The 90210 actress, who is currently expecting baby number four (!), was seen soaking up the sun while on a mini-vacay in Malibu with her 3-year-old daughter Stella, and was wearing some Sanuk yoga mat sandals. Showing off her adorable bump, the 38-year-old star proudly strutted her stuff poolside in an orange two-piece while reading Jenny McCarthy‘s book Belly Laughs: The Naked Truth about Pregnancy and Childbirth.

While there are plenty of Hollywood ladies who are currently pregnant, that hasn’t stopped them from displaying their baby bump in a bikini!

It looks like Tori and her family are ditching Malibu, Calif. for the suburbs! Recently Tori and her husband Dean McDermott bought a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Considering they’re going to have four kids, they definitely need a sizable house! Take a look inside the home below:

Boasting six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, there is also a detached guesthouse on a 2.45 acre lot.  According to Real Estalker, Spelling and McDermott are leasing the home for $15,900 per month.

Living large, it looks like!

The 38-year-old mama and her 45-year-old hubby have leased a house that sits on an elevated 2.45 acre lot only accessible by two remote-controlled gates. The recently remodeled house boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with a detached guesthouse. In terms of space, the property provides plenty of room for the large family, including a level that could be converted into a bowling alley, recording studio or — seeing how Tori is currently expecting her fourth child in five years — a jumbo playroom for the kids.

So how much this new pad costing the reality TV couple?

According to Real Estalker, Spelling and McDermott are leasing the home for $15,900 per month. 

With neighbors like hockey legend Wayne Gretzy and singers Paul Anka and Tom Petty just a stone’s throw away, it’s not a bad price to pay to live among such distinguished last-minute babysitters, right?

It seems the $2.65 million home isn’t big enough for their growing brood as Tori, 38, and Dean, 45, already have three children and another one on the way.

So what does nearly $3 million get you in Malibu?

Set on 1.8 acres, the residence is 2,400-square-foot with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It also includes new state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, French oak wood floors and a children’s play area.

This home may not be big enough for their family and their film crew for Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. Celebuzz spoke with Dean, 45, exclusively about possibly leaving the cameras behind eventually, and he’s not opposed to the idea. He said that as parents, they’ll certainly walk away from the reality show if their kids don’t want to do it anymore. 

“We’re not going to force them to do something they don’t want to do. Growing up I was forced to do things I didn’t want to do and I swore I’d never do that as a parent.”

So, it seems, are their careers! The couple, who married in May 2006, already have six seasons of their reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, in the can.

Still, despite all of their success, Dean, 45, tells Celebuzz exclusively that he and Tori, 38, are ready to walk away from it all — if their kids tell them to, that is.

“It’s done,” Dean told Celebuzz. “We’re not going to force them to do something they don’t want to do. Growing up I was forced to do things I didn’t want to do and I swore I’d never do that as a parent.”

Meanwhile, Dean — who earlier revealed to Celebuzz how he was able to knock up “super-fertile” Tori just one month after she gave birth (hint: she didn’t resist his advances!) — also chatted about his parenting skills, admitting he’s a much stricter parent than Tori.

“I grew up when kids were seen and not heard, that’s the extreme — but the pendulum has completely swung the other way,” said Dean, who starred on Oxygen’s Best Ink on April 17.

“I said something to some kids a while ago and they turned around and told me to f**k off,” he added, horrified. “We wouldn’t have even dreamed of saying that.”  

As for their storybook romance, Dean waxed rhapsodically about Tori, describing the lovebirds as, “two halves of a whole, there’s a magic and a chemistry that you can’t explain.” When pressed to find maybe one teeny tiny thing he’d change in his ‘90210’ mate, he said, “Um, if she’d pick up after herself a little more.”

“I wouldn’t say a slob. I’d say maybe forgetful,” Dean said, laughingly.

Dean and Tori have three children together: Stella, 3, Liam, 4 and Hattie, six months. Tori is expecting her fourth child later this year.

That’s Dean McDermott‘s explanation on how he managed to knock up his wife Tori Spelling one month — that’s right, one month — after she gave birth to their third child, Hattie, last October. 

Speaking exclusively to Celebuzz, 45-year-old Dean admitted that the reality television couple ignored doctor’s warnings not to engage in any hanky panky for the first six weeks after Hattie’s birth!

“It’s so funny how everyone blames the man,” the Due South star told Celebuzz, of the unplanned pregnancy.

“It’s like, ‘Oh my God will you leave your wife alone?’ But it takes two to tango. She wasn’t putting up that much of a fight,” he added, with a laugh. “But I have big shoulders. I’ll take it.”

The handsome father of four — to Stella, 3, Liam, 4 and six-month-old Hattie (McDermott also has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from a previous marriage) — will be a guest judge on Tuesday’s episode of Best Ink airing on Oxygen.

This week, the contestants challenge is to design a wedding band that, as Dean explained, “shows the love I have for my wife and family.”

And in case you’re wondering what makes him qualified to be a judge, you’re not alone.

“I was kind of questioning that myself,” Dean conceded.

“My conclusion was that my tattoos were done by one of the best tattoo artists in the world, Tim Hendricks, so I think I’m a pretty good judge of tattoos.”

Tori and Dean’s own Oxygen reality show just started its seventh season and the man-of-the-house joked that it’s possible we could be seeing ‘Tori & Dean send Hattie to College.’

“Tori and I love the fact that we get to work together,” he told Celebuzz.

“We get to work with Liam and Stella; we get to stay together as a family. As long as people want to see us we’ll keep making the show.”

