The reality star and budding fashion maven took time out from her buy working day to give her fans a glimpse into the secret mundanity that she endures when the cameras aren’t rolling. Sharing a pic from the cluttered office of her fashion company, Port wrote,

“Happy Friday!!!
It’s almost the weekend here at the Whitney Eve offices, but the day was just made sooo much more fun! [Sister] Paigey stopped by to hang and do some work! She took some pics of us in our new offices. Don’t judge our messy desks, it’s been a long week!

While rest and relaxation were no doubt on the itinerary, Roxy did manage to squeeze in some time for surf lessons at the Safari Surf School. She’s a natural!

After two seasons of dates, heartbreaks and fashion design dreams, the glamorous MTV reality show is no longer, and the 25-year-old stylista says she’s moving back to her native California.

“I’m just so happy to be back home,” Whitney wrote on her official blog today. “I can finally spend unlimited time with those I love.”

What will become of villainess Olivia Palermo and Whit’s BFF Roxy Olin remains to be seen, but ever the classy career girl, Whitney is looking back on her big City experience as “an adventure.”

“It’s always sad when one major chapter in your life comes to a close, but for me, this is the beginning of an entirely new one,” she said. “I loved filming The City… I’m so grateful for every opportunity it gave me.”

Though she’s leaving New York and the MTV cameras behind, Whitney says she’ll continue to follow her fashion goals.

“There are definitely a few things in the works, but right now I’m primarily focusing on my clothing line Whitney Eve,” she said. “After all, it is my baby.”

Is this really the last we’ll see of Whit on the MTV airwaves? After all, her good pal Lauren Conrad is returning to reality TV after bowing out of The Hills. Could fans see Whitney and Lauren together again, all grown up, taking the fashion world by storm? Get on this, MTV!

A bikini-clad Whitney and a red-hot shorts-wearing Ben strolled in the surf, noshed on a little lunch and even read a few tabloids during their down time. Their primary activity, though, was locking lips. Whitney’s relaxation came on the heels of her charity trip to Liberia, which she called “amazing” on her official blog.

Despite the potential for awkwardness, Kristen and Roxy laughed it off and posed for pictures together, showing that there are subtle differences in their sweetheart-neckline dresses: Roxy’s is black and mini-length while Kristen’s is blush-purple and slightly longer.

This is a pretty big deal for me because  I’ve never done ANYTHING like this before. I’ve done my fair share of photo shoots in my career, but none of them were at the level of sexiness that Maxim is recognized for.  I’ve always been classified as the cutesy, girl next door type, so doing this shoot  will give me the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone and show people an entirely different side of me.

Whit says she’s “definitely nervous” but believes the Maxim spread will be an “incredibly empowering and liberating experience.”

The star of The City had her fans wondering if she’s been living on a steady diet of ice cream and butter sticks lately when she published the above picture on her official Web site today. Don’t be alarmed, though; the dramatic weight gain is just the result of modern technology at its finest. Port explains,

“Soooo I just discovered the FatBooth app on my friend’s iPhone and let’s just say he had to fight to get his phone back from me haha. I could not stop laughing!!! iPhone has the craziest apps, I love it. Seriously every time I look at this photo I giggle uncontrollably!”

The picture had us giggling pretty heartily ourselves, Whitney. It’s just a shame that weight loss isn’t as easy as turning off an iPhone app in real life. Sigh; damn you, slow metabolism…

Whew! Holy Whitballs that was a close one.

Port talked to Ryan Seacrest for his radio show on Friday morning and revealed that she thinks that the Hills cast members have let their lives spin out of control.

While Port didn’t name names (does she really need to?) she said she thought they were “self-imploding” and that the show is “out of control.” She also told Ryan that she thinks they are “just going crazy” and she is afraid that they are going to “attack” her for speaking out about their bad behavior.

