Starz’s Spartacus star was more than kind enough to answer more than 20 questions about her life as a celebrity — everything from her first to current celebrity crush, to her morning routine and the last time she yelled. (Hint: It had to do with some illegal activity.)

MY FIRST CELEBRITY CRUSH WAS … Leonardo DiCaprio in Romeo and Juliet… until he kicked the bucket of course. Teen angst is not an attractive quality.

MY CURRENT CELEBRITY CRUSH IS … Kate Beckinsale. Have you seen Underworld?!

THE MOST ROMANTIC THING MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER EVER DID FOR ME WAS … Deal with seven months of long distance — literally separate hemispheres away from each other. That’s more commitment than adopting a three-legged pitbull with a weak bladder and a temper problem.

IF I COULD HAVE X NUMBER OF KIDS I WOULD HAVE … Two. If I had three, then there would be an uneven number in our family on the Disney World rides.

WHEN I’M 90, I WANT TO BE … Able to tell my grandchildren their Nana was a ferocious German warrior who kicked major ass. I’ll leave the swearing and kissing girls part out of it though, I think.

THE LAST MOVIE I CRIED DURING WAS … The Breaking Dawn premiere. I’ll never get those two hours of my life back.

MY WORST CELEBRITY ENCOUNTER WAS WITH … Paris Hilton. Google that s***.

THE WORST MOVIE I EVER ACTED IN WAS … A surfing film in Costa Rica. Half the production team quit weeks before wrap. The actors literally grabbed walkies and tried to finish it.

MY GO-TO MOVIE SNACK IS … Popcorn with delicious, artery clogging melted butter. You just have to.

THE FIRST CD I EVER BOUGHT WAS … Ace of Base. They could’ve ruled the world if they wanted to.

THE MOST-PLAYED SONG ON MY iTUNES IS … Anything classical, actually. My father is a violinist and my mother a pianist, so it’s in my genetic code.

MY GO-TO KARAOKE SONG IS … “Bitch” by Meredith Brooks. Yup, and I’m good at it.

IN HIGH SCHOOL I WAS … The first-ever President of Peer Mediation, a student-to-student council program. Any student on the verge of suspension or expulsion could have their “sentence” minimized if they learned to play nice with others with our guidance. They still have the program intact to this day.

THE ONE PART I AUDITIONED FOR THAT I WISH I HAD GOTTEN WAS … Wonder Woman. They keep screwing it up! Someone needs to step in and actually make a female superhero with an interesting personality.

MY BIGGEST GUILTY PLEASURE IS … Hummus and red wine. I would bathe in them if I could.

MY BIGGEST CELEBRITY PET-PEEVE IS … Anyone who becomes a narcissistic, self-centered, entitled diva. They should be slapped in public repeatedly.

THE LAST TIME I GOT INTO TROUBLE WAS … When I drove my car backwards and reversed into a parking spot. Apparently that’s not legal?

THE LAST TIME I YELLED WAS …When I got busted for driving my car backwards and reversed into a parking spot and was told it wasn’t legal.

RIGHT NOW, I AM OBSESSED WITH … Breaking Bad. The Walking Dead gives me nightmares.

I HATE IT WHEN THE PAPARAZZI … Yells at you. Some of them literally yell at you like you’re a monkey with a tambourine.

WHEN I PIG OUT, I EAT … Pad Thai. At least there are vegetables in it, right?

THE LAST PERSON I KISSED WAS … My honny, whom I just kissed right now in order to answer this question.

MY MORNING ROUTINE INVOLVED … After copious amounts of coffee, I fastened new hardware on a desk I just sanded and painted then nailed some candle holders to a wall. Us Midwestern girls like to roll up those pesky sleeves and break a sweat in the AM.

Any fan of Starz’s hit series, Spartacus, knows what to expect. There will be heroism, sex and bloody battles. And it seems no one loves those things more than newcomer Saxa, one of the Germanic slaves who were rescued from a slave ship and joined Spartacus’ (Liam McIntyre) rebel group last season.

“[Saxa loves] anything to do with drinking wine and women,” actress Ellen Hollman said of her Spartacus character when she visited our Hollywood studio this week.

She also added, “And this season, Gannicus.” Lucky gal.

The series is notorious for sheltering no one (except, maybe, its title character) from death, so Hollman knows she’s lucky her character has survived to this season.

“It’s a rarity indeed to actually make it to the final episode of the final season or anything,” the 29-year-old told us. “I mean you don’t really know when your axe is coming… It’s absolutely carnage. Wait until you see this season.”

