New mom and wife to Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz, will once again steam up the big screen in Woody Allen‘s new movie To Rome With Love, and in anticipation of the romantic comedy, Celebuzz drudged up some stills from the movie.

In the film, the 38-year-old actress — who won an Oscar for her role in Woody’s 2008 movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona– plays a super sexy prostitute that really knows how to wear a red dress.

Also starring Alec Baldwin (30 Rock), Ellen Page (Juno), Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network), and the director himself (Annie Hall, Midnight in Paris), the movie description reads:

“A story about a number of people in Italy, some American, some Italian, some residents, some visitors, and the romances and adventures and predicaments they get into.”

Penelope Cruz graces Harper’s Bazaar‘s May issue, and the Pirates of the Caribbean held nothing back when it came to talking about her idol Meryl Streep and their nude photo shoot together. 

Several years ago, Penelope, 37, posed in her birthday suit for the AIDS’ RED charity alongside Meryl, 62. “As soon as she got to set, I had to sit topless on top of her,” the Spanish actress recalls. Needless to say, Penelope refers to the shoot as “the most interesting love scene I’ve ever done.”

As mentioned, the Iron Lady actress is a mentor of Penelope’s, the Vicky Cristina Barcelona vixen admitting:

“When I first started watching movies and I saw Meryl’s work, that’s when I became obsessed with acting.”

That’s the understatement of the year. Since breaking into acting, Penelope has starred in various films over the years including Blow, Vanilla Sky, and Volver. Perhaps the biggest change in her life came when she and husband Javier Bardem welcomed their son Leo into the world, and her priorities changed.

“Maybe I’ll make one movie a year, maybe two, but it’s not going to be more than that because I have other priorities now.”

Eva and Eduardo, who were introduced by Ed’s sister Penelope Cruz, parted ways in early March after dating for about a year. Since then, Eva, 37, has been seen out and about living the single life as she wraps up the final season of her ABC hit series Desperate Housewives, while Eduardo reportedly returned to Spain. 

This isn’t the first time we have seen this kind of breakup behavior from Eva.

When she split from her husband Tony Parker in 2010, the two went lunching a few times after announcing their divorce. However, this reunion with 27-year old Spanish singer Eduardo seemed to be a little bit more friendly than that of Eva and Tony’s meet-ups. Eduardo was caught leaving the actresses’ home in LA this morning.

The Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides star, 37, is shown looking over her bare shoulder with a caption that reads: “Give Fur the Cold Shoulder.” The organization said of the Oscar winner on their website: 

“Penelope’s passion for cruelty-free fashion goes beyond the red carpet because she knows that fur is never glamorous—not as a coat, a collar, or even tiny trim.”

She joins celebs like Eva Mendes, Holly Madison, Khloe Kardashian, Olivia Munn and Pamela Anderson (to name a few), who have been featured in the organization’s ads. However, Cruz seems to be one of the few that isn’t baring it all in the name of animal rights.

Last weekend, Salma’s BFF, Penelope Cruz was spotted enjoying some ice cream with her husband, Javier Bardem, and their son, Leo.

The trio enjoyed an evening stroll through Old Town of Sarajevo, where Cruz is shooting her next movie, Venuto al Mondo.

Though the couple is unquestionably beautiful, Penelope and Javier blended in well with the crowd in casual wear and matching black hats.

Penelope simmers in the video as the sultry love interest of  Nacho Cano, who along with his brother Jose Maria Cano and singer Ana Torrojo made up the band. Sharing many a heated embrace and gallivanting happily along a beach, the two clearly made a connection as Penelope and Nacho would go on to date for several years.

The new mom was snapped heading to set wearing a black and white polka dot robe and red high heels, the robe covering up her super-sexy lingerie! The movie isn’t set to hit the big screen until 2012 but includes 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin, Juno star Ellen Page and The Social Network actor Jesse Eisenberg … to name a few. Variety describes the film, writing: 

“The pic is set in contempo Rome, but loosely inspired by Giovanni Boccaccio‘s The Decameron, the classic collection of 100 bawdy novellas written in the 1350s. The pic consists of four separate vignettes — two with American characters set in Rome, while the other two involve Italian characters, also set in Rome — but the vignettes never intersect.”

