Anaheim’s very best are settling down.

But before No Doubt fans everywhere begin to panic, the interruption is for good reason: the band is recording new music.

On Monday, Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Adrian Young and Tom Dumont posted a special message on the band’s Facebook page from an L.A. studio.

“While we were traveling the world last year promoting Push and Shove, Gwen mentioned she was inspired to write new music,” the group wrote.

“In December, around the time of our hometown shows, we discussed the idea of starting 2013 by getting back into the studio together. We did so in January and the new music started flowing with unexpected ease. After spending three years recording the last album, this new pace feels incredibly exciting.”

“We have decided to follow our muse for the time being and focus on this new music that we don’t want to stop. So, we will be postponing our tour plans briefly while we endeavor to create something special and inspired.”

Push and Shove, No Doubt’s sixth studio album, was released in July 2012. Only two official singles were released: “Settle Down” and “Looking Hot.”

Earlier in the evening, the group shared a studio photo of Stefani posing with a mic as her band mates looked on.

The leading ladies of Tinsletown were out and about this weekend and showed no signs of slowing down.

Sunday night’s SAG Awards were swarming with tons of celebs in Los Angeles. After cheering on co-star Anne Hathaway for taking home the Best Supporting Actress award, Les Miserables star Amanda Seyfriend was spotted exiting an afterparty at Hollywood’s famous Chateau Marmont.

Meanwhile, Rihanna was escorted out of a Los Angeles nightclub after a girl’s night out with friends. The “Diamonds” singer has been in the recording studio with on-again beau Chris Brown, but neither singer has spoken about specifics of the project.

On Sunday night, Brown found himself in hot water again when he got into a physical altercation with R&B singer Frank Ocean at a Los Angeles recording studio. According to reports, the two got into a verbal (and then physical) argument over studio time.

On another side of town in sunny Southern California, No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani spent her Sunday running errands and brunching with girlfriends. The mother-of-two exuded her famous rocker chic style with an all-black ensemble and bright pink sunglasses.

Beliebers, get ready: Justin Bieber will be coming to a TV screen near you very soon. The teenage superstar was just one of the many acts added to the star-studded American Music Awards lineup.

Bieber, along with Usher, ska rockers No Doubt and Ke$ha will join previously announced acts Pink, Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Pitbull and Linkin Park at the 40th annual AMAs on Sunday, Nov. 18.

But that’s not all. More artists are expected to join the lineup in the coming weeks.

Bieber is only up for one AMA, while Rihanna and Bieber’s “Beauty and a Beat” collaborator Minaj lead the nominees for this year’s fan-voted event, earning four nominations apiece.

This year’s event also marks the introduction of a new category for Electronic Dance Music (EDM). Nominees for this category include hitmakers David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Skrillex.

The 40th annual American Music Awards air on Sunday, Nov. 18 at 8PM ET on ABC.

“Looking Hot” was only live for a few short hours.

But that was enough for No Doubt’s new music video to receive so much criticism for its Native American theme and attire that the group chose to pull the plug on the clip.

“As a multi-racial band our foundation is built upon both diversity and consideration for other cultures. Our intention with our new video was never to offend, hurt or trivialize Native American people, their culture or their history,” No Doubt wrote on their website Saturday.

The group says they had previously consulted with Native American “friends” and “experts” at the University of California.

“This is of great concern to us and we are removing the video immediately,” No Doubt continued in their statement.

“We sincerely apologize to the Native American community and anyone else offended by this video. Being hurtful to anyone is simply not who we are.

No Doubt has not confirmed whether a new music video will be made for “Looking Hot,” the second single off their sixth studio album Push and Shove.

The group will perform on the UK version of X Factor Sunday night, before traveling to Frankfurt, Germany for the MTV European Music Awards.

There was plenty of star power to go around on Friday as the annual iHeartRadio Music Festival kicked off its 2-day extravaganza with help from Britney Spears, No Doubt, Demi Lovato, host Ryan Seacrest and more.

Spears, 30, showed up for the festival, held at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand, in a skin tight LBD and rainbow colored tips.

