Former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger battled an eating disorder for eight years.

In a new episode of VH1’s Behind the Music, the singer, now 34, reveals that she struggled with bulimia on a daily basis.

“It’s embarrassing. I never spoke about it,” she says in the program, which released a sneak peek earlier this week.

“It’s like when I got offstage, I was on this high, and I’d come back to my room and I’d be alone, so I would just do things. My bulimia was my addiction; hurting myself was my addiction.”

What else did Scherzinger reveal about her personal struggle?

“Every time I had a second to be alone, I was doing something to myself. You get, like, blisters on your hands or scars on your hands, and I’d try to hide those. I think the girls could tell,” she tells Behind the Music.

“I hated myself. I really was so disgusted with myself and so embarrassed. I felt so alone. I was in a group, and I never felt so alone in my life,” she continues.

Scherzinger is the latest celebrity to come forward about her struggle with body issues, following the inspirational footsteps of Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato and Katie Couric, all who have publicly spoken in recent weeks about their personal battles.

These days, the Hawaiian-born superstar is a force to be reckoned with. Besides serving as a judge on the new season of The X Factor in the UK, Scherzinger is also busy working on the follow-up to her 2011 debut album, Killer Love.

Earlier this year, the singer also appeared on the big screen in Men in Black 3, alongside Will Smith.

Behind the Music, featuring Nicole Scherzinger and some of her former Pussycat Doll members and founder Robin Antin, airs Sunday at 9PM ET on VH1.

The dynamic duo were seen eagerly eyeing pink handbags at the Beverly Hills Chanel store on Monday afternoon. Later, Kim was spotted walking with several large Chanel shopping bags – apparently she liked what she saw!

Does Kim’s hangout with Robin mean that she might be considering another appearance with the Pussycat Dolls? We can only hope!

Forget American Idol judges, the new rumor getting floated around is that Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger will be joining the X Factor, the British talent show being brought to the States by Simon Cowell.

Dancing with the Stars champ Scherzinger will reportedly be joined by British pop star, UK X Factor judge and Justin Bieber crush, Cheryl Cole. While Nicole and Cheryl’s judging deals remain unofficial, the show’s one confirmed judge is Cowell, who left American Idol earlier this year to focus on launching the American version of X Factor.

Nicole already has some experience on the X Factor panel: The “Don’t Cha” singer spent the summer as a stand-in judge on the UK version of the show when Cheryl was hospitalized for malaria.

If Nicole signs on, she will be in direct competition with new Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, who reportedly inked a $12 million deal to join the hit Fox sing-off.

Simon’s rep says that it’s “too early” to discuss confirmed judges. The X Factor premieres on Fox next year.

Apparently, the sight of Kelly Osbourne shimmying around in her undies has no small amount of celebrity draw. Who knew?

Ozzy Osbourne‘s daughter expanded her résumé on Wednesday night at West Hollywood nightspot The Viper Room, making her debut with renowned burlesque troupe Pussycat Dolls. A small constellation of stars was in attendance for the event, including Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria-Parker, Nigel Lythgoe, Howie Mandel and Glee‘s Mark Salling.

There’s no better way to say this: Kelly Osbourne looks amazing lately. Fresh off a glamorous turn on the Emmys red carpet, Kelly O underwent a burlesque makeover (think blonde extensions and a vinyl corsette) to perform with the Pussycat Dolls at the Viper Room in Los Angeles Wednesday night. PCD founder Robin Antin tweeted the above pre-show photo.

Kelly, 25, busted out a few of her Dancing with the Stars moves to share the stage with Mya (a former DWTS competitor) and frequent PCD performer Carmen Electra.

The erotic affair was a success in Kelly’s eyes, as she tweeted : “I can’t thank you enough for tonight!” and to Mya: “it was amazing getting to work with you again… you sounded so good tonight.”

1. Growing up like most women, my eye for fashion and style in public exceeded my means to buy the latest designs. I had to be creative. Clip out your favorite looks from fashion magazines and bring them with you to your local thrift shop. Use these as a guide to finding your personal style!

2. Everyone is looking for long, luscious lashes. There are products out there (that they say works to grow your lashes), personally I don’t know because I’ve never used them. But what I do know, is that is the most inexpensive, oldest trick in the book- is good old Vaseline. I rub it into my eyelashes every night before I go to bed. It keeps them thick, healthy, and really makes them grow (it also works great on your eyebrows if you’re trying to grow them out from over plucking).

3. Sometimes the stress of everyday life can be so overwhelming we can’t even see that it’s stress getting in the way of moving forward. Dancing taught me the importance of stretching my body before putting it to work. Whether it’s dance or any type of physical activity, make time for yourself and do it!

