After several tabloids speculated that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne were getting a divorce last week, Ozzy immediately took to Facebook denying the rumors. Sharon, however, has remained silent on the matter, that is, until today.

Osbourne spoke out on her talk show, The Talk, about the rumors. She confirms Ozzy’s assertion that the two have no plans to divorce, but does admit that Ozzy’s relapse has created friction between the two.

“I never knew that he was using prescription drugs,” Osbourne says. “I knew that he was drinking occasionally, but I didn’t realize, you know, to the extent.”

Osbourne serves as a co-host of the talk show along with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Taylor. The show was on hiatus last week, which explains why Osbourne is only responding to the rumors today.

“We’re not getting divorced,” Osbourne states. “We’re dealing with it, we’ve dealt with worse and we deal with it and this too shall pass.”

Osbourne is calm and reserved throughout her address, but she does finish the two minute spiel in typical Osbourne style: “Otherwise my husband will be taken to the hospital to get my foot removed from his ass.”

There’s still hope that Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne can save their 31-year marriage – but only if he seeks immediate professional help.

Relationship expert Dr Carole Lieberman M.D. believes that the rocker has done the right thing by going public about his relapse but contends that he needs more proper assistance now.

Ozzy confessed on his Facebook page that he had been drinking for the past year and a half following reports that the couple are now living apart.

“They can absolutely stay together but he needs to get some professional help like in-patient treatment,” Dr Lieberman told Celebuzz.

“It’s worrying that Ozzy admitted to have been drinking and taking drugs for so long and Sharon has obviously tried to shock him by moving out if the reports are true that they are living separately now.

“The danger is that he is alone and is worried about losing his wife while trying to beat his addictions. Ozzy needs more than just going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings he needs support and professional treatment.”

Over the weekend, photos of moving vans in front of their home combined with sightings of Sharon at the Beverly Hills Hotel sans her wedding ring stoked the rumors of the split.

The famous pair have endured a rollercoaster relationship over the years, with Sharon being credited as being the person who finally got Ozzy to kick the booze and drugs after decades of addiction.

The couple met when she was just 18-years-old and became his manager soon after,  They married in Hawaii in 1982.

Best selling author Dr Lieberman believes that the famous couple – who have three children Kelly Osbourne, 28, Jack Osbourne, 27, and Aimee Osbourne, 28, – face some tough times in the coming months but can still make it through.

“They have been through a lot over the years but they can absolutely can save their marriage. However, it is going to take a lot of work on Ozzy’s behalf but at least now he’ss admitted that he has got a problem.”

So 70 pounds later, the 28-year-old has found her own slim-down secrets to success — which even include pizza and looking good in the gym.

“I eat my fattiest meal in the a.m. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner,” Osbourne said.

He’s the rock legend famous for eating a live bat on stage. She’s the manager’s daughter-cum-TV host. Who could have predicted trouble in paradise?

Multiple sources are reporting that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split and are now living separately.

Ozzy has been a celebrity in his own right for decades, but America fell in love with the foul-mouthed Osbourne clan after their reality series The Osbournes premiered on MTV in 2002.

Rumors surfaced after Sharon was seen moving out of the family home earlier this month. The fans were flamed again nine days ago when Sharon was spotted eating with daughter Kelly sans wedding band.

Now, TMZ is reporting the split is official — though perhaps not permanent, with Sharon taking up residence at the Beverly Hills Hotel and Ozzy living in a rented home nearby.

For his part, Jack, the couple’s 27-year-old son who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year, has denied any rumor of a rift between his parents.

On the one hand, Sharon and Ozzy have been married 31 years, which is nearly unheard of in the world of heavy metal. But our fingers are crossed for these two, who stole our hearts one tiny dog at a time all those years ago. Besides, who else can understand Ozzy, literally?

Not everyone in Hollywood has dropped pounds by diehard dieting and fitness… some have taken drastic measures by going under the knife.

Stars like American Idol judge Randy Jackson and The Talk‘s Sharon Osbourne have been open about their weight-loss procedures. While some undergo gastric bypass surgery, in which the stomach is divided into two, others opt for an inflatable gastric band that surrounds the top of the stomach to slow down food consumption.

