lot of the things she did really hurt me,” says the 21-year-old singer. “So I wrote a song on my new album called ‘Dear Mom.’ It’s pretty brutal, but it’s honest.”

We’ve heard it and yes, Brooke, it’s brutal indeed.

Like many families that choose to show their lives on reality TV, her parents fell victim to the divorce curse. But does she think the cameras are to blame? “It definitely adds extra pressure,” she says. “I mean, you can’t air out your shorts or scream your head off when you want to. But if the problem is underlying, it’s bound to come out at some point.”

She hasn’t lost both parents during the bitter divorce battle. Brooke admits that she is closer than ever to dad Hulk Hogan and loves how involved he has been with her show Brooke Knows Best. “He’s been on the show like six times. He’s going to go on my show, some more. He always pops in.”

Here’s the 55-year-old professional wrestler and his gifted daughter Brooke Hogan, 20, driving a mini Cadillac Escalade around Miami’s Ocean Drive while shooting a segment for the forthcoming second season of Brooke Knows Best.

But behind the scenes, Papa Hogan, who’s real name is Terry Bollea, is squabbling with his soon-to-be ex-wife Linda Hogan in divorce court.

In particular, TampaBay reports that the two are currently duking it out over the sharing of George Cruz, a handyman who divides time between the split couple’s estates.

Linda’s lawyer filed a motion claiming Hulk has been making “unreasonable requests” of Cruz, which has prevented him from tending to her needs as well.

Sheesh! Shouldn’t 49-year-old Linda be satisfied with the cheap young labor she already has at her disposal?

Between his son Nick Bollea‘s recent jail stint, his wife shifting into cougar mode and his daughter’s less-than-progressive world views, perhaps Hulk ought to come out of his semi-retirement and hop back into the ring full time.

At least he’d be able to get some aggression out.

“He was on a roll,” he said. “He was a young professional driver. He had the show going, and then when he went to jail, he got stripped of everything.

“He got stripped of clothes, of watches, and he found out what’s important in life,” Hulk added.

The watches must have been a totally crushing blow. It’s bad enough to cause your best friend permanent brain damage, but to have your watch taken away—tragic.

“And before he went in there, he was accountable, and he was responsible. And he found out in jail, the most important thing. It’s about helping people, being positive, moving forward.”

As long as he helps and moves forward without getting behind the wheel of a car…

Hogan was serving eight months at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida, for the accident that put his best friend John Graziano in a permanent vegetative state.

“They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,” a jail official stated.

“I’m not sure where he’ll live. I think he’s going to do his own thing,” Nick’s genius sister Brooke Hogan said recently.

That must be an amazing comfort to Graziano’s family.

For someone who whines about intrusive press coverage, Brooke loves attracting attention. Here’s her latest MySpace blog rambling:

“As crazy as that sounds to say, I wish I was still with my wife.”

Hogan and ex-wife Linda Bollea split in November. Since then, they have been embroiled in a nasty divorce battle—rife with arguments over their assets and accusations of stalking.

Hulk insistss that their split wasn’t designed to protect their assets from the family of John Graziano. John’s parents filed a lawsuit after their son was permanently brain-damaged in a car accident caused by Hulk and Linda’s son, Nick Hogan.

“If this is a ploy, [Linda] being intimate with a 19-year-old kid is pretty good acting,” Hogan says. “For me to be able to handle… my 50-year-old wife sleeping in a bed with a 19-year-old boyfriend and using my gym, and driving my cars, and living in my house. I guess we’ve got a pretty good act going on ‘cause that’s a lot to take on.”

Hulk should take heart. The kid sorta looks like him. That’s a tribute, right?

Hulk isn’t exactly pining away. He’s dating a woman who looks disturbingly like his daugher and his ex-wife.

And his boy Nick’s okay, too. He gets regular visits in jail from his mannish sister, Brooke.

Purveyor of lies Brooke says that the media missed her because she used a different point of entry. The back door. One she’s likely used to.

They’re finally moving you out of that cramped, boring jail cell in Pinellas County Jail like you’ve been asking them to do.

Now, the bad news: You’re being transferred to an adult facility.

Hogan (né Nick Bollea)—the son of wrestler Hulk Hogan who’s serving an eight-month sentence for putting his buddy John Graziano in a vegetative state—turns the big 1-8 on Sunday.

According to TMZ.com, the whiny little sleazebag will celebrate by moving to an adult facility, after having been housed in juvey since his incarceration in May.

Moving into your first place after you turn 18 can be a blast! The parties. The lack of supervision. The roommate hovering over you with a shiv in one hand and…

There is one bit of good news for Nick. Now that he’s of age, he’ll be able to buy the issue of Playboy featuring his sister Brooke when it comes out.

