After several tabloids speculated that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne were getting a divorce last week, Ozzy immediately took to Facebook denying the rumors. Sharon, however, has remained silent on the matter, that is, until today.

Osbourne spoke out on her talk show, The Talk, about the rumors. She confirms Ozzy’s assertion that the two have no plans to divorce, but does admit that Ozzy’s relapse has created friction between the two.

“I never knew that he was using prescription drugs,” Osbourne says. “I knew that he was drinking occasionally, but I didn’t realize, you know, to the extent.”

Osbourne serves as a co-host of the talk show along with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Taylor. The show was on hiatus last week, which explains why Osbourne is only responding to the rumors today.

“We’re not getting divorced,” Osbourne states. “We’re dealing with it, we’ve dealt with worse and we deal with it and this too shall pass.”

Osbourne is calm and reserved throughout her address, but she does finish the two minute spiel in typical Osbourne style: “Otherwise my husband will be taken to the hospital to get my foot removed from his ass.”

There’s still hope that Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne can save their 31-year marriage – but only if he seeks immediate professional help.

Relationship expert Dr Carole Lieberman M.D. believes that the rocker has done the right thing by going public about his relapse but contends that he needs more proper assistance now.

Ozzy confessed on his Facebook page that he had been drinking for the past year and a half following reports that the couple are now living apart.

“They can absolutely stay together but he needs to get some professional help like in-patient treatment,” Dr Lieberman told Celebuzz.

“It’s worrying that Ozzy admitted to have been drinking and taking drugs for so long and Sharon has obviously tried to shock him by moving out if the reports are true that they are living separately now.

“The danger is that he is alone and is worried about losing his wife while trying to beat his addictions. Ozzy needs more than just going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings he needs support and professional treatment.”

Over the weekend, photos of moving vans in front of their home combined with sightings of Sharon at the Beverly Hills Hotel sans her wedding ring stoked the rumors of the split.

The famous pair have endured a rollercoaster relationship over the years, with Sharon being credited as being the person who finally got Ozzy to kick the booze and drugs after decades of addiction.

The couple met when she was just 18-years-old and became his manager soon after,  They married in Hawaii in 1982.

Sharon was the brains behind their long-running MTV reality hit The Osbournes from 2002 to 2005 which introduced the family to a larger audience in America

Best selling author Dr Lieberman believes that the famous couple – who have three children Kelly Osbourne, 28, Jack Osbourne, 27, and Aimee Osbourne, 28, – face some tough times in the coming months but can still make it through.

“They have been through a lot over the years but they can absolutely can save their marriage. However, it is going to take a lot of work on Ozzy’s behalf but at least now he’ss admitted that he has got a problem.”

This is what four years of hard, get-in-shape work will do… and Kelly Osbourne is flaunting it.

The Fashion Police star opens up to SELF magazine — and admits that in 2009 you would have never seen her in the itsy-bitsy bikini she dons on the cover of the May issue. But today is a different story.

“I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been,” she told the mag. “Though I’m still very self-deprecating: I look in the mirror sometimes and I feel like going back to bed. Everyone has good days, everyone has bad days.

“Figuring out there’s no such thing as perfection. If I knew that earlier, I wouldn’t have been such a f—up,” the reality star added. “The only thing I can be is me. I’m not perfect. I make mistakes. And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it. It will never be perfect, and I do not want it to be. That’s so boring!”

So 70 pounds later, the 28-year-old has found her own slim-down secrets to success — which even include pizza and looking good in the gym.

“I eat my fattiest meal in the a.m. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner,” Osbourne said.

“I dress up for the gym. That way, when you see your reflection in the mirror, you’re like, “Oh, I look cute!” not “Get me out of here!”

The daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, who’ve been at the center of split rumors since the rocker admitted to relapsing April 15 but was adamant they are not divorcing, says her recent health scare was also a wake-up call to stay on track with her newfound lifestyle.