So have these celebs achieved their desired results? You may be surprised by their answers.

Though Jackson has kept off the weight — shedding an impressive 114 pounds since his 2003 surgery — Osbourne found a loophole to the slim-down effect.

After losing 125 pounds following her Lap Band surgery in 1999, the talk show host says she still found ways to eat more than she should.

“The band was not the solution to my weight struggles, as I had hoped it would be. It was just like everything else, you find a way around it,” she writes on her diet blog. “And I found out that if I had a glass of wine, it loosened it up and I could eat whatever I wanted, so it became redundant.”

Likewise, fitness and nutrition expert JJ Virgin, who also starred on TLC’s reality series Freaky Eaters, says weight loss surgery is “absolutely not” the ultimate cure-all.

“Studies show bariatric surgery can reduce risks for diabetes, sleep apnea, and other problems,” Virgin told Celebuzz. “But a very recent study showed it’s also expensive and doesn’t improve overall health or increase lifespan.”

“There are risks involved with the surgery, and someone considering it would need to weigh those risks with any potential benefits,” she continued, adding that it should only be considered if the person has exhausted all other options, including working with practitioners to address potential hormone issues, following a balanced diet, completing high-intensity interval training and addressing psychological issues.

Virgin also tells CB! that opting for surgery is not a quick fix… and even post-surgery weight gain is likely to occur.

“The problem is a lack of long-term behavioral and nutritional counseling to make this change lasting. If the person goes back to eating the way they did pre-surgery, eventually they will gain some or all of that weight back,” she said.

“So could it be helpful?” Virgin asked. “Sure, depending on the person undergoing it who works with professionals post-surgery to make fast fat loss lasting fat loss.”

UPDATE 3:48 p.m. PT: Osbourne is recovering in the hospital after fainting during taping for E!’s Fashion Police, with her rep issuing a statement to Celebuzz: “Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!’s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time.”

UPDATE 1:43 p.m. PT: Osbourne’s E! costar Joan Rivers – who was also present on set when Osbourne suffered the seizure — just told TMZ, “She is fine. We just saw her.”

UPDATE 12:45 p.m. PT TMZ reports that paramedics took Osbourne on a stretcher from E!’s studio on Wilshire Boulevard in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. White sheets were held up to shield her from the media, the site reported.

A source said Osbourne turned to a cohost during filming and said, “I don’t feel good,” before falling out of the chair.

With Season 8 right around the corner, America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon spoke out about his dream team for the judges’ panel.

“[Barbra] Streisand, Cher, call us. We’re ready!” Cannon told Celebuzz at the Cartoon Network’s Hall of Game Awards in Santa Monica, Calif.

When it comes to revamping NBC’s judging lineup on the reality competition, Cannon would love to “put some ladies in the mix” following Sharon Osbourne‘s controversial departure.

“That would be amazing. That’s what I’d aim for,” he said about the idea of bringing Streisand and Cher on board. “I think [the producers] should reach that far and get those people, absolutely.”

As for the male mentors, Cannon expressed his love for Howie Mandel and Howard Stern, who signed on for another season in December.

“I got the best judge in the game, Howard Stern. He and I can hold it down,” he said, adding, “I would love to see Howie [Mandel] back. I want Howie to come back. Howie’s hilarious and awesome on the show.”

With a billion-dollar clothing empire under her belt, we can only imagine how fabulously expansive — and expensive — the Fashion Star judge’s wardrobe must be. But the fashion mogul is swapping out her precious closet for a baby nursery, according to a report by Us Weekly.

And the pop princess has been inspired by the rock rebels who used to own the estate. Simpson, 32, and her fiancé Eric Johnson are reportedly in escrow to buy Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s 11,000-square-foot mansion for $13 million — and plan on turning the master closet into a nursery, according to the mag.

The 10-bedroom Cape Cod-inspired home,  located within the exclusive community of Hidden Hills, Calif, is so visually stunning that it was featured two years ago in Architectural Digest when it went on the market, according to Trulia.

