Olivia Munn is definitely ready for bikini season.

The 32-year-old actress and fanboy favorite is showing off her fit figure in Esquire (there are squirt guns and daisy dukes involved) and she’s lookin’ good.

Ms. Munn revealed to the mag that she was a bit of an outcast as a kid by saying, “All the kids were cliqued up. I would end up eating with the old librarians.”

Olivia got her big break when she hosted the gamer-centric series, Attack of the Show! She made waves in Hollywood this past year by taking on roles in films like Magic Mike and The Babymakers. She also starred in The Newsroom and did a hilarious stint on New Girl.

With just over 12 hours to go before kickoff and the start of Super Bowl XLVII, Celebuzz is taking a look at some of the big names that have taken part in football themed parties, charity matches and concerts in the host city.

On Friday night, Channing Tatum was spotted hanging out above the famous Bourbon Street with some pals. Like everyone else, the Side Effects actor held onto a few strings of beads.

From Ian Somerhalder to Katharine McPhee, Neil Patrick Harris to Lil Wayne, the stars showed off their football skills at DIRECTV’s 7th annual Celebrity Beach Bowl at the DTV SuperFan Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Super Bowl weekend has also been graced with the presence of supermodels.

Victoria’s Secret beauty Candice Swanepoel brought an AXE Astronaut as her date to Friday’s Rolling Stone LIVE party at the Bud Light Hotel while Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen hit the field for Saturday’s star-studded beach bowl.

In other sightings, Will Ferrell and Anna Faris hammed it up for the cameras at an event presented by Audi while Jeremy Piven put on his serious face during a Super Bowl press conference earlier in the week.

Alas, the long-awaited awards season is in full swing, with the Golden Globes, Grammys and the Academy Awards all coming down the pipeline. But for Olivia Munn, the best show has already come and gone.

“Growing up and watching the People’s Choice Awards, it was always the most exciting one for me by far,” the comedienne told Celebuzz on the ceremony’s Wednesday red carpet at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, Calif.

“When you’re in the audience and you’re watching it, that’s what matters,” she continued. “It really hard to make things that entertain people and get people to want to spend their time.”

Stunning in a Carolina Herrera frock paired with black Christian Louboutin platform pumps, Munn even played a part in evening, presenting the People’s Choice trophy for Favorite Country Artist alongside Johnny Galecki.

But as a beaming Taylor Swift strolled on stage to collect her win, Munn pulled a bit of a Kanye West. After Munn casually snatching the award out of Swift’s hands, the country-pop crooner joked, “This always happens.”

“And it always will happen, Taylor,” Munn said dryly. “This is your lot in life.”

Then Munn slipped back into a smile and returned the award to its rightful recipient, saying, “I’m not going to be this person.”

That’s the classic comedic snark that Munn shares in her multi-episode arc on New Girl.

“I love everyone there,” the actress gushed of the Fox comedy cast. But Munn is still flexing her dramatic muscles on HBO series Newsroom.

“We’re in the second season of Newsroom now and it will premiere in June so we’re shooting it now,” she explained. “It’s so much fun to go from hardcore drama with [Aaron] Sorkin to doing this really fun comedy on New Girl.”

Olivia Munn is getting wet and wild in the December 2012 issue of Vanity Fair.

The photos, taken by Ben Hassett, feature the 32-year-old sporting dark lips and a black ball gown as she takes a dip in a pool overlooking the West Hollywood skyline.

In the issue, Munn — who currently stars in Aaron Sorkin‘s HBO drama The Newsroom — said that she’s just grateful to star alongside so many talented people in the industry, regardless of the genre, from Sorkin to Magic Mike director Steven Soderbergh, to Daily Show host Jon Stewart.

“I think most actors just want the opportunity to do great work,” she said in the sexy spread’s accompanying article. “And when you get that chance with people like Sorkin, Soderbergh, Stewart, it doesn’t matter if it’s a comedy or a drama, you just bust your ass and do everything you can to try to do their work justice, never, ever forgetting how lucky you are.”