Maybe the Hulkster will smuggle in a copy.

After he’s done with it, of course.

No wonder that he gave his girlfriend/wife lookalike daughter a booty rubdown.

There is no way anyone can know with certainty which of these bleach heads is Hulk’s kid Brooke and which is his girlfriend.

But one thing is sure. Brunettes need not apply to boink a Hogan.

Clearwater, Florida, police say there is an “open investigaton” into the phone calls, according to TMZ.

The Tampa Tribune reports that Graziano’s father, Edward, has confirmed the caller is Frank, his son from his estranged wife’s first marriage. Drama in Florida!

The very Sopranos-esque calls were broadcast on the popular local “Bubba the Love Sponge” radio show yesterday morning. Host Bubba, a friend of the Hogans, played the edited calls along with commentary. You can listen to them here. Note, these are NSFW, unless you really want to alarm your boss.

In the two messages, the caller refers to Linda and Brooke Hogan as “whores” and says he is going to “piss on you and your family’s grave.” And that’s the nice portion.

He also repeatedly threatens Nick.

Hulk (aka Terry Bollea) and his family have been subject to public outcry since taped jailhouse calls between Nick and his father in which they appear to be inexplicably blaming John Graziano for the accident were made public.

Hulk then went on Larry King Live to call the tragedy God’s attempt to make his son and John Graziano better people.

The Hogans complained about officials releasing their phone calls to the public. This family needs to cancel their phone service and perhaps try letters. The telephone is not their friend lately.

From the first day he entered jail, the kid has done nothing but complain about his treatment and beg to come home because “the cell is smaller than my bathroom.”  

The Hulkster wants the world to know “there’s been a lot of reckless reporting that isn’t accurate.” Alrighty, then, let’s take it from the top:

• Did his son drink alcohol Hulk himself bought? “I bought alcohol and took it out on the boat for the adults. Nick does not drink in my presence.”

• Was he allowed to whip around in a souped-up sports car despite previous citations? “Nick had a couple tickets. You know, one was when I was with him.”

• Did Nick beg his dad to line up a reality show so “I will make the most money”? Uh-huh. 

• Would he be pushing for empathy if the situation were reversed and it was Nick who was splayed out like sashimi? “Yes, I would feel, simply because of religiously and spiritually where I’m at—I would forgive.”

• What’s behind this entire nightmare? “Things happen for a reason. This is to make Nick a better person. In my belief, this is to make John a better person.”

Ohhhh-kay, don’t think a vegetative state is going to lead anyone toward being a better person. In a word, it was one uncomfortable hour. Judge for yourself…

It’s time to tape those buttcheeks together and pray for morning, lil’ guy.

The son of famed wrestler Hulk Hogan, reality star Nick is serving eight months in a Florida prison for the August 2007 street-racing crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in a permanent vegetative state.

Hogan, who had been drinking before the crash, had previously given interviews proudly stating that he regularly broke speed limits in his series of sports cars.

The criminal was initially placed in solitary confinement because of his age (18), and the fact that he’s short, blond and has an aura of “please beat the shit out of me because I’m a tool.”

After having a request to live with his mother under house arrest turned down by the judge, Nick will now join three other juvenile offenders in a cell, complete with a television.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office stated to TMZ the transfer was made as a result of “ongoing assessments of inmate situations.”

Squeaky entitled wheel gets the grease. Careful what you wish for, Nicky!

According to the gossip site, Charley Hill was “definitely friends” with Linda’s son Nick when both were younger and attended the same Florida church as the Hogan family. He spent time as an alter boy at this very house of worship.

The cougar-loving teen was only one grade above Nick, with whom he often played sports. Is she in competition with her husband Hulk for most disgusting, inappropriate parent on the planet? Because so far, it’s looking like a draw.

Young Nick (né Nick Bollea), scion of gentlemanly wrestler Hulk Hogan, is currently sitting in Florida’s Pinellas County Jail, serving an eight-month sentence for a street-racing crash that left his pal John Graziano in a vegetative state.

But according to Hogan (or his lawyers, at least), Graziano’s condition is his own fault.

A response to the Graziano family’s lawsuit against Nick obtained by TMZ.com argues that “John Graziano was the adult in the vehicle on the day of the accident” and, as such, “did nothing to supervise Nick Bollea.”

Wait, there’s more: “Graziano practically lived at the Bollea house. John Graziano knew Nick Bollea well…If there was any risk associated with riding as a passenger, John Graziano knew of the risk and assumed the risk when he chose to be a passenger.”

In other words, anyone who would befriend Nick gets what he deserves? Perhaps there is some twisted wisdom to that.

