Did you know that Lady Gaga‘s Born This Way, “the album of the decade,” turns two today? Of course you did, because Little Monsters know everything. (Except any concrete information about ARTPOP, of course.)

To celebrate Mother Monster’s most recent masterpiece, we’re hosting a Twitter listening party today at 4 p.m. EST. Live-tweet along with us as we revisit the hits (“Born This Way,” “The Edge of Glory,” and “Yoü and I”) and the not-so-hits (“Marry the Night,” the charts hardly knew ye!). If you don’t already know Retta, allow us to introduce you. She’s a classically trained opera singer. She plays Donna on NBC’s Parks & Recreation. And she’s hilarious on Twitter.

It looks like summer vacation is starting early for the stars this year. This week brought the beginning of May, and with that, lots of new Twitpics and Instagram posts to celebrate the sweet smell of a new season.

While it’s technically still business as usual, the stars are starting to spend more and more time out and about, enjoying themselves.

Lea Michele spent her weekend out with her main squeeze on and off-screen, Cory Monteith in his hometown of Vancouver, Canada to cheer on the Vancouver Canucks in the 2013 NHL Playoffs. The Glee actress posted a selfie onto her Twitter to commemorate the occasion. The hockey game was one of the first post-rehab sightings of Montieth (he checked himself in last month on the behest of Michele).

Over in the Big Apple, Joe Jonas posted a picture of himself beaming at Miss Lily’s & Melvin’s Juice Box, a juice bar in Lower Manhattan.  With a three month long world tour coming up in June, it looks like this Jonas Brother is making the most of the little down time he has before his fully-packed summer.

Another singer enjoying their downtime is Katy Perry, who went sightseeing in Washington D.C. after attending the White House Correspondents Dinner a day prior. Perry took a picture in front of the Lincoln Memorial and titled it simply with “Sup.”

Beliebers around the world and E! Online’s Twitter account were victims of a prank on Saturday, as news about Justin Bieber’s sexual orientation began to spread.

The post that started it all went live at around 10 a.m. PT, on E!’s Twitter, which has more than 5 million followers:

The account has since been suspended.

“Our account @eonline has been compromised and some incorrect information as sent out. We’re working with Twitter now to fix this,” the network announced on its news Twitter account.

According to The Wrap, E! Online’s text message subscribers also received a number of other messages during the hack, including one that read, “E! News Breaking: Justin Bieber arrested in Dubai due to false tweets with him coming out situation developing.”

Bieber, who himself has more than 38 million followers on Twitter, is scheduled to perform in Dubai on Saturday night, followed by a second show on Sunday.

On Wednesday, the 42nd President of the United States officially took over the account started by Stephen Colbert and changed the handle from @prezbilljeff to @billclinton (though some would argue the former was a better name).

Meanwhile, Amanda Bynes’ latest Twitter photo and announcement concerned her hair. Channeling singer Cassie, Bynes’ half-shaven head is the “new” her, and she loves it, no matter what her critics think.

In the music world, Rihanna and Katy Perry had an interesting online exchange, resulting in RiRi promising “spanking” rights to her BFF. Mariah Carey’s daughter raided her closet, Harry Styles shared his favorite Grease scene and Justin Bieber told his fans he’s focusing on music instead of all those rumors.

Welcome to Twitter, Bill Clinton! The nation’s 42nd president officially started tweeting last night as @billclinton. He’s been on Twitter since the beginning of the month, when Stephen Colbert took the liberty of creating Clinton’s account at @prezbillyjeff and sending out his first tweet. However, last night Clinton officially took control of his account, switched his handle, got verified and has sent out three tweets, at the time of this writing.

This is all very exciting, President Clinton! Next you can ditch that Yahoo email address and switch to this new thing called Gmail. Don’t stop thinking about tomorrow, Bill, am I right?

But the online world can be a very scary place, especially for an outsider. Twitter especially, where users can sometimes seem to speak in an entirely different language. There’s no need to be discouraged, though, because Celebuzz has put together a little tweetsplainer, if you will, to help you hit the ground running… 140 characters at a time. This stands for “follow Friday” and is the practice of recommending interesting or important people for others to follow on Twitter. This is another popular hashtag on Twitter and stands for “throwback Thursday,” in which Twitter users post old pictures of themselves each Thursday. As you will learn, Twitter is a very aliteration-friendly medium. If you’d like to participate in #tbt, might we suggest the photo on the right as your first entry.

#FollowATeen

It’s probably best that you don’t participate, but this is a game on Twitter in which adults choose one random teen on Twitter to follow and subsequently provide their followers with random updates about their teen’s life. “My teen is fighting with her bestie about homework,” for example. Why do you ask? First of all, this is the internet, President Clinton, and no one has to explain why anything here. Second of all, I don’t know, it’s funny?

‘Yo, Is a Picture of You?’ Direct Message

It’s not; don’t open it. Just don’t. No, someone is not sending you an old picture of you playing the saxophone on the Arsenio Hall Show. It’s spam and clicking the bit.ly link attached to the direct message will hack your account and send the same message to everyone who follows you. As you’ve already amassed nearly 400,000 followers, this would be very annoying. And while we’re on the subject of direct messages…

You Can’t Send a Picture Via Direct Message!

You can’t. Seriously. It’s unclear why politicians sometimes think they can send pictures via direct message, but you cannot. Just ask Anthony Wiener. You’ve had some issues in the past, President Clinton, but it’s okay, we all forgave you. But messing up again might be the last straw. As President George W. Bush says, “fool me one, shame on you, fool me — you can’t get fooled again.” Or something like that.

If you thought the USPS had issues nowadays (my friend is still waiting on her retainer), you wouldn’t believe the goings on that took place way back when.

According to OMG Facts, when the United States Postal Service first got started back in 1913, Americans were so into sending packages across the country at a reasonable rate, that at least two stuck a bunch of stamps on kids and sent them on their way.

At that point, the Postmaster General had to step in and play social services, implementing regulations on what was and wasn’t appropriate to ship.

Brace yourselves. Fanboys and fangirls are coming.

The wait is finally over as HBO’s epically popular Game of Thrones returns for a third season on Sunday, March 31. And Celebuzz wants to watch it with you. Yes, you!

Still burning with Oscar fever?

Celebuzz has rounded up some of the best photos from Hollywood’s biggest night — thanks to celebrity Twitter feeds, Instagram accounts and the like.

Even The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ very own Instagram account was up and running full speed on Oscar Sunday.

Ben Affleck officially joined the photo-sharing app on the same day he took home a Best Picture award for Argo.

“Thank you Academy, Tony, the cast and crew. What a ride #Argo has been for us all! #Oscars,” the producer, actor and director of the film wrote, along with a snapshot of his Oscar getting engraved.

Speaking of Argo, Affleck’s partner in crime, George Clooney, was spotted clutching onto his own award following the show. His girlfriend, Stacy Keibler, shared a glimpse of the statue as they headed out to a party.

Kim Kardashian also tweeted her Oscar night out. The pregnant star and sisters Kourtney and Khloe spent the evening at Elton John’s viewing party.

Kardashian shared a few snaps from the star-studded bash, including one with Heidi Klum.