“The seizure was 60 seconds, but those 60 seconds will change my life for the better forever,” she said. “I’ve worked hard to get into shape, and I’m going to continue. Not because being ‘skinny’ is important to me, but because I want to feel good.”

A few hours ago, Ozzy Osbourne took to his Facebook page to put to rest the gossip surrounding his 31-year marriage to Sharon Osbourne.

For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an asshole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober.

Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I’m just trying to be a better person.

I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period………and my fans.

Over the weekend, photos of moving vans in front of their home combined with sightings of Sharon at the Beverly Hills Hotel have prompted media outlets and fans alike to speculate over the state of their union.

TMZ reported earlier that the two had split, though stated that they have no plans to divorce as of now.

The response to Osbourne’s admission has been mostly positive.  Facebook user Julie Ann Zedis-Ford wrote, “Had no idea you were battling the demons again. Stay strong man!! We are all pulling for you….you have made it through so many things thanks to your beautiful family, friends and fans. We love you Oz…”

Multiple sources are reporting that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split and are now living separately.

Ozzy has been a celebrity in his own right for decades, but America fell in love with the foul-mouthed Osbourne clan after their reality series The Osbournes premiered on MTV in 2002.

Rumors surfaced after Sharon was seen moving out of the family home earlier this month. The fans were flamed again nine days ago when Sharon was spotted eating with daughter Kelly sans wedding band.

Now, TMZ is reporting the split is official — though perhaps not permanent, with Sharon taking up residence at the Beverly Hills Hotel and Ozzy living in a rented home nearby.

For his part, Jack, the couple’s 27-year-old son who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year, has denied any rumor of a rift between his parents.

On the one hand, Sharon and Ozzy have been married 31 years, which is nearly unheard of in the world of heavy metal. But our fingers are crossed for these two, who stole our hearts one tiny dog at a time all those years ago. Besides, who else can understand Ozzy, literally?

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Kelly Osbourne looked like a spitting image of her father, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, while out and about in Warsaw, Poland on Tuesday.

The Fashion Police host — who is in Warsaw for a photoshoot — accessorized her all-black ensemble with Ozzy-esque round sunglasses, an oversized cross and a sleek center part in what appeared to be an ode to her father’s signature style.

Were it not for her straight lavender strands, the 28-year-old might have been mistaken for a younger Ozzy while taking in the city’s historic sights with fiancé Matthew Mosshart.

This is the star’s first trip since suffering from a seizure on March 7 while filming her hit E! show. After spending five days in a Los Angeles hospital, Osbourne has been given the go-ahead to resume her hectic work schedule — much to the delight of Osbourne’s co-host  Joan Rivers, who took to Twitter to express her support.

UPDATE 3:48 p.m. PT: Osbourne is recovering in the hospital after fainting during taping for E!’s Fashion Police, with her rep issuing a statement to Celebuzz: “Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!’s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time.”

UPDATE 1:43 p.m. PT: Osbourne’s E! costar Joan Rivers – who was also present on set when Osbourne suffered the seizure — just told TMZ, “She is fine. We just saw her.”

UPDATE 12:45 p.m. PT TMZ reports that paramedics took Osbourne on a stretcher from E!’s studio on Wilshire Boulevard in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. White sheets were held up to shield her from the media, the site reported.

A source said Osbourne turned to a cohost during filming and said, “I don’t feel good,” before falling out of the chair.

This is the latest health set-back for the Osbournes after Kelly’s younger brother, Jack Osbourne, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last June.

Jack Osbourne’s wife, Lisa Stelly, tweeted that he and his friend, Tyler, had saved a woman’s life on the beach in Hawaii yesterday.

Osbourne, 26, resuscitated the woman after she collapsed on the beach, but was unsure of the woman’s fate until just now.

Stelly tweeted, “Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday who’d had a heart attack and drown. Until the ambulance came. We just found out she’s in a stable condition! Awesome!”

What was Osbourne doing in Hawaii?

Osbourne and Stelly were in the Kona district of Hawaii this past weekend for their nuptials. The couple were married on the beach with their four-month-old daughter, Pearl, by their side.

