]]> While she’s no longer dating a movie star, model and Reality TV contestant Sarah Larson is certainly enjoying the Sundance Film Festival.

Celebuzz spotted the 30-year-old George Clooney ex at the Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel’s Smashtime party at the Hollywood Life House on Main Street last night.

“She was partying pretty hard,” said a source, “going wild at Hard Rock, drinking and dancing.”

Clooney and Larson split in May of last year, with initial reports saying 47-year-old George dumped the beauty (who managed a spread in Harper’s Bazaar under their relationship tenure).

Soon after the break-up, Larson was seen out and about with a former flame, a Las Vegas-based editor for 944 magazine named Ryan Doherty.

We can reveal the two are certainly still spending time.

“Sarah was grinding on Ryan all night, her legs wrapped around his waist, massaging the small of his back,” said the spy.

Also spotted at the Hollywood Life and Red Bull’s bash: Ashlee Simpson-Wentz ex Ryan Cabrera, Brittany Snow and Whitney Port‘s City hottie Jay Lyon.

Larson’s most prominent press lately is a Page Six report that she played around on Clooney.

“Sin City sources say that while the former cocktail waitress was dating Clooney, she ‘came to Vegas for a weekend and cheated on him’ with a media mogul.”

Hold the phone…she cheated on him? Either George has officially lost his mojo, or this gal has a blacklist wish.

Alas, karma works in funny ways. Now that Sarah’s post-Clooney modeling gigs have dried up, she’s apparently dating Joey Vanas, referred to as a “minor-league promoter.”

Well, good with that, Sarah. Oh, and scotch and soda…on the rocks.

Despite earlier reports that Larson was descending into a hellish spiral of existential despair following her split with Clooney last month, the cocktail waitress has landed a modeling gig with Von Dutch and Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier, says E! Online.

“I just shot [the campaign] a few days ago,” Larson says. “The shoot was sexy and feminine. It was a lot of fun.”

Sounds great! She’ll show cast-aside women worldwide that getting kicked to the curb doesn’t have to mean looking like you just crawled out of the gutter.

Now, In Touch Weekly says the couple split after Larson ignored her man’s wishes and underwent breast-augmentation surgery.

The magazine’s source reveals, “George really didn’t want her to get the boob job. Although she asked George if she could do her recovery at his house, and he agreed.”

Apparently, Clooney is maintaining this hospitality toward Larson—or at least her friends. E! Online reports that George kept his prebreakup promise to let a honeymooning pal of hers use his Lake Como villa. 

Very gentlemanly, George. At least someone got a honeymoon out of you.

Problem is, no one seems to have a straight answer.

To hear Fox News tell it, Larson is one crying jag away from doing herself in with a rusty razor blade.

According to a Larson friend quoted by Fox, “She thought they were getting married. Instead, she got dumped. She’s really upset. Devastated.”

Then again, according to People, Larson might be the happiest gal in Sin City right now. The mag reports she’s back in Las Vegas partying it up with former coworkers and grooving to Pete Wentz‘s DJ-ing.

So, what gives? Obviously, the media wouldn’t speculate about such an important matter without getting their facts straight. And clearly, a woman who’d just been dumped by one of the world’s most eligible bachelors wouldn’t experience mood swings…or put on  a brave face and drown her despair with vodka.

UPDATE:  Ha, turns out it wasn’t those rampant randy pics of his lady that broke up George and Sarah. E! Online has learned the woman simply talked too much. During their relationship, the former Vegas, um, hostess waxed on to outlets ranging from Vanity Fair to People to Harper’s Bazaar. When it comes to his matters of the heart, not even Clooney does that.

“George is very protective of his private life,” a source tells E! Online. “He started feeling like she had spoken too much about the relationship. She wanted the fame…If he wanted to date an actress, he would. But he doesn’t.”

Not sure if fame of the good kind is on the horizon, but buh-bye, Sarah, it was nice knowin’ you.

Talk is it was their divergent backgrounds drove them apart…with so far no mention of Sarah’s naughty pics. Clooney’s rep mustered up the standard-issue response when asked for a statement: “I can only confirm that we have never commented on George’s personal life.” But a friend of Larson dished to the mag that although their relationship is over, there’s still good tidings between the two. “[George] thinks Sarah is sweet, and that is why it was so hard to break up with her.”

The 29-year-old former cocktail waitress first met Clooney when she was working at a Las Vegas casino four years ago and has reportedly moved her belongings out of the actor’s home in Los Angeles.

Arrivederci, Lake Como!

Yet there Sarah Larson was last night at her actorvist hunk’s premiere for Leatherheads at Hollywood’s Graumann’s Chinese, looking all demure and designer clad.

With his girl at his side, George Clooney schmoozed and smiled, canoodled and clamored, along with A-list costars John Krasinski (and his Office brigade) and Renée Zellweger, Kid Rock, Goran Visnjic, Rick Schroeder and Cindy Crawford.

No one can argue that despite their 17-year age difference, Sarah and George—aka the dude who gets even straight guys revvin’—make a picture-perfect red carpet duo, but we’re bettin’ this is not the kind of camera-ready Clooney had in mind when he signed on.

Would have absolutely killed to be a fly on the wall as the lovebirds were readying for the inevitable red carpet onslaught. But Clooney wielded his considerable clout, his flacks did their thing, and there was nary a mention of the sordid snaps.

Still, seems what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.