She may not Lady Gaga‘s favorite person, but three British women are singing the praises of Kelly Osbourne.

Estralita Murray of Dunoon in Scotland, Andrea Ryder of Sheffield, England and Nicola Ronson of Bolton, England, all took part in Osbourne’s “Hollywood Diet” after jetting to Los Angeles in December — and shed a whopping 101 pounds in less than two months between them.

“Kelly Osbourne is the real deal, and she really helped us all change our lives for the better,” 38-year-old Ryder tells Celebuzz.

Osbourne — who got into a war of words with Mother Monster after criticizing the singer’s weight — did it with a little help from her friends.

The E! Fashion Police co-host enlisted a team of top fitness and nutrition experts to work with the women, including her personal trainer, Fred Khorshidi, and her former Dancing With The Stars partner Louis Van Amstel. Clinical therapist Carla Lundblade helped them tackle weight and food issues.

“Kelly could not have been more helpful. She used to get a lot of stick for being overweight, but she was able to help herself and was very encouraging to us when we were in Hollywood,” said 27-year-old Ronson, a financial broker.

“I’ve managed to keep up with my weight loss by eating healthier and taking up boxing when I got back to the UK.”

“I am getting married later this year, and my fiancé Tim has been very supportive of my new regime,” she added. “Kelly definitely helped me get a kickstart my life. She is a very down-to-earth and supportive person who could relate to how I felt, and that inspired me to lose 46 pounds.”

The trio’s weight loss was chronicled on the UK Daybreak & Lorraine morning television show, which filmed them sweating it out as they did yoga, kayaked and hiked through L.A. — and danced with Van Amstel.

“The mantra from Kelly and the coaches was simple – just eat right and exercise more,” said Ryder, who makes her living as an opera singer. “Kelly was great, and she has stayed in touch with us via Twitter.  I have been able to keep losing weight by eating smaller portions of food throughout the day and by ramping up my exercise.

“It has actually made me a better singer, as my breathing is a lot better now,” she added. “And I also have more energy to play with my two children Declan and Isabel, as I’ve lost around 27 pounds.”

Sixty-two-year-old Murray – a professional chef who runs the Pier Guest House and Bistro in Dunoon, Scotland – says she’s also indebted to Osbourne, 28.

“I lost 30 lbs, and it was all down to Kelly and her team,” she told us. “She was very supportive and down-to-earth. We were all offered slightly different diet plans and, as a chef, I learned to cut out salt and to have healthy snacks like fresh fruit, which would help to regulate my blood/sugar levels.”

“I also mix up walking and running with yoga and Pilates, and I have never felt better.”

And Murray hopes to be reunited with her new Hollywood friend soon — for a very special occasion.

“When Nicola gets married, I will bake her wedding cake while Andrea will sing,” she said. “Hopefully, Kelly will be able to come along too, because she helped to change all our lives for the better.”

The hit CBS daytime talk show and its bevy of personalities are airing live all week from the CBS Super Bowl Park at Jackson Square in New Orleans. In an exclusive set visit to the talk show, host Sharon Osbourne and company revealed their big plans for their series of shows and Mardi Gras.

“Oh I’ve got one of those hats with the straw and it’s got beer cans on it and I’m going to sit there sucking on the beer and watching the game,” said Osbourne.

Kelly Osbourne is heading down the aisle — and no one is as thrilled for the bride-to-be than her own mother, Sharon.

“As long as Kelly’s happy, I’m happy,” the CBS’ The Talk co-host told Celebuzz during an exclusive interview Wednesday. “That’s it. That’s the way it goes.”

Though 60-year-old Hollywood mom kept mum about the couple’s engagement, which reportedly happened over the holidays, Sharon is nonetheless happy that her daughter is set to wed vegan chef Matthew Mosshart.

“I do happen to adore her boyfriend,” she gushed about her future son-in-law.

Kelly, 28, and her beau, 29, first went public with their relationship in December 2011, when the couple were spotted engaging in some serious PDA in New York.