IT ONLY TAKES 5 MINUTES!

It is clear how important working out is for you-mind, body, and soul. We all lead busy lives, so even if you only have 5 minutes that’s okay! Start out small. When you wake up in the morning, do three sets of crunches IN BED. When you brush your teeth, do “squat lifts” like in my fitness video. When standing in the coffee line, do the ab isolations I have talked about on my previous blog. 

Here’s a tip for those frequent fliers or workaholics sitting at a desk for several hours. Since I travel a lot, what I do is rotate my ankles around in circles for at least 3 minutes, every 30 minutes of the flight. It keeps your blood flowing, which is so important when sitting for so long. I also do shoulder rolls and strech out my neck-from side to side, front to back, which also keeps the blood flowing. And then of course, taking a quick walk in the aisle of the airplane or around the office is essential. It’s all about blood flow. Be creative and find fun ways to exercise!

The Pussycat Dolls may be having their share of interpersonal problems right now, but they still know how to look good.

The Dolls have released the video for their latest single, and it starts out in the best possible way: With lead Doll Nicole Scherzinger wet and naked.

The steamy clip opens with Nicole writhing in a bathtub before rising from the suds an padding around her place in the altogether.

The vid then takes a surreal turn as Scherzinger joins her fellow Dolls, who are dancing on the ceilings and walls.

Robin Antin, 47-year-old creator of burlesque act turned pop quintet the Pussycat Dolls, has launched a new lingerie line through U.K. retailer La Senza.

The line, called …Shhh, is billed as sexy “underwear as outerwear.”

Antin tells British paper The Sun, “The words for this collection are flirtatious, fashion and fun! Inside every woman lives a Pussycat Doll.”

This ought to give Calvin Klein’s Seductive Comfort line, featuring a scantily-clad Eva Mendes, 34, a run for the money!

PCD, led by the age-defying (and denying) Nicole Scherzinger, 30, will next perform on Sunday night’s ABC broadcast of the American Music Awards.

Looking good and doing good went hand-in-hand last night at Radio City Music Hall, as entertainers hit the stage for the fifth annual Fashion Rocks concert in New York.

The event, sponsored by the Conde Nast Media Group, highlighted the relationship between music and fashion. But the concert also had a philanthropic side: Proceeds will go to cancer-research group Stand Up to Cancer.

The evening’s festivities—hosted by the always-fashionable Denis Leary—included performances by Fergie, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, the Pussycat Dolls, Keith Urban and Kid Rock. One of the show’s biggest highlights was a duet between Justin Timberlake and Beyonce on the Marvin Gaye/Tammi Terrel classic “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing.”

The event will air Tuesday night on CBS. In the meantime, click through the gallery on the right for a photographic parade of the evening’s high points.

Miss Kardashian announced earlier this week that she’d love to take her career to a whole ‘nother level by taking a shot at singing!

Now it will be even harder to tell the two apart. Thanks a lot, Kim! 

Apparently, the producers of The Today Show learned nothing from Fergie‘s bump-and-grind, fake-fellating inappropriateness on their stage some months back.

Or maybe they did.

The show continued its popular Summer Concert Series Friday, with a triple bill featuring Katy Perry, Jesse McCartney and the Pussycat Dolls.

That’s Katy Perry, who can’t stop going on and on about her same-sex leanings.

And Jesse McCartney, whose sheets-mussing video for “Leavin’” looks like a late-night Cinemax offering.

And the Pussycat Dolls, who…well, there’s really no explanation necessary on that front.

But why Katy was dressed like a giant freakin’ watermelon?

Maybe her hyper-religious parents should try praying that she develops a better fashion sense.

Music truly is the international language. Especially when it’s emerging from a bunch of hotties who are collectively wearing just enough fabric to clothe an average eight-year-old.

Nicole Scherzinger almost revealed all her Pussycat Dolls business on Hollywood Boulevard during a video shoot for her group’s upcoming single “When I Grow Up.”

In addition to their trademark skin-baring antics, the Dolls are drawing attention with a strategically placed Britney Spears cameo.

The recovering pop princess made her way to Warner Bros. studio lot on Wednesday to shoot her bit in the vid, a spy revealed to Us Weekly. “In the scene, Britney is driving in a car.” The snitch added, “They all wave at each other as they are passing in traffic—that is it.”

Uh-oh, those Dolls are so daring. Putting Britney behind the wheel of a car is pretty risky. Then again, maybe it’s genius, ’cause it’s sure gonna get them some headlines.

Everything turned out okay, but one wrong text message to Britney, and Nicole could have found herself the lead singer of Eden’s Crushed.
