Pam credits her good looks to her active lifestyle and strict vegetarian diet, telling UK’s Daily Mail:

“I’m always outside and on the beach and in the water and I’m not a real gym person. I don’t do the gym and I don’t diet. I’m vegetarian but I don’t diet.”

After nearly four years of dating, Jason finally popped the question to Brit on Thursday (his 40th birthday). While we are so excited that Brit and Jason are going to tie the knot, we can’t help but think about her two previous marriages. Brit first married childhood friend Jason Alexander in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony in early 2004, then, she married her back-up dancer Kevin Federline later that same year.

TMZ reports that the 43-year-old former Baywatch babe donated every penny of her $25,000 fee for the pictorial to charity—specifically, to Waves 4 Water, which provides water filters to people who don’t have access to clean drinking water.

Anderson tells the site,

“Waves 4 water are my heroes. They get things done … and yes, Playboy wrote them a check when I shot the cover (Jan. 2011 issue) directly for 25Gs…I’ve also donated personally. I wish I could do more. Indonesia, Haiti and Pakistan are all in need of these filters. Spread the word!”

The 43-year-old former Baywatch babe will grace the January 2011 cover of Hefner’s venerable men’s magazine Playboy, marking the 11th time that she’s served as cover girl for the magazine since her 1989 maiden appearance.

Anderson will pay tribute to La Dolce Vita vixen Anita Ekberg in the accompanying photo-shoot, lounging naked in a pool in homage to the 1960 movie classic’s Trevi Fountain scene. Publisher Hefner tweeted of the shoot on Wednesday,

“Pamela Anderson is in the (Playboy) Mansion swimming pool, posing for the January cover in a tribute to ‘La Dolce Vita.’”

The former Baywatch babe’s latest ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has stirred up so much ire up north that Canada denied a permit for an event to promote it at the last minute, claiming the image is sexist.

In the ad, Anderson is seen in profile wearing a bikini, with butcher’s chart markings for choice cuts such as “rump,” “ribs,” and “breast,” above a caption that reads, “All Animals Have the Same Parts.”

A Montreal official says of the decision to decline the permit,

“It is not so much controversial, as it goes against all principles public organizations are fighting for in the everlasting battle of equality between men and women.”

Responding to the decision, a clearly irritated Anderson fired back,

“In a city that is known for its exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that a woman would be banned from using her own body in a political protest over the suffering of cows and chickens. In some parts of the world, women are forced to cover their whole bodies with burqas — is that next? I didn’t think that Canada would be so puritanical.”

PETA spokesperson Dan Matthews, meanwhile, chimed in,

“I think that city officials are confusing ‘sexy’ with ‘sexist.’”

The creation, titled “The Ecstatic Autogenesis of Pamela,” is currently on display at a London art exhibition and, according to its creator—who made a similarly eye-catching statue of Kate Moss some years back—it’s a tribute to Anderson’s penchant for transformation through surgery:

“What Pamela has done is use surgery and transformation within the mainstream cultural context, whereas everyone else in the [exhibit] has struck out on their own.”

And what does the subject herself think of this tribute? Pammy says she was honored to serve as Quinn’s muse:

“I didn’t even ask what he wanted to do with me. I would have done anything.”

Why do we get the feeling that this is far from the first time she’s uttered those words?

The pair famously starred in the hit TV show Baywatch together, but haven’t worked alongside one another since the show went off the air (the TV air that is, not the air in our hearts).

The two embraced during the award show and a vest-wearing David showed off his “Still Got It” physique by doing push-ups on the floor.

Pam went on Larry King Live to address the dangers of keeping whales and dolphins in captivity following the tragic death of a killer whale trainer at a SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.

Pam told Larry King:

I don’t think there should be SeaWorlds. Of course not. I think it’s terrible. They should not be in captivity at all. It’s bound to happen. Something like that. It’s just terrible… it’s terrible that it’s happened, but there shouldn’t be any SeaWorlds.

Pam’s stance against SeaWorld shouldn’t come as a surprise to people who are familiar with her adamant pro-animal rights stance. SeaWorld has been drawing increasing criticism from animal rights groups following the death of one of its trainers.

State records indicate that a tax lien for $493,144 was filed against Anderson in April 2009, but she has so far failed to pony up.

The government might have to get in line to collect from the Canadian-born bombshell. Late last year it was reported that Anderson is carrying a total of $1.2 million in debt, including to contractors she’d hired to remodel her Malibu home. Maybe it’s time for Pam to call her former co-star Tommy Lee and talk about a sequel…

The sex-pot star was resplendent in a white and gray ball gown encrusted with sequins and finished off with armpit-length white gloves with jewelry worn (naturally) outside of the glove. It’s a get-up that Miss Piggy would surely approve of!

Naturally. Because allowing your love life to be dictated by your abusive ex-husband makes total sense.

But don’t worry about Pam; she’s ready to shake off he heartbreak and give the whole love thing yet another try. The source goes on to note that, while hosting the Gridlock New Year’s Eve Celebration at Paramount Studios, “Pam made it pretty clear she is no longer dating Jamie and that she was looking for a new love interest.”

I like classy. I respect class. I am, in fact, very classy. But I simply can’t abide the false expectations promoted by this false advertising campaign. Yes, indeed, there ought to be a law.

Hear me now, protectors of the zoological: I’m skinning sables and clubbing seals until PETA gives me full-frontal-celebrity.
