Salma Hayek Calls Demi Moore ‘Inspiration’: You Watch, She’ll Be Back (PHOTOS)

Salma Hayek has Demi Moore‘s back.

The Fools Rush In actress, 45, opened up to Lucky magazine about everything from Botox to her fashion essentials, but it was her comments on Demi, 48, that caught our attention. The Ghost star recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher, 34, and was later sent to a treatment facility after being hospitalized after an alleged “whip-its” incident.

Salma, however, has full confidence in Demi’s comeback, telling the magazine:

“[I’m] not like Demi [Moore]. She’s so disciplined, I wish I could be like that.”

She added, “You watch, Demi will be back. She’s an inspiration to all women.”

Another way she’s not like Demi, Salma admitted that she’s not a fan of surgery or Botox. “Botox, trust me I’ve been tempted—but I resist! think about what happens to your muscles—and your skin—if you’re sick and don’t move for a few days. It all atrophies! Plus, if you freeze a muscle in your face, other muscles have to compensate! And once you stop, what does that look like?” Before I can issue a rebuttal she offers another theory: “You know Latin people? African-American people? How our skin ages more slowly? Even though we’re dramatic, we move our faces, we eat higher- fat foods, we’re the ones with fewer wrinkles—it makes you wonder.”’

A few weeks ago, we went on and on about how amazing Salma Hayek looked at Paris Fashion Week.

Which is why we were so disappointed – not to mentioned confused – by what the 45-year-old beauty wore during a recent trip to LAX.

The Oscar-nominated beauty donned some type of odd, black-and-pink-patterned ensemble that looked more like pajamas, if anything. We’re all for feeling comfortable, but we’re not sure if we approve this look.

Though it’s incredibly hard to believe, Salma Hayek is 45 years old.

What’s not hard to believe, however, is the Oscar-nominated beauty remains as stunning as she did five, 10 – make that 20! – years ago!

Salma’s great looks were on full display on Thursday at Paris Fashion Week, where she attended the Hogan by Karl Lagerfeld Ready-to-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 Presentation. We don’t know what her secret is; however, we do know that she’s never looked better!

Actress Salma Hayek was spotted at the 2012 Golden Globes in Beverly Hills on Sunday looking fierce in a shimmering black and gold gown from the House of Boucheron paired with a Lapérouse diamond and white gold ring.

She chose to wear the Lapérouse ring in white gold paved with diamonds and set with a brown diamond.

The sultry Puss and Boots star is presenting at tonight’s award show and was joined by her husband Francois-Henri Pinault on the red carpet.

While in Paris, the actress and her daughter Valentina were headed to the premiere of Puss In Boots when Salma, dressed in sky-high heels and a pencil skirt, fell to the floor while attempting to walk down some stairs at the George V Hotel.

The always stylish Salma Hayek opted for a more casual style while promoting the animated film Puss in Boots in Madrid, Spain. Arriving at the morning photocall with her co-star Antonio Banderas, the actress wore a colorful sheer top and black flare pants, paired with a black belt.

During the promotional event, the costars got close — with Antonio planting a big kiss on Salma’s cheek! Yeah, we’re a little jealous.

Salma has been sporting all kinds of different looks while promoting the animated film. Yesterday, she sported a maroon blazer and this black ruffled skirt as she posed for some photos at film’s German premiere.

Little Valentina kept warm in a navy jacket and sweater tights while her mom braved the cold weather by wearing a stunning navy YSL dress.

Salma Hayek is one gorgeous lady!

The Puss in Boots star was seen outside the Ed Sullivan theater in NYC on Monday, and was sporting a cute green frock that perfectly displayed her rocking curves.

While there are some big names attached to the Shrek spin-off, it appears as though some of the stars didn’t meet until they started promoting the film!

According to Access Hollywood, Zach Galifianakis (who voices Humpty Dumpty) didn’t meet Salma or Antonio Banderas until recently!

“I never met them while we were filming this movie. I met them for the first time yesterday. Good handshakes, they all have good handshakes. It’s a really beautiful cast.”

That’s for sure!

She arrived in Miami with daughter Valentina Pinault for the premiere of Puss in Boots — which Salma lends her sultry voice to.

Even though she’s hitting a high note in her career, being a mom is priority number one. She also says she counts her blessings when it comes to her success.

She recently told Latina the magazine:

“I’m 45, so it’s a miracle I’m working in the first place – especially because I’m not even here [stateside] chasing it. Nowadays I only work with friends or somebody I admire, or on something that is really special. Somehow, just by doing that, it’s the year that I worked the most in my life!”

At 45, Salma Hayek‘s the busiest she’s ever been! In between juggling motherhood, a marriage to billionaire François-Henri Pinault and a full-fledged acting career, the Mexican born beauty squeezed some time to cover the latest issue of Latina magazine in a stunning Alexander McQueen dress.

Though her acting career is on the upswing again (according to IMDB, Salma has 4 projects in the works), she doesn’t forget to count her blessings for being so busy! She tells the mag:

“I’m 45, so it’s a miracle I’m working in the first place – especially because I’m not even here [stateside] chasing it. Nowadays I only work with friends or somebody I admire, or on something that is really special. Somehow, just by doing that, it’s the year that I worked the most in my life!”

In addition to her family and acting, the Hollywood mogul has added skincare line Nuance by Salma Hayek to her booming empire. With several projects at the helm, Salma is “very comfortable” in the position that she’s in but admits she wouldn’t mind being full-time housewife, “…I’m happy. I really am. I was born to be a wife and a mother.”

And it shows! She opened up about the guy that has made her oh so happy—her french businessman/billionaire hubby!

“I found a man better than any man I could ever in my life imagine existed. He found me, actually. I wasn’t even looking.”

The actress stepped out on the red carpet at a photocall for her latest animated film, Puss in Boots, in Finland on Tuesday, and looked stunning in this little black dress.

Equipped with a high neckline and full skirt and embellishments on the shoulders, it’s just sexy enough to show off her figure, but not too sexy for promoting a children’s film.

Puss in Boots also features the voice of Antonio Banderas, and is a spin-off the film Shrek. Take a look at the trailer below!

The sexy Mexican actress has been on everyone’s radar since her breakout role in 1995 opposite Antonio Banderas in Robert Rodriguez‘s Desparado. Before the 1990s came to a close, Salma went on to display her acting skills (along with her killer curves) in flicks such as From Dusk Till Dawn, Fools Rush In, 54, Dogma, and Wild Wild West.