Osbourne’s now-uncle, Larry Chamberlain, told Celebuzz exclusively: ”We really do wish them the very best for a happy life together.”

Hawaii holds a special place in Osbourne’s heart. His parents, The Talk co-host Sharon and legendary rocker Ozzy, got married on the popular island of Maui 30 years ago.

The TV personality has subsequently spent numerous Christmas and summer vacations there with his famous folks.

Legendary rock couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have listed their Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $50,000 a month — and Celebuzz has all the photos.

The couple originally listed the home for sale for nearly $13 million in July 2011, however, the massive house — which is nestled in the suburb of Hidden Hills, Calif. — has fallen victim to the real estate market lull. So, the Osbournes are going to Plan B, according to Trulia.

The eccentric couple bought the 11,000 square foot Cape Cod-inspired home five years ago for about $12.4 million. But for a fraction of that, the lucky renter will get six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and a whole lot of space.

What does the reality family’s manse look like inside?

Perfect for entertaining, the ultra private estate located in the gated equestrian community just 30 minutes outside L.A. was immaculately decorated by interior design legend Martyn Lawrence-Bullard.

The palace for the Prince of Darkness includes a paneled study with reclaimed brick fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, formal dining room, dramatic foyer with spiral staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, studio/home theater space, state-of-the art chef’s kitchen, and no doubt the fashionable Sharon’s addition — a master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet.

The Osbournes seem to be unloading all their properties at the moment having already sold their $7.9 million Malibu home in April.

New dad Jack Osbourne has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.

The 26-year-old son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and America’s Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne was dealt the health blow just two weeks after he and his fiancée welcomed their first child, daughter Pearl Clementine.

“I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, ‘Why now?’ ” Jack told PEOPLE.

“I’ve got a family and that’s what’s supposed to be the most important thing.”

Multiple sclerosis, also known as MS, is an inflammatory disease that affects the ability of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord to communicate with each other effectively. It can cause problems with muscle control and strength, vision, balance, feeling and thinking.

Millions of people worldwide suffer from MS, including a number of celebrities: Those who’ve battled the disease include comedian Richard Pryor, Emmy award-winning talk show host Montel Williams and Teri Garr, the actress best known for her Academy Award-nominated role in Tootsie, opposite Dustin Hoffman.

Others who have opened up about their struggles with the illness include Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto and Anne Romney, the wife of Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Justin joined forces with rock legend Ozzy Osbourne for a Tron-ish Best Buy commercial that aired during Sunday night’s epic Super Bowl game. In the ad, Ozzy, 62, tries to keep up with the new phone technology while filming a commercial-within-a-commercial for Best Buy but gets pushed out for a younger model– Bieber.

Unfortunately for 16-year-old Justin, it looks like keeping up with the newest gizmos has worn him down.

Justin Bieber and Ozzy Osbourne, with a heavy dose of Tron-like costumery thrown in for good measure? No, it’s not a strange but wonderful dream—this picture is real.

The first image from Bieber and Osbourne’s Super Bowl commercial for Best Buy has emerged, revealing possible futuristic themes and definite awesomeness.

According to Best Buy, the spot—which will air during the third quarter of the Big Game on February 6—”will showcase creativity  and humor to millions of football and advertising fans throughout the country.” Translation: Prepare your mind to be boggled.

The Bryan Buckley-directed ad was shot at Universal Studios earlier in January.

Everyone’s favorite “Baby” singer (as compared to their least favorite “Baby” singer) Justin Bieber filmed a Best Buy ad with Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon in Los Angeles earlier this month that will air during the Super Bowl on February 6, the electronics superstore announced Thursday.

“We’re delighted to have Justin and Ozzy help us tell the Best Buy story,” said Drew Panayiotu, Best Buy’s Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing. “We know people have high expectations for these ads and Justin and Ozzy add a whole new dimension of fun.”

Best Buy offered no details about the content of their first ever Super Bowl ad other than saying it would “showcase creativity and humor” to television’s largest audience, which exceeds 100 million viewers annually.

