Former reality star Stephanie Pratt has been spending her birthday week in Hawaii, and was seen soaking up the sun on a private beach in Oahu Tuesday afternoon. Flaunting her bikini bod in a blue two piece, the 26-year-old ran in and out of the water before hopping on a board for a quick surfing lesson.

With a body like that, we wonder if she’s taken the advice of her former co-star from MTV’s hit reality show The Hills, Lauren Conrad!

Celebuzz caught up with LC at Coachella this past weekend, who told us:

“Read Skinny Bitch! It scared the s–t out of me! Everything you eat you’re like, ‘Oh, God I know what’s in that now.’ It’s just informing you about what’s in your food.”

The Hills alum was looking red hot in her teeny two-piece as she played in the waves on a beach in Hawaii. The reality star — who turned 26 this week – showed off her rock hard abs and tan skin as she attempted to get rid of those pesky tan lines with a strapless suit. 

However, it wasn’t all fun and waves! The reality star tweeted a photo of a bloody surfing injury!

Stephanie brushed off the accident and was sure to send her gratitude to her Twitter followers, writing: “Thank you SO much for all of the birthday wishes!!! You guys have made this the most amazing birthday yet!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!#grateful :)”

So, was this a romantic getaway for Spencer Pratt’s sister? Not likely, seeing as she recently told Us Weekly, “I’m not seeing anyone. I’m enjoying the single life but wish I had someone to vacation with.”

Spencer Pratt revealed on Twitter that his father isn’t exactly proud of his famously volatile son. From Spencer’s Twitter:

This is the day my earth dad wishes he had worn a condom. No joke.

The Hills villain, who grew up in the lap of luxury thanks to his wealthy dentist-to-the-stars father, had a falling out with his family earlier this year. A source claims that Spencer’s mother and father removed all photos of Spencer from their home after his fame-hungry antics and nasty habits got to be too much for the Pratts.

Spencer reportedly grew angry with his mother and father because they would only talk to him about his sister Stephanie Pratt, who Spencer thought was “a loser.”

Even though Spencer enjoys playing the villain in the tabloids and on TV, we hope that he eventually patches things up with his family, especially now that his marriage to Heidi Montag is falling apart.

While Spencer Pratt is busy fortifying his house against the threat of wife Heidi Montag‘s sweet, well-meaning mother, his parents are removing all pictures of him from their home and cutting off all ties with him.

Spencer is already estranged from sister Stephanie Pratt but he has now distanced himself from the rest of his family.

Spencer is reportedly angry at his parents for always trying to get Spencer to take care of Stephanie and has refused to speak to his folks.

Meanwhile, his parents are sick of sticking up for Spencer and have removed all photos of him from their home. And really, who could blame them from distancing themselves from Spencer?

Without pesky family ties to keep them down, Heidi and Spencer have reportedly been having a grand ol’ time in their trash bin home covered in magical crystals. A source says that Heidi “sits and stares in the mirror” all day while Spencer “sits on the internet, watches TV and tries to get press.” Sounds like a great life.

We aren’t sure what convinced Pratt that seeing her artfully covered-up nude body would help consumers want to “be nice to bunnies,” but, eh, it isn’t like her body is bad-looking or anything.

PETA is using Pratt to promote their newest iPhone app. that lists thousands of cruelty-free products and companies. The bunnies come into play with the app. since many household cleaning and cosmetic products use rabbits (or other animals) for testing the safety of their product.

On the one hand, it is nice to know that Pratt has some principles lodged underneath all those Pratt attention-seeking genes, but on the other hand, did we really have to see her naked?

Heidi told Perez Hilton that she was “pushed” by a female executive producer while filming. She claims it was the same unnamed producer who had Spencer removed from the Hills set for threatening the producer’s life.

Heidi also says that this producer asked Spencer to punch his sister Stephanie Pratt in the face. Apparently this was what sent Spencer off on the producer and caused him to threaten her.

Well, at least we now know that there is one thing that Spencer isn’t willing to do for fame and it involves beating up the sister he reportedly hasn’t spoken to in seven months. The guy has ethical principals! Very, very loosely defined ethical principals.

Heidi also told Perez that she tried to complain about the alleged “assault” but that the producer lied about the incident. Heidi offered to take a lie detector test (because we’re sure MTV has a few of those on hand, just for fun) but the rest of the crew refused to believe her complaint.

Now Heidi and Specer are looking to take legal action against the executive producer and possibly MTV because of the alleged incident.

The trailer shows Heidi Montag debuting Heidi v. 3.0 to her flabbergasted mother, Spencer Pratt going stone cold nuts (no surprise there) and hints that the pair may be divorcing. Funny, we just heard these two douchebags going on and on about how in love they are with each other. The drama is totally real, you guys!

Other scenes show Kristin Cavallari getting confronted about her drug and alcohol abuse by–of all people–Stephanie Pratt and Audrina Patridge just sort of skipping down a sidewalk with a boy.

In short, we cannot wait for the new season to start.

The Hills enchantress was going about her fabulous business in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night, emerging from a glorious meal at Mr Chow, when disaster nearly struck and Pratt came very close to tripping on the curb and taking a header onto the pavement. Which is completely understandable, when you’re teetering around on heels, and the constant blinding glare of the paparazzi’s flashbulbs are assaulting your retinas and, while the possibility is certainly remote, who knows, maybe you had a glass of wine or two to accompany your meal.

Fortunately, Pratt managed to steady herself just in time. Too bad the Olympics just wrapped up, because that kind of grace could definitely have earned her a gold medal.

The more likeable Pratt (questionable) visited celeb hotspot Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood yesterday to create her very own concoction and showed off her slimmed down bod. It’s amazing what a year can do to someone!

Both ladies attended KISS FM Jingle Ball in L.A. on Saturday night, dressed head to toe in black, and showing off physiques so rail-thin we had to ask, WTF is going on? Pratt has offered the “I’m just so stressed out” line as the reason for her weight loss, while we imagine Cavallari is just disintegrating.

They sort of look like two exclamation points at the end of a sentence that reads, “We’re too famous to eat!”
