Nikki Reed & Paul McDonald Perform ‘All I’m Asking’ (LISTEN)

Nikki Reed and her husband, former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, just released a video where you can see them performing “All I’m Asking.”

Set in their hotel room at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, they recorded this number while she was in town to celebrate her 24th birthday at Marquee.

Celebuzz recently talked with Nikki, who filled us in on whether she wants to record more music:

“Paul really wants me to sin,” Reed told us a few weeks ago. “My whole life I love singing, I love writing the most, so when we discovered we could do that together, it was like, ‘Could this get any better?’ Can you be with someone that you love then also realize you collaborate well together? So it was insane and amazing.”

Nikki continued:

Singing for me is just a form of expression. I’m not good enough to be a lead singer or anything. Paul yells at me anytime I say that. I definitely am singing harmonies on his album and I think we are going to release an EP together sometime in October. But I won’t be singing alone!

During Celebuzz‘s exclusive chat with Twilight star Nikki Reed, when we weren’t talking about babies and her new jewelry line, we obviously had to get the scoop on Breaking Dawn- Part 2.

“I haven’t seen in any clips yet, but I will tell you Kristen [Stewart] makes the most gorgeous vampire– it’s insane,” gushed Nikki.

“She really does. When we were filming I was just looking at those red eyes — it’s fierce! The fans are going to die.”

Now that filming has wrapped, has Reed been hanging with any cast members?

“This is just the honest truth — I see my costars all the time,” Nikki told Celebuzz’s Taryn Ryder.

“Kristen and Rob live ten minutes away, so that has been great. They’re great! And Peter [Facinelli] lives five minutes away, Jackson [Rathbone] lives three minutes away. We’re all super close to each other so it has felt like we’re still working together.”

In between the final Twilight films, a little movie called The Hunger Games has dominated the box office.

Did the lovely Reed, 23, check out her competition?

“I didn’t see it, but that’s because I need to read the books first!” Nikki said. “I’m coming up for air now!”

Breaking Dawn- Part 2 hits theaters November 16. The cast is expected to start promoting the new film at Comic-Con in San Diego this July.

Twilight star Nikki Reed sat down with Celebuzz for an exclusive interview in which she dished about babies, husband Paul McDonald, her forthcoming birthday and — of course – Breaking Dawn, which hits theaters in November.

“I have news for you!” an excited Nikki told us.

So what is the 23-year-old star’s big announcement?

“No, I’m not having a baby! All of Hollywood is pregnant, but I’m not!” Nikki joked.

Instead, her announcement … she turning from actress to designer, and is in the process of creating her first-ever jewelry line!

Nikki, who portrays Rosalie Hale in The Twilight Saga, revealed:

I can’t say who I’m doing it with yet, but it’s very exciting. I drew my own sketches and designed everything myself. I feel like it’s timeless. It feels very vintage. It’s inspired by a lot of the artists in my family who have done creative things. I’ve had a blast doing it! It will be out probably towards the end of the year. It’s funky, but not modern.

Now that she’s happily married to former American Idol contestant McDonald, the gorgeous actress admitted babies are on their mind.

“They are more on the brain for Paul than they are from me,” Nikki said at George Gina & Lucy’s Collection Launch Event at Fred Segel in Santa Monica, Calif. The event benefited Heal the Bay, a non-profit environmental group working to restore Santa Monica Bay.

“Paul is from the South so all of his friends are having babies. He looks at me all the time and goes ‘Should we just do this?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah maybe in a little bit.’”

Nikki and Paul have been the subject of much tabloid speculation about their family plans. Indeed, one recent report stated “Nikki looks like she’s gained about 10 lbs. and is refusing alcohol.”

Rejecting the media reports, Nikki joked that every time the gossip rags declare she’s pregnant she has to “call my in-laws and tell them, ‘I swear, I just ate lunch!’”

Nikki turns 24 on May 17 so we wanted to know what’s on her birthday agenda.

“Paul always has amazing things planned,” she said.

“Last year, every day was my birthday with Paul and I. Anywhere we would go I would be delivered cake —two weeks before my birthday, five weeks after. So I’m sure there will be cake involved!”

Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald are madly in love. The couple, who penned a lovey-dovey duet, “Now That I Found You” back in November, have finally made a music video. The collaboration offers insight into the newlywed’s year-long marriage. The stripped down video features the Twilight actress and American Idol singer walking hand-in-hand through a field and singing about how much they love each other. Aww!

The duo explained to MTV that the song was written while they were on a flight from Paris.

“Nikki’s a great writer and she always kind of sings along with me. I’m like, ‘Dude, you have a great voice. Why don’t we do something?’ When we were on the way back from France, this song kind of happened on the plane. We just got together and wrote it,” Paul said.

As for filming the video together, the two didn’t have to worry about chemistry. “It was easy. It was kind of weird because at the same time we’re shooting the video, and I’m wondering if Nikki’s going to be acting. She’s really good to work with. It all just kind of fell into place. She didn’t boss me around too much,” Paul added.

The couple that rocks together, stays together!

Nikki Reed stayed close to Paul McDonald‘s side at Rolling Stone’s 150 Years of Rocking The Party on Saturday. The husband-and-wife duo were almost inseparable as they walked down the red carpet together. Nikki, who was sporting a gorgeous multi-colored wrap dress, was all smiles as she posed for photos with her musician hubby.

But the Twilight actress has been making music of her own as well..

Nikki and Paul teamed up for the lovey-dovey duet, “Now That I Found You,” on the Breaking Dawn soundtrack. According to the actress, her American Idol husband wrote the melody and she penned the lyrics. How sweet! Take a listen HERE.

Twilight beauty Nikki Reed enjoyed an afternoon stroll with her brand-new husband, American Idol finalist Paul McDonald, Wednesday afternoon in LA, where they were joined by their adorable-looking dogs.

The couple, who were wed in October, appeared to get in a little exercise time, too, as they were both dressed to the nines in workout gear. (Naturally, Paul’s was a bit more on the eccentric side.)

Nikki recently graced the big screen in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part I, which, despite bad reviews from critics, has managed to gross over $267 million at the box office. Not bad.

‘Breaking Dawn’ Stars Work the Carpet at NY Premiere (PHOTOS)

While the big three of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were off in London at the UK premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 1, the film’s other stars were in the Big Apple doing their duty to promote the film at the New York premiere.

Starlets Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed were among the female cast members to attend — and knock them dead — at the New York premiere on Wednesday evening. Nikki went bold and beautiful in a bright green dress, while Ashley toned things down after her stunning red get-up in Los Angeles and instead opted for black-and-white elegance. Nonetheless, both looked incredible.

The Twilight star (and newlywed) stepped out before an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman in NYC on Wednesday, and was looking positively red hot in this little red dress.

When it comes to fashion, Nikki has been hitting it out of the park on the whole Breaking Dawn press tour!

First, the 23-year-old, who tied the knot with American Idol finalist Paul McDonald last month, was spotted in Italy wearing this etherial white gown.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 leading lady Kristen Stewart usually remains low key, but when she stepped out for her film premiere in Los Angeles Monday night, she had cameras going berzerk for her blue dress that showed off plenty of leg.

Costars Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene were just as glamorous, with Nikki donning a green one-shoulder floor-length gown, while Ashley opted for a stunning red strapless dress.

Nikki Reed on Early Party Girl Rumors: ‘I Was a Virgin’

Nikki Reed‘s years as a Twilight starlet have brought her into Hollywood’s A-list, though many may not remember that she got her start in the gritty film that she wrote called Thirteen, about rebellious and provocative teens living out their wild years.

That film and Nikki’s association with it caused many to stereotype her as a Hollywood wild child, but in the December issue of Seventeen magazine, Reed says that those preconceived notions couldn’t be further from the truth. Nikki opens up, saying:

“I got typecast as a party girl when Thirteen first came out. The funny thing was, I was a virgin, I didn’t do drugs and I barely drank.”

With her teenage years (and those pesky rumors) behind her, Nikki is now a married woman and is enjoying the impending success of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, which will be released on November 18. Now that the Twilight filming is all over, she reflects a bit on the process, saying it was less like work and more like being with friends.