Football fans will get a double dose of Bieber come game day, as a 30 second ad for his celluloid wonder Justin Bieber: Never Say Never is also scheduled to play during sporting’s ultimate event.

And Ozzy is getting back to where he once belonged. In 2006, he performed “Crazy Train” with his band as intro music for the Patriots, and also he’s starred in a Super Bowl ad before with his family. Watch the Osbourne’s Pepsi Twist ad from 2003:

Lady Gaga might count millions of faithful fans among her army of Little Monsters, but Ozzy Osbourne isn’t among them.

The former Black Sabbath frontman tells Us Magazine that he’s “getting a bit sick” of the “Alejandro” singer, and others will probably follow suit if she doesn’t put the brakes on her runaway career. According to Osbourne,

“I do think Lady Gaga should take a break for a little while. She’s getting to be too much, and she doesn’t watch the exposure of her clothes. She’s just too overexposed. She could be the next Madonna if she played her cards right. I like her, but I’m getting a bit sick of her. When I turn on the TV, I see her wearing another lamp shade or whatever. She needs to take a break, I think, for an hour or so. I love her, I think she’s really, really entertaining, but she’s doing a bit too much. Every day it is something else. The specialness of her is gonna get killed if she doesn’t calm it down. Who manages her?  Someone should whisper in her ear and say back off for a couple of months — let people gain interest back. Let people want you, you know?”

Lady Gaga, overexposed? Well, Ozzy might have a slight point there. But the throngs who rabidly await her forthcoming album Born This Way might disagree.

The rock mom reported on the Today show that she was getting her breast implants removed this summer and that she plans on giving them to her husband Ozzy to use as paperweights. Wait, how heavy are breast implants?

Maybe Sharon’s breast implant gift idea will spark a wave of celebrity crafters make good use of their used up breast implants. Dommed fake breast-haver Heidi Montag could probably turn her massive implants into flotation devices, or maybe she could hammer them down and use them for insulation. The possibilities are endless!

Looks like the reunion we always wanted.

Kelly Osbourne, fashionista daughter of Ozzy and Sharon, says that she would have perished if she hadn’t gotten treatment for an addiction to painkillers.

Osbourne, 24, entered rehab for a third time after a relapse this year.

“I knew if I didn’t get help, I would die,” she told People after admitting she was taking downers to sleep through the day.

Kelly also did stints in rehab in 2004 and 2005.

“I’m getting a second chance [at my career],” she said, “and I want to be present for it.”

Osbourne attributes her use of pills to being prescribed liquid Vicodin after getting her tonsils removed at 13.

“I found, when I take this, people like me. I’m having fun, I’m not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing,” Osbourne admits.

Kelly will appear with the rest of her family on the Osbournes Reloaded variety special on Fox on March 31.

So far, 2009 is shaping up to be a tumultuous year for Kelly Osbourne.

First the 24-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne was arrested in January for allegedly slapping Mirror UK gossip columnist Zoe Griffin during a scuffle at London nightclub Punk on August 29. 

Now, Radar Online reports, Kelly has entered a rehab facility for 30 days.

“Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab,” Osbourne’s mom, 56-year-old Sharon, tells the Web site. “What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it.”

This is the third stint in rehab for Obsourne, who’s engaged to marry 19-year-old British model Luke Worrell. In April 2004, she entered the Malibu facility Promises for an addiction to painkillers. After a June 2005 relapse, it was off to Pasadena drug-treatment center Las Encinas Hospital.

Sharon Osbourne didn’t reveal the location of the facility Kelly is staying at, saying only that it’s not in the Los Angeles area. (Though some sources claim that she’ll be doing her month-long bid at Hazelden Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Center in Newberg, Oregon.)

Nor did she reveal the nature of her daughter’s current affliction.

“Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out,” Sharon said. “We just pray that everything’s going to be okay.”

Let’s hope that the third time’s a charm for Kelly, and that she doesn’t encounter any more stumbles on her path toward sobriety.
