As San Francisco Giants fans were cheering on “The Panda” Wednesday night, some of Hollywood’s biggest baseball fans were sounding off on Twitter.

Detroit’s son Eminem hung out with Tigers’ first baseman Prince Fielder before the start of Game 1, while The Newsroom star Jeff Daniels gave a detailed play-by-play throughout the night.

In the end, Pablo “The Panda” Sandoval and the Giants went home with an 8-3 win over the Tigers, with three homeruns courtesy of the 26-year-old third baseman.