Since dating Mosshart, the E!’s Fashion Police co-host has given him plenty of credit for helping her maintain a healthy lifestyle.

“I love Matthew and we love to work out together — we motivate one another,” she told The Daily Mail last December.

“I go on the treadmill every day for half an hour and do two hours of exercise if I have a special event.”

Kelly has been once engaged to model Luke Worrall in 2009, but split in July 2010 after he had an affair with model Elle Schneider.

The sister of Carl Joseph Walker Hoover wants Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne to end their bitter social media feud and to educate their fans instead.

Dominique Walker, 19, whose 11-year-old brother Carl hanged himself in 2009 because school bullies taunted him with anti-gay slurs, wants the bickering stars “to be more responsible and set an example.”

“They have to realize that they are both really powerful and can start a firestorm on social media with their millions of fans with just one comment,” Dominique told Celebuzz.

As reported by Celebuzz, the two superstars are involved in a bitter internet stand-off after Sharon Osbourne came to her daughter’s defense writing a critical open letter on her Facebook page that was prompted when the singer’s fans became abusive towards the Fashion Police co-host.

The Osbourne matriarch demanded that Gaga instruct her millions of followers, known as “Little Monsters,” to stop sending death threats and threatening messages to Kelly after she had commented on the singer’s weight, saying “I think she’s pregnant” on a UK talk show.

Gaga responded with a post on her LittleMonsters.com blog criticizing her work on E!, which further stoked the protests against Kelly.

But Dominique, who’s a sophomore at Bennett College in Greensboro, NC, believes that both women are sending mixed messages to their fans and potentially alienating young people who are being bullied.

“I actually like both Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne, but my family knows how difficult it can be to lose somebody you love through bullying after my brother’s death in 2009, ” she said.

“We miss Carl each day and the saddest part was that we did not get to see him fulfill his potential as he was really smart and ambitious,” she added. “Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne have tremendous power and that comes with a lot of responsibility as they are actually role models for a lot of people via social media.

“They have both had their own issues over the years and I just hope that they can put their differences aside and send out positive and educational messages to young people instead.”

Their infamous dispute dates back to 2009 after Osbourne reportedly called Gaga a “butterface” and at last year’s Grammy Awards she deemed her “disrespectful” for not walking the red carpet.

And in October she slammed the Mother Monster’s fans in an interview with Fabulous Magazine by saying: “Lady Gaga’s fans are the worst  – they’ve said I should kill myself, that they hope I get raped. I mean it’s crazy, but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”

Lady Gaga established The Born This Way Foundation with her mother Cynthia Germanotta in 2011 to fight bullying and to create a “braver, kinder world” for youths.

Stewart and her on and off-screen boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, have been victims of intense media scrutiny since KStew admittedly had an affair with her Snow White and the Hunstman director Rupert Sanders. The two are rumored to have gotten back together since the scandal, but continue to keep quiet.

Pattinson played it equally coy in an interview with Guthrie the next day. When asked about Stewart’s response to the “relationship question,” he turned the spotlight right back to her saying, “I want to ask, because we get asked it all the time. Who is actually asking? Is it in your contract?”

Sharon Osbourne says she recently had a double mastetcomy after discovering she carried a gene that predisposes her to developing breast cancer.

“As soon as I found out I had the breast cancer gene, I thought: ‘The odds are not in my favour,’” Osbourne, 60, told HELLO! in an exclusive interview. “I’ve had cancer before and I didn’t want to live under that cloud: I decided to just take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.”

“For me, it wasn’t a big decision, it was a no-brainer,” she said. “I didn’t want to live the rest of my life with that shadow hanging over me.”

“I want to be around for a long time and be a grandmother to Pearl,” she added, referring to her son Jack’s six-month-old daughter.

“I didn’t even think of my breasts in a nostalgic way, I just wanted to be able to live my life without that fear all the time.”

Osbourne battled colon cancer 10 years ago. The procedure to remove both of her breasts took 13 hours, according to the interview.

Sharon Osbourne thinks the Biebs is just a passing fancy.