The show must go on. Celebs didn’t let hurricane Sandy get in the way of the day-to-day schedules and press commitments. The weather was sunny on the West Coast, which gave A-listers every reason to get out and enjoy the warmer temperatures.

Rachel Zoe was doing what she did best – scouring the racks for this season’s best fashion finds. The stylist was browsing through a men’s clothing store for the best blazers and dress shirts, and made a beeline for a navy peacoat and grey flannel top.

Ben Affleck was on hand for the Casting Society of America’s 28th Annual Artios Awards in Beverly Hills on Monday. In attendance on behalf of his successful film Argo, the actor arrived solo while his wife Jennifer Garner was home with their kids, Violet, 6, Seraphina, 3, and Samuel, 8 months.

Olivia Munn was minutes away at the International Women’s Media Foundation in Beverly Hills as well on Monday evening. The Newsroom actress looked stunning in an optical illusion dress by Peter Pilotto.

The actress, who guest stars on New Girl this season, revealed to Celebuzz earlier this week that she refuses to go to the gym because of her germaphobia.

“I don’t go to gyms,” Munn confessed. ”I work out at home. I have a Pilates machine and I’ll have a trainer come to the house. It really grosses me out — people will just take a towel and wipe the machines off. It’s so disgusting.”

Olivia Munn is a germaphobe, and she’s owning it.

In fact, the 32-year-old is avoiding Halloween festivities in an effort to avoid picking up any bugs.

“Everybody I know it getting sick, so I’m going to sit this one out,” Munn exclusively revealed to Celebuzz of her Oct. 31 plans.

The Magic Mike actress can’t afford to be sick: she’s currently filming back-to-back hit shows, New Girl and Newsroom. And it’s not just Halloween she’s avoiding — she revealed that she makes an effort to avoid germs wherever she goes.

“When you meet fans you hug them, you shake their hands and you can’t be sanitizing all the time because it’s not very nice,” Munn told us at the 2012 Pink Party in Santa Monica on Oct. 27. “So you just wash your hands a lot when you go home. I am OCD; I’m pretty bad.”

There’s even one place that Munn completely avoids because of the gross-out factor: the gym.

Olivia Munn underwent a major style transformation last night, showing off two very different looks at the Emmys.

The Newsroom star, 32, started out in a ladylike brocade frock for the actual awards show. The short navy-and-black dress kept the actress’ chest hidden under a high-neckline for the first half of the night.

But as soon as it was time to party, Munn changed into a more daring number for the HBO after-party, showing off her ample cleavage in a black Armani Prive Couture dress with a plunging neckline.

The sexy star appeared to be busting out of the cap-sleeved dress, and the neckline’s sheer panel did little to protect her from what appeared to be an imminent wardrobe malfunction.

Opting for minimal accessories other than a small metallic clutch that coordinated with the dress’ shimmery collar, the actress’ perky pair was definitely the focal point of her look.

But she wasn’t the only one putting her chest on display last night…

Though she was one of the few stars in black, with everyone from Julianne Moore to Nicole Kidman  opting for  bright colors and glittering embellishments, Munn’s cleavage was in good company.

One of the night’s biggest trends, cleavage was everywhere. With Kat Denning, Zooey Deschanel, Amy Poehler and Emily VanCamp among the stars who bared their breasts on the red carpet, the cleavage competition was intense. A go-big-or-go-home strategy was the latecomer’s only chance at standing out — and it worked, with Munn’s on-display decollete taking home the award for the night’s perkiest pair.

The Newsroom actress donned a revealing, low-cut, embroidered gown, paired with exquisite dangling earrings.

While the red carpet was mean to be all about the men of the year — Munn’s stunning outfit turned the night into the lady of the year.