It’s no secret that the stars of the Hills have moved onto the carpool lane of the Lindsay Lohan Career Suicide Expressway. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have become scary crazy (as opposed to Season 2′s fun crazy) and Kristin Cavallari is allegedly snorting up half of southern California.

Meanwhile, the always classy Whitney has found success with her New York spin-off, The City and managed to avoid becoming tabloid fodder.

Ultimately, if a battle has to be waged, we are definitely sticking to Team Whitney.

Just ask The City enchantress Whitney Port, who had to apply a high-tech twist to Passover this year due to her career obligations in New York. Port took to her official Web site today to reveal how technology helped her to bridge the geographical gap between herself and her family:

“Last night my family had a Passover Seder in LA and I of course could not be there because I was in NY.  My mom had a great idea that we could all video chat, so at the end of their dinner they passed the computer around and I got to talk to everyone. It felt like I was there! [Sister] Ashley showed me her new long nails (she has bitten them for years and finally has grown them out), [Port's other sister] Jadey was laying on the couch not feeling well, my mom was loving the camera, and my grandparents were the cutest ever! They took these pictures while we were video chatting and so I had to post them. I hope everyone who is keeping Passover has an easy week.  Chag Sameach!

To get in the Valentines Day spirit, the reality star/fashion designer shared one of her favorite V-day moments on her blog:

My very first date with my last boyfriend just happened to take place on Valentine’s Day and he found out my favorite food, favorite candy and favorite music and then showered me with all of them. We went to a steakhouse, he brought me about a pound of chocolate covered gummy bears and bought me a Beatles Compilation CD. A little much for a first date but I tried not to get irked and looked at it as sweet instead of overwhelming.

Anyway, I have a vivid image of going out afterward and watching him try to jump over a parking meter. After seeing he was able to do this, my competitive side came out full force and I just had to try it. Why I thought this would be acceptable to do in a dress and boots is beyond me. However, next thing you know I’m flat on my face after a failed attempt at hurdling the meter. Olympics, here I don’t come!

So the moral of the story is, I try to be as fun of a date as possible and it’s ok if I embarrass myself.

That Whitney Port….what a wild, wild woman.

It looks as though Whitney Port escaped from The Jungle Book for a trip to the nail salon on Tuesday. And we’d just like to say, she’s rocking those leggings in a way that’s making us wish we could join her leafy adventure.

Bold? Yes. But sometimes that’s necessary in the world of fashion. We applaud you, risk-taker.

People magazine reports that Port has split up with her boyfriend Freddie Fackelmayer, who she’d been seeing since June.

The City‘s executive producer, Liz Gately, confirmed the sad news of the split on Tuesday, declining to offer a specific reason for the breakup.

Poor Whitney; will she ever find true love?

On the plus side, viewers will get to watch the relationship blossom and eventually unravel on the new season of The City. So at least someone comes out on the winning end of this whole tragedy.

The City star recently opened up to Us Magazine and revealed her new approach to dating.

“Just be open to all different possibilities and all different types. Try not to overanalyze things or put too much pressure on things because it’s just fun to meet a lot of people, to date around, to figure out what you really want and what really works for you,” advised Port.

Unfortunately her relationship with her Australian musician boyfriend, Jay Lyon, didn’t work for her and so they called it quits on The City season finale. Whitney also opened up about her current relationship status with her ex-squeeze, saying, “I’d never say we’re, like, not friends, but you know, the past is the past.”

Seems like the  former flames never patched things up after their very public break-up. However, Whitney did add that she wishes they had stayed better friends.

“I think in an ideal world, of course you want to stay friends with your exes. I mean, there was something there. There was a reason you liked each other in the first place! But you know, the world isn’t always perfect, and sometimes we have to let people go and move forward and sometimes you can’t do that if you’re still having a relationship—even if it’s just as friends,” said Port.

Well, it seems like we are in for quite a treat this fall when The City returns. We are hoping that Whitney’s quest to find the perfect man brings some yummy eye candy to the show.