Penelope won an Oscar for her role as Maria Elena in Woody’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona. In the movie, she plays one of her real-life hubby Javier Bardem‘s girlfriends (the other one being Scarlett Johansson).

Eva, who showed off her petite figure in a skimpy white bikini with gold accents, cuddled with a hat-wearing Eduardo as they relaxed on a luxurious yacht with several friends. Later, the Desperate Housewives star draped a white tank dress cover-up over her two-piece as she prepared to set foot on dry land.

The American actress is currently enjoying a tour of Eduardo’s home country as she takes a break from filming Desperate Housewives. Earlier this week, Eduardo and Eva enjoyed a double-date with Penelope and her husband, Javier Bardem.

The celeb couples enjoyed a late dinner at The Penthouse, a restaurant in Madrid’s ME Madrid Hotel. The foursome reportedly dined on mini-burgers and mojitos into the wee morning hours. Eva and Eduardo also spent a few nights at Penelope and Javier’s villa in San Augustine Valdelagua Guadalix so that the Spanish actress could get to know the celeb who is dating her younger brother.

Although he may not be as well-known to Americans as his famous sister, Eduardo is a famous pop star in Spain.

Eva’s divorce from ex-husband Tony Parker was finalized in January amid claims that he cheated on her. The couple was married for three years.

Penelope, who recently gave birth to her and Javier’s first child, stunned gathering fans in a burnt orange one-shoulder dress, Christian Louboutin heels and her signature tangle of sexy brown hair. Meanwhile, the handsome Javier was all smiles as he attended to his wife while wearing faded black jeans and blue button-down shirt.

The notoriously private couple were unusually affectionate on the red carpet, with Penelope wrapping her arm around Javier and cuddling up close while they both talked to director Pedro Almodovar who worked with the actress in both Volver and Broken Embraces.

Both celebs were given stars on Madrid’s La Calle de Las Estrella. Other star recipents included Pedro, singer Julio Iglesias and Antonio Banderas.

Penelope’s Madrid star comes hot on the heels of another career achievement – receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Spanish-born actress was awarded her star back in April. What better way to show your international importance than with not one but two stars on two different Walks of Fame?

Penelope is taking a well-deserved break from movies following the birth of her son and success of her latest film, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

The cast and crew of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides have literally circled the globe over the last two weeks in the lead-up to the release of the mega-blockbuster this Friday. Starting in California and then hitting Moscow, Cannes, London and Madrid, it’s been a non-stop press barrage for Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz and the crew — and they’ve looked absolutely fabulous doing so.

While Depp tends to stick to his signature hat-glasses-suit outfits, Penelope switches up her look at every photo call, press conference and red carpet, showing off her famous curves and good looks like a pro.

Pirates will be released worldwide this Friday, May 20. Get pumped up for the movie with the trailer below, and be sure to check out the behind-the-scenes featurette video above!

From Penelope Cruz to Rachel McAdams to Kirsten Dunst, white has become the color of the spring season! McAdams may have been the most recent celebrity to sport the trend at a NYC screening for her upcoming film Midnight In Paris, but she certainly wasn’t the first or the last!

White gowns were a staple at the Cannes Film Festival this year, and Rachel was on that style bandwagon. The actress chose white for the photocall for Midnight in Paris, and so did her costar Owen Wilson, who was dressed in a white suit. Meanwhile, Uma Thurman flashed some leg in a sexy white gown for Cannes’ opening ceremonies, and X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole wore the trend to the the ‘Habemus Papam’ premiere.

Also in white at Cannes, Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out in the style at a VIP party, and Blake Lively was spotted cuddled up to Leonardo DiCaprio wearing a little white sundress.