But let’s get back to the real victim in all of this: Nick Hogan.

In yet another paper filed by the 17-year-old’s mouthpieces, authorities at his current digs were asked to either release him into house arrest or move him to the jail’s minimum-security section, according to Access Hollywood. Apparently, being segregated is causing Nick “unbearable anxiety.”

That motion, anyway, was denied by a judge today.

But look at it this way, Nick: All that alone time will allow you to come up with plenty more lame excuses for why you’re not responsible for your own actions.

Things literally started with a bang, when oily-gluted daughter Brooke got in a fender-bender in Clearwater, Florida, on Sunday. Which wouldn’t be a terribly newsworthy event, if it didn’t involve the Hogans and their industrial-grade tackiness.

According to TMZ, shortly after the accident Brooke published a post on her MySpace page crediting her brother Nick and his friend John Graziano—who’s currently in a coma because of Nick’s reckless driving—with saving her life, since they inadvertently taught her the importance of wearing a seat belt. The post disappeared shortly after reports of it emerged on the Internet.

Stay classy, Brooke! But then, how could you not, with a role model like your mother Linda? This week also saw the leak of yet another prison phone call between Nick and Linda, and this time it was Linda’s turn to do the whining. Apparently, she can’t understand why Graziano’s mother, Debra, is so upset about her son being in a persistent vegetative state. After assuring her precious little snowflake that “you don’t deserve to be [in jail]” for putting Graziano in Terri Schiavo mode, Linda declares, “I knew [John] better than his own mother…And she has no other recourse other than to than to be nasty and vindictive right now.”

Totally; where does Debra Graziano get off, acting all uppity just because her son will most likely never be sentient again? What a bitch.

But wait, there’s more. Linda goes on to weepily assert that “John never meant anything to her or [John's father] Ed” and, “She’s not suffering, I am!” (Hulk also engaged in some victim-blaming recently. During a jailhouse conversation with Nick, the Hulkster opined that God laid some “heavy sh*t” on Graziano because of things he was “into.”)

Oh, well, at least Linda can console herself in the arms of the 19-year-old boat-maintenance guy she’s reportedly started dating. 

Say what you will about the Hogans, they never fail to entertain.

What will the rest of this week hold for this wacky clan? Check back tomorrow; Hulk will probably be body-slamming a near-lifeless Graziano while bellowing, “What’s your problem, bro?”

“[My cell is] like, half the size of my bathroom,” Bollea wails. He also details how the ample free time that imprisonment tends to create has led to the most grievous torment of all: boredom.

Funny, you never hear the paralyzed Graziano bellyaching about the size of his room. Oh, that’s right; he can’t. Maybe he can communicate his thoughts on the matter by blinking. Okay, John; blink once for “my room’s fine,” twice for “it’s a little cramped” and three times for “if I ever regain use of my limbs, I’m going to rip Nick Hogan’s genitals off and smother him with his own balls.”

Ever the concerned mom, Linda offers her jailbird kid a few tips for passing the time. “You can make your bed 42 different ways. You can wash your hands a lot,” Ma Hogan says. She also suggests that he can kill time by “do[ing] push-ups.”

If Nick’s smart, he’ll go with the push-ups. Because if he’s not someone’s bitch in the joint already, the way he whines he’s bound to be on a few inmates’ lists.

“Every single day I think about the accident—and pray for John every chance I get,” said Hogan, whose real name is Nick Bollea. “There will never be a day in my life where I ever will forget this. I know for a fact that I’ve apologized to the Grazianos—I do genuinely mean that, I’m terribly sorry.”

This after tearful testimony from the family and friends on both sides of Nick’s onetime best buddy, 22-year-old decorated Marine John Graziano, who had just served a tour in Iraq and remains on his back with brain injuries. Hulk saw Graziano as “just another part of my family,” while Nick’s big sis Brook—a reality star in her own right and wearing an oddly chosen little black dress showing patches of bare shoulder—told the judge she was in court “to defend both of my brothers.”

Nick himself turned to look the Grazianos in the eye and said, “I will never, ever be able to say I’m sorry enough…but I am terribly sorry.”

John’s father took the podium and countered that he recalled Nick’s “antics” whenever he visited his hospitalized friend to that of “skateboarding down hallways and shooting dartguns, showing his lack of consideration for anyone’s life but his own.”

Still, the families were united in support of Nick’s about-face decision to accept his fate and asked for no more than a year in jail. Pinellas County judge Philip Federico took it from there: eight months in county jail, five years’ probation with no drinking for the duration, 500 hours of community service, no license for three years and DUI school.

The onetime Hogan Knows Best star went straight into custody to begin serving his sentence…yet there remains no end in sight for the Grazianos.