Earlier this month, Tori, 38, revealed to Celebuzz that her fourth pregnancy is the best yet.

“My pregnancy is going great,” she said. “Knock on wood, this has been my best pregnancy. I’ve been feeling great. With the first three pregnancies, I was super sick all the time and nauseous.”

In an exclusive interview with Celebuzz, 38-year-old Tori — who announced last month that she expecting her fourth child, just five months after giving birth — said:

“When women are pregnant, people need to lay off. It’s a really special time and you should be able to deal with it in your own terms.” 

On The View Tuesday, Behar, 69, said: “Most women who are pregnant are not supposed to gain more than 25 pounds. She (Simpson) looks like she gained a lot more than that.”

Tori encouraged Simpson, a judge on NBC’s Fashion Star, to maintain her fashionista style in the final few weeks of her first pregnancy to former NFL star, fiancé Eric Johnson.

“You just have to wear it proud and go with it,” the mom of three – Liam, 5, daughter Stella, 3-and-a-half and five-month-old Hattie — told Celebuzz.

Tori added, “Every body is different. As far is weight, you never know what is going to happen. You can’t control what angle people are snapping your photo from.”

Tori, who was in New York City to promote her latest book CelebraTORI, gushed about her own pregnancy, confessing that her fourth is indeed much different.

“My pregnancy is going great. Knock on wood, this has been my best pregnancy. I’ve been feeling great. With the first three pregnancies, I was super sick all the time and nauseous,” she said.

But don’t expect her to be craving anything in particular!

“Craving is an overrated word! Basically when you’re pregnant, you’re very hungry. You’re eating for two people. That’s the bottom line — and any food sounds good.”

“This is actually the best pregnancy I’ve had so far out of all of them,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum told People. “Knock on wood. [I have] no morning sickness and I have energy. [It's the] total opposite than other three.”

The baby-to-be will join Hattie (who was born in October 2011), brother Liam, 5, and sister Stella, 3, Tori’s children with husband Dean McDermott.

Tori announced the baby news on her website last week with a photo of her children’s hands on her baby bump. In the caption, she wrote, “Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way! We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us. Love, Tori xox.”

Just five months after giving birth to daughter Hattie Margaret, the 90210 star announced on her website that she and her hubby of almost six years are expecting their fourth child. She writes: “Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way! We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us. Love, Tori xox.”

Four kids under the age of 5? These two have got to be exhausted — but so happy!

Tori and the kids were ok, but the concern was for her unborn baby. After being checked out by their doctor, they were given a clean bill of health. Whew!

Over the holidays, Tori dished to Us Weekly all about how the family would spend Christmas.

“We’re definitely going to hang with friends and family,. We love the holidays, so we’re excited to celebrate Hattie’s first Christmas. We’re excited to have our Santa Claus pictures with all three of them. Stella’s already picked out matching outfits for her and Hattie. We love to cook and bake a lot. We’ll be decorating the whole house so that’ll be a lot of fun,” she said.

That’s how Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott spent the weekend, and they brought their kids along too! The popular Nickelodeon kids group put on a concert in LA over the weekend, and the adorable fam, including their son Liam and their daughter Stella, took the the stage and rocked out Yo Gabba Gabba style.

Not only did the fam have fun, but it was all for a good cause!

The event benefitted Baby Buggy, a nonprofit organization founded by Jerry Seinfeld‘s wife Jessica in 2001, and provides essential gear, clothing, and educational services to families in need.

Everyone know the holidays are the perfect time to give back, so we love to hear that!

“Our family is so happy to announce that 10/10/11 R baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am. She’s amazing!”

She and hubby Dean McDermott opted not to know the sex of the baby until Tori gave birth.

Life & Style says the baby came a little early, but that all is well. “The baby wasn’t due until next week,” a source tells the magazine, “but it was an early present!”

This is Tori and Dean’s second daughter. They have a son, Liam, who’s 4, and daughter Stella is 3.

“Mr. Right held my hand as we crossed the restaurant and he pulled my chair out for me at the table,” she writes. “This date so far was perfection!”

Unfortunately — but rather hilariously — the date quickly took a turn for the worse.

Her date (who complained that David Charvet robbed him of his big break by getting the Baywatch role) declared that he wasn’t hungry and they should just get drinks. Tori says she’d been anticipating dinner and hadn’t eaten much that day, so the spirits didn’t settle well on an empty stomach.

“Four rum and cokes and two hours of a one-way conversation later, I was way too drunk and bored,” she writes.

Then, the worst happened — she realized she was going to be sick when “his dimples started floating up on his forehead.” She quickly ran for the bathroom, but made a wrong turn and ended up in the kitchen. By then it was too late.

“A waiter rushed over with a massive copper saucepan where I proceeded to vomit the four rum and cokes and the cliff bar I had had at 11am into it,” she says.

After that, the evening was over. “I told my date I was tired and not feeling well and needed to go home — aka you starved me all night, liquored me up, and talked my ear off, you cocky bastard.”

That’s exactly what Tori Spelling, Kyle Richards and a handful of other celebrity moms were doing over the weekend, as they came out to raise awareness for the event aimed at preventing unnecessary injuries to children during car accidents. The event, held at the Rivera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, CA, definitely hit the mark when Tori and host Ali Landry strolled down the red carpet with their baby bumps bulging.

Safe Kids USA and and Spokesmoms.com, which held the event along with sponsors Buick and Britax, will keep the awareness movement going with more than 300 car seat checkup events during National Child Passenger Safety Week, September 18-24.
