The former Manhattan nightclub executive — who was the first woman linked to philandering golfer Tiger Woods — welcomed her first child with husband Matt Hahn at 5:04 PM PDT on Tuesday.

“Both Rachel and baby are resting comfortably,” her spokesperson confirmed.

According to Matt’s Facebook, the little girl’s name is Wyatt Lilly.

Hahn, a former football player at Penn State and now a businessman in San Fransisco, married 37-year-old Uchitel in October last year.

Of the pregnancy and marriage, Uchitel has said: “We are really happy and feel extremely fortunate to have one another.”

She was previously engaged to an investment banker who was killed in 2001 during the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center.

The former Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew patient was the first of  Woods’ mistresses to be revealed, but before that, was linked to Bones’ David Boreanaz.

Lindsay was ordered to appear in court this morning after she reportedly failed an alcohol test just days after throwing a much-publicized Memorial Day party at her home in LA while on house arrest. Although many expected the star to be sentenced to return to rehab or even face jail time, the court ruled that Lindsay had not violated the terms of her probation, but was guilty of exercising “very poor judgment.”

Celebuzz spoke with branding expert Dan Schawbel about the chances of LiLo’s long-await comeback.  Schawbel talked about the dim prospects for the troubled star, commenting:

The popularization of Lindsay Lohan in the past few years has been a Hollywood travesty. She gets covered in the media more for her crazy antics than she does for her TV and movie appearances. She will never be able to make a legitimate comeback because she’s lost a good portion of her fan base. The public doesn’t trust her, and she can no longer be a role model for the generation that used to worship her.

Schawbel notes that Lindsay’s fans no longer see her drug use and irresponsible behavior as a surprise, instead taking it for granted. With her many mistakes and missteps now so deeply a part of her image, it’d be very difficult for LiLo to change the way she is viewed. He says:

I do believe any celebrity can recover and we’ve seen that with celebrities such as that celebrity  such as Tiger Woods, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.What’s unfortunate is that Lindsay doesn’t have much support around her, which is making it harder for her to recover. If she wants to re-brand herself, then she should be committed to seeking long-term help.

Hopefully this most recent slip-up will be the last for Lindsay, but it seems like the chances are slim.

When asked whether finalizing the divorce lifted a burden off his shoulders, Woods replied,

“I can’t really say that’s the case.”

But something is definitely different. Woods shot a 65 (that’s good) complete with seven birdies (that’s fantastic) to post his best round of the year as well as finish with a share of the lead for the first time since the Australian Masters last November 15, a tournament he won. Less than two weeks later, “Tigergate” broke wide open, and his golf game hasn’t been the same since.

“It feels good to be able to control my ball all day like this,” Woods told the media.

Following Nordegren’s post-divorce cover story in People magazine, golf legend Woods discussed the split, which was finalized on Monday, during a press conference at the Barclays golf tournament in New Jersey.

Said Woods of his new ex-wife Nordegren,

“I wish her the best in everything. It’s a sad time in our lives. And we’re looking forward to how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that’s the most important thing.”

Woods denied that he was “relieved” now that the divorce had been finalized, noting,

“I think it’s just more sadness. Because I don’t think you ever – you don’t ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced. That’s the thing. That’s why it is sad.”

The linksman also acknowledged that he brought the cheating scandal that destroyed his marriage upon himself, citing “errors” that he’d made:

“My actions certainly led us to this decision. And I’ve certainly made a lot of errors in my life and that’s something I’m going to have to live with.”

Nordegren tells the magazine:

“I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children … I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself.”

PEOPLE, which claims they spent 19 hours over four visits with Nordegren in the run-up to the finalization of her divorce from Woods, also reports that because Elin wants to keep a private profile, she won’t be doing any more interviews.

“My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal,” Nordegren told the magazine.

Elin, a Swedish supermodel who went on to have two children with Tiger, found herself at the center of a media blitz last November after a car accident at their home during Thanksgiving weekend turned Tiger from a golf legend into tabloid fodder. Following the accident, a slew of women came out alleging that they had affairs with the golf champion, eventually leading to Tiger admitting his infidelities during a press conference.

“I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated … What I did was not acceptable,” Woods said during his press conference regarding the matter.

TMZ reports that Rachel Uchitel—widely reported to be Mistress Number One in the Great Tiger Woods Infidelity Scandal—is looking to reconcile with the golf great, now that his divorce to Elin Nordegren is finalized. A friend of Uchitel’s claims that the club hostess is willing to “give up everything” for another crack at love with Woods, noting that Uchitel told her,

“I feel horrible for [Woods]. He loved [Nordegren]. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.”