Onstage, Gwen Stefani and company delivered several tunes in their opening set, including a special performance of “Just a Girl” with Pink.

What other big names showed up for the music festival?

Usher mingled with Korean sensation Psy backstage before both delivered separate performances onstage.

Ryan Lochte, Rihanna, Lil Wayne and Green Day were also on hand for the big show.

Taylor Swift and Aerosmith will headline the festival’s second day of music on Saturday.

Mariah Carey looked triumphant at the NFL Opening Kickoff in New York City Wednesday night.

Stunning in two form-fitting dresses, the 42-year-old singer belted out her latest single “Triumphant (Get ‘Em)” with all of the bells and whistles one would expect: male backup dancers, wind machines and a matching sheer shawl.

And in true diva fashion, Carey waited one minute and 30 seconds into the track before making her grand entrance onto the stage.

The newly-appointed ‘American Idol’ judge also surprised the audience by performing one of her classics. 

After trading in her gold, glitzy frock for an even flashier black mini dress, Carey treated fans to her signature song “Touch My Body” with her pet pooch under her arm. The Jack Russell terrier, named Jill. E Beans, is just one of Carey’s five dogs — and perhaps her favorite judging by the pup’s on-stage appearance.

Hopefully, Carey will bring some of her diva-tude to the American Idol judges table when the show returns. With ratings plummeting, Fox will be banking on the singer’s signature sass to give the reality singing competition a much-needed boost.

Carey wasn’t the only artist on hand to help kick off the 2012 NFL season. No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani graced the stage — with her band — to perform the group’s first single in nearly a decade, “Settle Down.” No Doubt’s comeback album, Push and Shove, will hit shelves Sept. 25.

It only took a decade, but the multi-platinum rock band No Doubt is back!

The music video for their first single in almost 10 years, “Settle Down,” debuted today, July 17, and from the gas station party that’s featured in the footage, this band is still truckin’ along.

Fans will be happy to see that the group — comprised of lead singer Gwen Stefani, bass player Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young– has preserved their reggae-pop sound in their “Settle Down” single.

“I think that song, and a lot of the record [Push and Shove], is just about being overwhelmed by so much going on and how to balance all of it. That’d be a good way of summing it up.” Stefani, 42, said (via London Daily Mail).

The video certainly gives the impression of a band that is thrilled to reunite, with the members even hugging. The “Settle Down” video was directed by Sophie Muller, who was also the woman behind their wildly popular video “Don’t Speak”.

“The idea is they are all driving to meet after having had their separate lives over the last 10 years. It’s such a mix of cultures, their band, and what their music is like. We tried to do something that resembled different parts of the world rather than a specific place,” Muller told Rolling Stone.

“Settle Down” is a single off their highly anticipated album Push and Shove, that is set to be released September 25th.

No Doubt fans have been waiting a little over a decade for this moment!

Today, Gwen Stefani and the guys of the popular ska-punk band released a new single off their upcoming album, Push and Shove, the first album for the band since 2001′s Rock Steady.

Titled “Settle Down”, the upbeat song has lead vocalist Stefani, 42, filling the air with her signature reggae fusion and alternative rock feel.

That’s not all No Doubt fans have to look forward to…

It’s also been confirmed that “Don’t Speak” director Sophie Muller will be shooting a music video for “Settle Down.” The band even released a teaser for the video this past week:

In the brief but exciting clip, fans get a glimpse of Stefani, bassist Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young hugging, dancing and singing on the hood of a truck.

In addition, the band’s sixth album, Push and Shove, will be released on September 25.

“We are incredibly excited to share the new music with you. Ear candy coming your way!” the reunited band said in a statement about their new album. “Thank you all so much for your support over the last 25 years. We’re really proud of our new album and we hope you love it as much as we do.”

The wildly popular early 2000s band No Doubt has returned with the release of a 47-second video teaser for their new single “Settle Down.” The track is off their highly anticipated album Push and Shove, the first album for the band since 2001′s Rock Steady.