“In the beginning, it was innocent and fun, and we were like one big happy family – it was like being at sleepaway camp. And then success comes along and changes the dynamic. We’re not all best friends, and we’re not all going to hang out together after the final movie is done,” Reed tells Seventeen.

Seventeen will be available on newsstands on November 22.

Kristen changed into converse shoes halfway through the carpet, and greeted fans until the bitter end! Rob followed suit, signing autograph after autograph before he went into the screening with his team. On the rooftop of the after-party at Nokia Live, Rob, Kristen and Taylor all had sections near the DJ. Quickly after the movie was finished, Rob and Kristen were off.

Pattinson and Stewart left together, with some family at still at their tables, but really they jetted off very early.

So where to, exactly?

Yep, the U.K premiere of Breaking Dawn! While Kristen’s attendance had been skeptical, we are told that is where they are headed along with Taylor, who hung tight with some industry friends prior to his departure.

On Monday, Nikki called into On Air with Ryan Seacrest to premiere their lovey-dovey duet, “Now That I Found You,” which will be featured on the Breaking Dawn soundtrack. Nikki revealed that her American Idol husband wrote the melody, and she penned the lyrics!

‘Twilight’ Actress Nikki Reed Ready for a Baby?

Although Nikki Reed and her American Idol hubby Paul McDonald walked down the aisle less than a month ago, the baby questions have already started. So is the Breaking Dawn star ready to start a family? McDonald recently spoke with E! News‘ Marc Malkin and revealed that those hoping for some real Twi-babies may have to wait a while.

“We’re not doing that anytime soon. We’re both young. She’s only 23 so she’s got a whole lot to do. We’re working a bunch right now. We want to still be young and spontaneous and have fun. In a couple years.”

The couple got married on October 16 and said their “I ‘dos” in a private ceremony held at a ranch in Malibu.

Reed met McDonald on the red carpet at the premiere of Red Riding Hood in March 2011 and the two began dating soon after. Their engagement was made official in June when the couple stepped out for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards and Nikki had some serious bling on her ring finger.

So how is married life? The 27-year-old singer says, “Married life is amazing. Of course it’s different than before but I felt like me and Nikki, even when we first met, I kind of felt like we were married.”

Atlanta Twihards got a special treat Monday night, as Twilight hotties Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene hit up the Buckhead Theatre for the first stop on the ‘Breaking Dawn’ concert tour.

The actors were all smiles and laughs as they took part in a pretty awesome Q&A. If that wasn’t enough, fans were also treated to a special performance by Christina Perri, whose new song, ‘A Thousand Years,’ is featured on the Breaking Dawn: Part 1 soundtrack. The five-city tour continues tonight at the House of Blues in Chicago, and will finish off Nov. 11 at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City.

Twilight beauty Nikki Reed and American Idol alum Paul McDonald celebrated their recent nuptials over the weekend with a very romantic trip to Italy.

The newlyweds were spotted locking lips as they did a little sightseeing around town. Among the places on their to-do list: the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica.

If that doesn’t get you excited for the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, just know this: The much-anticipated movie opens in just 17 days. (Insert “OMG!” here.)

Nikki, who recently got hitched to American Idol alum Paul McDonald, looked stunning in a flowing white dress, while Jackson classed things up in a three-piece suit and chain.

Twilight mania is going global! On Thursday, Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed, looked to be in good spirits as they posed for the paparazzi at the Breaking Dawn photocall at the Villamagna Hotel in Madrid.

The pair had a busy day while promoting the fourth film. Looking very stylish, Jackson was sporting a black and grey ensemble while Nikki donned a curve-hugging dress.

Recently, Rathbone opened up about Edward and Bella’s wedding scene, admitting he was “speechless” as Kristen Stewart walked down the aisle in her beautiful wedding dress.

“Whenever Kristen walked down as Bella in the wedding dress, we … couldn’t breathe. It was just one of those amazing moments, where as an actor, you just don’t have to do anything but just be there,” he told On The Red Carpet.
