Rumors began swirling when the 32-year old was spotted recently leaving Ray J’s Los Angeles home one morning — at 8:30 a.m. But the blonde bombshell has set the record straight.

“I had to tell my mum that I had been over to Ray J’s house but I was there for a modelling job for a new campaign for Prince Reigns, and I left at 3:30 and the only picture taken of me was at 3:30 in the afternoon when I arrived,” Sophie said.

Besides her modeling days, you may recognize her from the female pop group Bardot and her acting role as a bikini babe in Date Movie where she starred alongside Carmen Electra and American Reunion star Alyson Hannigan.

Sophie was also engaged to Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden in early 2007, but the couple split the following year.

Actress and former girlfriend of Benji Madden spilled the details on how she got revenge on a cheating boyfriend to Australian radio show on 2DayFM. (Rest east Good Charlotte fans: The cheater wasn’t Benji.)

The 30-year-old actress related how she walked in on her boyfriend–plastic surgeon and Dr. 90210 star John Diaz–with another woman:

“I rock up in the morning with a coffee and presents and he had a present there – a chick. I walked back in and went, ‘What’s going on?’ and actually had a conversation. I spoke to the girl. She was in shock. I didn’t know her. She was innocent. [Then] I spilt coffee on his car very strategically.”

Just spilled coffee? It sounds like he got off easy.

The actress was driving north on La Brea Ave in Los Angeles in a black Prius when her car was involved in a fender bender with a blue Ford Explorer.

TMZ is reporting that Sophie was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, and was walking with assistance from a fireman and cop. The other driver appeared unharmed.

Doubtful, but the Maroon 5 lead singer certainly entertains his fair share of ladies. Page Six is reporting that, after a make-out session in August, Levine spent some quality time with model Sophie Monk.

Monk, of Benji Madden dating fame, has had a follow-up rendezvous with falsetto fox Levine. The pair snuggled and played at the Hollywood Hotel, catching a garden screening of All About Eve, hosted by Martin + Osa apparel.

“Once the film began, they cuddled on the patio . . . they sat extremely close and were whispering in each other’s ears,” an eyewitness told the rag.

Admittedly, Levine would be a welcome notch up on Monk’s spangly-belt of eligible men.

But can Levine be lured for long from the battlefield? Stay tuned.

“I’m probably bad in bed actually,” Monk admits. “I think I am a dud honestly. No one’s going to tell you you’re bad in bed,” she admitted.

No one’s going to believe you after peeping at this poster, either, Soph.

However, she then took a moment to realize that she might have spoken too soon.

“Why am I saying all this? You aren’t even asking the questions, I’m just bagging myself.”

It’s amazing that someone who looks that spectacular while lying on a bed of chilies can still have low self-esteem. Is that why she goes through the dudes so fast?

In fact, it seems kind of standard for Hollywood.

What is surprising is that Monk is Ryan Seacrest‘s ex. As in the Ryan Seacrest who hosts American Idol.

Maybe this friendship has something to do with the reason Lythgoe quit his gig on Idol earlier this month.

At any rate, the Brit-born/Australian-raised actress and her sugardaddy mature mentor were snapped as they flew off to Las Vegas for the weekend.

It should be mentioned that Lythgoe has a wife of 33 years.

But he and Sophie probably just had a low-key weekend playing nickel slots and staying in separate rooms. Because nothing trashy ever happens in Vegas.

When you’re not providing upper- and lower-body bas-relief impressions, it seems you’re dating two lucky fellows!

At least that’s what the New York Post says.

The paper’s mole reports that the Australia-bred model and onetime Benji Madden significant other has been making time with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest. Plus, she was seen swapping spit with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine in Los Angeles last weekend.

 ”They were on the patio at the Chateau Marmont, and they kissed,” says the paper’s source.

What’s more, Sophie was apparently eyeing the buff dudes at the Oakley Muscle Milk X-Games party. “Maybe she wants a sporty guy next,” the Post‘s source chuckles.

Better hope Ryan doesn’t catch you carrying on with other dudes, Sophie!

Even razor-tooth monsters of the deep won’t mess with that guy.