In the brief but exciting clip, fans get a glimpse of lead singer Gwen Stefani, bassist Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young hugging, dancing and singing on the hood of a truck.

The entire video will be released in no time.

“Settle Down” will premiere in full on July 16.

Stefani and the guys are still busy recording. The songstress tweeted out a pic of her and Kanal this past week, microphone and guitar in hand.

Gwen Stefani showed her support for Fashion’s Night Out on Friday when she handed out free Harajuku Lover’s gifts to passersby in New York.

Perched in an ice cream truck in front of the Sigerson Morrison store in SoHo, Gwen smiled for the cameras and graciously handed out free stuff to fashion-hungry fans. The No Doubt singer managed to keep a big grin on her face through the whole process – that takes some real effort from a celeb who is used to the good life!

Just because she was handing out gifts from an ice cream truck didn’t mean she could look fabulous: Gwen sported an adorable strapless top and ruby red lips.

Courtney Love, apparently not content with the amount of negative press she already receives, decided to dish to The Howard Stern Show yesterday about how she carried out an affair with Gavin Rossdale while he was with wife Gwen Stefani.

Courtney told Howard that Gavin was “lovely” and that he was “such an Adonis in his day” (which we aren’t arguing with), and that “he got good in bed” during their alleged eight-month affair.

Courtney said that she had “a vision of marrying [Gavin] at one time.” Except–oops!–he was already with Gwen.

Howard asked Courtney point-blank if Gavin was involved with Gwen when he and Courtney had their affair, and she nonchalantly answered that he was, and that he was with “a few other people…we didn’t have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit.”

Maybe Courtney’s relaxed response to the question hints that Gwen and Gavin were in a pretty open relationship at the time, or maybe Courtney dated him when he and Gwen were first going out.

Courtney Love may be a little eccentric, but we don’t think she is dumb enough to announce to the world that she had an illicit affair with Gavin when he was committed to Gwen. Or, at least, we hope she isn’t that dumb. Sometimes you never know with Courtney.

Being one of the cutest kids on the celebu-tot circuit has its advantages.

Kingston Rossdale, the son of Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani, turned three years old on Tuesay, and to help him celebrate this milestone Mama Gwen brought him out onstage during the concert for her reunited band No Doubt‘s performance at the E Center in Salt Lake City on Monday night.

“Is it 12 o’clock yet?” Stefani asked as she carried her spawn onstage and serenaded him with a rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

Lucky kid—he even got to stay up waaaaaay past his bedtime. Check out the video below:

After an extended hiatus to pursue other ventures and make adorable children, No Doubt is back, with a tour launching on Sunday.

Gwen Stefani and crew celebrated their resurgence with a performance on The Today Show  Friday morning, treating the assembled fansat Rockefeller Center  to their hits “Don’t Speak,” “It’s My Life” and “Spiderwebs.”

And drummer Adrian Young was rocking some seriously interesting hair, even by his standards. It must help him keep the beat better.

Gwen Stefani, 39, was spotted in Beverly Hills’ Coldwater Park with sons Kingston, 2, and 5-month-old Zuma Rossdale yesterday.

The Stefani-Rossdale clan spent some time at the playground, and mom Gwen cooed over baby Zuma as Kingston played in the sandbox.

What a smile that Zuma has! He’s certainly grown since his last trip to the park.

Stefani hearkened back to her Love. Angel. Music. Baby. days with her jacket—which read “Harajuku Lovers” on the back.

The track “Harajuku Girls” from Gwen’s first first solo album paid tribute to the fashionable denizens of the Harajuku district of Tokyo, Japan.

And speaking of music, Gwen’s is back with her original band No Doubt, who’ll be touring for the first time in five years this summer.

Gwen wrote on the band’s offical webpage on Friday night that, “I don’t think we should wait. Pack up the babies and get a bunch of nannies. So fun! Would be so inspiring to get out there and play all those songs again.”

The band’s bassist Tony Kanal also wrote, “We need to play. It’s been too long. I feel like it’s time for some rock and roll.”