“I just don’t think, from my gut — maybe my gut’s wrong because it’s not 100% — but I just don’t think he’s going to stand the test of time,” The Talk host said of Justin Bieber at the National Radio Conference in Sydney, Australia on Friday.

“[He's a] really great little guy,” the wife of Ozzy Osbourne said, but apparently that’s a catch 22. “That’s the problem — he’s a little guy,” she explained. Commenting on Bieber’s lack of stubble, she declared, “He needs some hair or something.”

Osbourne did have some kind words for the 18-year-old, even if they continued to throw shade on his music career. Said the 60-year-old: “He’s a fabulously nice person, and he’ll go on to do something else.”

The beau of singer Selena Gomez doesn’t seem to be too concerned. He tweeted on Sunday, “doubt me…i like it,” then followed with, “I’m working on something special.”

Reality star, producer, and now a bonafide lifesaver.

Jack Osbourne’s wife, Lisa Stelly, tweeted that he and his friend, Tyler, had saved a woman’s life on the beach in Hawaii yesterday.

Osbourne, 26, resuscitated the woman after she collapsed on the beach, but was unsure of the woman’s fate until just now.

Stelly tweeted, “Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday who’d had a heart attack and drown. Until the ambulance came. We just found out she’s in a stable condition! Awesome!”

What was Osbourne doing in Hawaii?

Osbourne and Stelly were in the Kona district of Hawaii this past weekend for their nuptials. The couple were married on the beach with their four-month-old daughter, Pearl, by their side.

Osbourne’s now-uncle, Larry Chamberlain, told Celebuzz exclusively: ”We really do wish them the very best for a happy life together.”

Hawaii holds a special place in Osbourne’s heart. His parents, The Talk co-host Sharon and legendary rocker Ozzy, got married on the popular island of Maui 30 years ago.

The TV personality has subsequently spent numerous Christmas and summer vacations there with his famous folks.

Cancer may have claimed some of Hollywood’s brightest stars in the past, but celebrities are fighting back this Friday as TV’s biggest networks are banding together the third Stand Up To Cancer TV special.

The telethon, which will be aired commercial-free simultaneously across 21 channels, boasts an extra number of stars this year as A-listers Gwyneth Paltrow, Justin Timberlake, Emma Stone, Halle Berry, Tom Hanks and Modern Family‘s Sofia Vergara and Eric Stonestreet are set to join the telecast.

However, those aren’t the only famous faces who’s challenged cancer.

From singer Kylie Minogue to Up All Night‘s Christina Applegate, many Hollywood celebs have actually fought the deadly disease — and won.

Cyclist Lance Armstrong famously overcame his battle with testicular cancer in 1996 and went on to win seven Tour de France titles. The athlete even set up a foundation, Livestrong, to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.

Likewise, America’s Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne and Happily Divorced star Fran Drescher have also set up individual cancer foundations after their battles.

Legendary rock couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have listed their Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $50,000 a month — and Celebuzz has all the photos.

The couple originally listed the home for sale for nearly $13 million in July 2011, however, the massive house — which is nestled in the suburb of Hidden Hills, Calif. — has fallen victim to the real estate market lull. So, the Osbournes are going to Plan B, according to Trulia.

The eccentric couple bought the 11,000 square foot Cape Cod-inspired home five years ago for about $12.4 million. But for a fraction of that, the lucky renter will get six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and a whole lot of space.

Perfect for entertaining, the ultra private estate located in the gated equestrian community just 30 minutes outside L.A. was immaculately decorated by interior design legend Martyn Lawrence-Bullard.

The palace for the Prince of Darkness includes a paneled study with reclaimed brick fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, formal dining room, dramatic foyer with spiral staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, studio/home theater space, state-of-the art chef’s kitchen, and no doubt the fashionable Sharon’s addition — a master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet.

The 2.25 acres also includes plenty of outdoor space for entertaining with rolling lawns, Olympic-inspired pool and spa, barbeque island, and dining areas.

The Osbournes seem to be unloading all their properties at the moment having already sold their $7.9 million Malibu home in April.