The brunette star tweeted a picture of herself and Aaron Sorkin, saying:

Based on a short story by sci-fi author Philip K. Dick, the film stars Colin Farrell as a lowly factory worker who discovers that his memory was once erased, and now is on the run from a group of radicals who would stop at nothing to hunt down his secrets.

Though 1990 also saw a cinematic adaptation of the same story, director Len Wiseman and actresses Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel promises this rendition will not follow the same plot.

Couples flick Celeste and Jesse Forever also premieres this week and hopes to captivate the date night crowd.

Starring Saturday Night Live alum Andy Samberg and Parks and Recreation‘s Rashida Jones, Celeste and Jesse Forever revolves around high school sweethearts who decide to end their longtime marriage, only to find trouble in maintaining a casual friendship.

The film first debuted at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is currently sitting at a 73% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

What’s worse: biting your nails or pulling out your eyelashes?

Hollywood hottie, Oliva Munn, surprisingly suffers from one of these conditions.

The Newsroom actress is guilty of ripping out her eyelashes, telling the New York Daily News: “I don’t bite my nails, but I rip out my eyelashes.”

Is this a serious medical disorder?

In the recent interview, Munn admitted that she suffers from social anxiety disorder and trichotillomania — a chronic control disorder that causes those affected to impulsively break off/pull out their hair — In Olivia Munn’s case, her poor eye lashes.

Munn said, “It doesn’t hurt, but it’s really annoying.  Every time I run out of the house, I have to stop and pick up a whole set of fake eyelashes.”

Fake eyeslashes may not be that big of a deal considering how much of a fad they are in Hollywood right now, but the real problem stems in social situations.

“As an Air Force kid, I moved around a lot when I was younger and no one was nice to the new kid.  So there is always this feeling that someone will make fun of me,” Munn explained.

She isn’t the only sexy celeb to feel awkward in group settings.

Retro icon and beauty Marilyn Monroe was in a constant battle with social anxiety — often taking medications to sedate herself.

Magic Mike star Olivia Munn threw down the gauntlet on Bethenny today, challenging host Bethenny Frankel to a pole dancing contest.

The actress, who turns 32 today, not only showed off her seductive stripper moves but also dished details on her sex scenes with Magic Mike co-star Channing Tatum.

So how was getting up-close-and-personal with the actor?

“I would say good to quite good. We kind of, like, became kids. We had this shower scene that you don’t get to see,” Munn said. “We have like, you know, we have our little parts covered…ish.

The stripper flick isn’t Munn’s only successful project — her new HBO dramatic series, Newsroom, in which she plays financial news reporter Sloan Sabbith, has just been renewed for its second season.

Olivia Munn was ready to chose favorites when she stepped out Monday night for the Critics’ Choice TV Awards in Beverly Hills — and Celebuzz got the scoop from the former G4 host about her upcoming role in the highly anticipated male stripper film, Magic Mike.

“I mean, Channing Tatum is definitely the best dancer,” Munn, 31, said of her sexy costar, of which the film is loosely based on.

“But my favorite performer is definitely Matt Bomer. He’s just so sweet– Texas born and bread. He’s got that gentlemanly quality that’s so great.”

Though Magic Mike is a movie all about the art of male stripping, Munn admits that she’s happy to watch any sort of strip show.

“It’s nice when women [strip] as well,” Munn told Celebuzz. “Both men and women take their clothes off in life — it’s just nice to balance it out.”

While filming in Florida, Olivia had no problem heading to set on her days off to gawk at her nearly naked Magic Mike costars. She told reporters:

“It was definitely one of those things where I think everybody I knew hated me at the moment. I would go onto set when I wasn’t even on the call sheet to work that day just to watch them dance!”

Olivia was in attendance at the 2nd Annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards to represent her new HBO show Newsroom, which was one of the five shows acclaimed as Most Exciting New Series. See a full list of winners here. Newsroom premieres on HBO on June 24 and Magic Mike hits theaters June 29.