Uchitel might not want to hold her breath waiting for that invite. Her status as a celebrity mistress seems to be on the decline, with even her Celebrity Rehab co-star Jeremy London taking pains to note that he’s not romantically interested in her these days.

Jeremy’s estranged wife claims otherwise, according to RadarOnline, which reports Melissa London alleges her husband and Rachel are romantically involved. London defends Uchitel to Radar too, saying: “She’s been wrongfully persecuted by the media and because of what the media has done to me after I was nearly murdered, I relate to her.”

If Jeremy is, in fact, smitten – TMZ reports his feelings won’t be returned by Rachel, who they say told a friend she would “give up everything” to reunite with newly-divorced Tiger.
Now that’s a lot of relationship drama.

The golf legend and the Swedish model legally severed ties on Monday in Panama City, Florida, filing the execution of their divorce agreement at Bay County Circuit Court, People magazine reports.

The filing brings to an end a months-long drama that began with a car crash at the couple’s home last Thanksgiving weekend and resulted in a myriad of infidelity allegations aimed at Woods.

The newly divorced couple noted in a statement released by Nordegren’s law firm, McGuireWoods, 

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

While the terms of the couple’s divorce settlement are still undisclosed, various estimates indicate that Nordegren, 30, could receive anywhere between $100 million and $500 million. The couple’s statement goes on to note that their primary consideration in the divorce negotiations was the well-being of their two small children, Sam Alexis, 3, and Charlie Axel, 1: 

“Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.”

Woods and Nordegren were married in October 2004 by the 19th hole of Barbados’ Shady Lanes resort.

In a letter written from prison, Pele Watkins not only claims he never took a DNA test, but he swears, ‘They will never get DNA from me.’

Tiger Woods experienced a major stumble on his march down the comeback trail on Thursday, with his disastrous showing at the AT&T National. But don’t worry, he thinks he knows what happened—he was thrown off of his game by the ongoing drama of his impending divorce from Elin Nordegren:

“Outside the ropes there are certainly still distractions. It is what it is. I think everyone has had distractions in their lives [but] I think that my life out here on tour is becoming more normalized.”

Tiger better get his game together soon; with a rumored $750 million divorce settlement looming, he’s going to need all the wins he can score.

Golf great Tiger Woods, who’s been struggling under the weight of an adultery scandal ever since a mysterious Thanksgiving car crash at his Florida home last year, has reportedly agreed to a $750 divorce settlement with his ex-wife-to-be, Elin Nordegren. As long as Elin agrees not to publicly discuss Woods’ harem of alleged mistresses, such as Rachel Uchitel, Jaimee Grubbs and Joslyn James.

Says a source,

“Tiger’s main fear is her telling her story after he’s rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter.”

But according to the settlement, Woods will have to make sacrifices too—aside from, you know, the jaw-dropping financial payout. Elin will reportedly receive sole financial custody of the estranged couple’s children, daughter Sam and son Charlie, and Woods is forbidden from bringing any future girlfriends around the children. If Woods wants his kids to meet a new flame in his life, he’ll have to marry her. (And we’re guessing that Woods won’t be in the marrying mood again for a long, long time.)

Says a friend of Nordegren’s,

“Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father.”

That should work out just fine. Assuming Elin never brings the tots near a supermarket checkout stand, television or computer with Internet access ever again.

According to sources, Nordegren is expected to file the divorce papers in Orlando County Court within the next seven days.

The problem, according to an insider: ‘Tiger isn’t even worth that much.’

In May 2009, Forbes estimated the world’s number one golfer’s fortune at $600 million, down from the one billion mark where analysts once pegged him.

And besides, that was then, before the adultery scandal left Woods’ private and professional life in ruin, and before several multi-million dollar annual sponsorship deals jumped ship.

In short, Elin could never have gotten the rumored astronomical settlement because Tiger isn’t that rich, and what the Swede will get will be less now that Tiger’s fortune has been stunted by the looming divorce itself.

Previous reports indicated that a DNA test already disproved James’ parentage theory, but that test was not Tiger. James’ mother had a test administered in 2002 that names another Florida man as the father.

James believes her mother lied about having those results, and she aims to force Tiger to submit to testing.

A source close to Woods said the debacle is old news because Tiger disproved her allegations with a 2002 DNA test as a part of “an ongoing child support battle.”

Team Tiger is calling it a battle, but with God knows how many women the world’s number one golfer secretly fought off—and failed to fight off—over the years, it’s starting to look like a war.