The Detroit native reveaed that she chooses to do her own stunts, which includes the deadly and rarely used weapon, the reverse double daggers. Before and during production, the often scantily clad actress attends what’s called “Gladiator Boot Camp” and practices mixed martial arts, hot yoga and weights to stay in shape for the job.

With its final chapter, Hollman described how quickly things will change for Spartacus and his rebels. “In the beginning of this season, War of the Damned, we find the rebels kicking major Roman ass,” Hollman previewed.

“It’s just battle after battle. We keep one step ahead of them. That’s until they bring out the big guns, which is Marcus Crassus. And unlike our previous foes, he’s able to anticipate our moves because he doesn’t underestimate us.”

Spartacus: War of the Damned premieres Friday at 9PM on Starz.

Kelsey Grammer’s Boss, which airs on Starz, is being cancelled. The drama about a vindictive Chicago Mayor who was afflicted with a neurological disease ran for two seasons. The series’ cancellation makes way for three original series from the cable network next year including Da Vinci’s Demons, the final season of Spartacus and the second season of Magic City. Black Sails, a pirate drama from Jerry Bruckheimer will come to the network in 2014. [EW]

Kevin Clash has resigned from PBS’ Sesame Street. The voice behind Elmo has decided that the distraction, provided by a recent scandal in which an unidentified man claimed he had a sexual relationship with him when he was underage, has made it so he cannot be effective in his job. The unidentified man later recanted his statements. Clash voiced the friendly red muppet for 28 years. In a statement, Sesame Street workshop said, “This is a sad day for Sesame Street.” [Deadline]

It looks like CBS’ decision to cancel Partners was the right move as the network’s airing of a repeat of Two and a Half Men garnered 6.4 million total viewers – a 17 percent increase over the canceled comedy. Fellow CBS sitcom, 2 Broke Girls, also saw an increase in ratings by six percent. ABC’s Dancing With the Stars saw the night’s largest audience with 14.1 million viewers. Meanwhile, NBC’s The Voice fell 16 percent in the ratings, but led the ad-coveted 18-49 demographic despite performing at a season low. [TVLine]

Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro is bringing in some guest stars for the premieres of his two TLC shows, Next Great Baker and Cake Boss. On the special 90-minute premiere of the competition show, Next Great Baker, the 13 pastry chefs will step up to the challenge of making a groom’s cake for The X Factor Host Mario Lopez. Meanwhile on Cake Boss, Valastro will be tasked with creating a life-size replica cake of Golden Girl Betty White in just 24 hours. Next Great Baker and Cake Boss premiere on Monday at 9 and 10:30 PM respectively on TLC. [TLC]

Starz has set a return date for Spartacus’ third and final season, Spartacus: War of the Damned. Liam McIntyre returns as the titular gladiator as the season begins following the defeat of Roman commander Gaius Claudius Glaber. It premieres Friday, Jan. 25 at 9 PM. [Starz]

Bravo is giving us more Real Housewives this Sunday with a special episode of The Real Housewives of Miami. The episode,which will air after The Real Housewives of Atlanta, will feature Alexia attempting to unite the housewives for a dinner. It is set to air at 10 PM. [Bravo]

CBS is readying a spin off of NCIS: LA. While the project doesn’t yet have a name, it will be written and executive produced by current NCIS and NCIS: LA executive producer Shane Brennan. The characters in the spinoff will center a on a small team of agents who travel the country solving crimes. Two of the characters will be introduced in a two-part episode of NCIS: LA. [Deadline]

Ratings for many shows were down on Monday night. Though NBC’s The Voice was the ad-coveted 18-49 leader for the 8 PM and 9 PM hours, ABC won the night in terms of actual viewers. FOX’s Bones and The Mob Doctor returned with audiences consistent with their season averages. [Zap2it]

Patricia Arquette will appear on Law & Order: SVU this November. The former star of Medium will play a call girl in the episode. In addition, Anne Meara, who has appeared on many TV Shows including The King of Queens and Oz will play Arquette’s mom on the episode. [TVLine]

It looks like Disney’s Boy Meets World sequel is a go, at least for pilot season. Word is Disney is casting for Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel)’s daughter Riley Matthews and her BFF, Maya for the project, Girl Meets World. The description for Riley says she is a 13-year-old girl who is loyal to her friends and ready to take on life. Maya will be the exact opposite of her best friend. Meanwhile, Cory is set to be following in Mr. Feeny’s footsteps teaching seventh grade history. [Zap2it]
