Foster’s lawyer suggested one of Usher’s nannies quit her job looking after the couple’s two sons — Usher V, 4, and Naviyd Ely, 3 – because she discovered him in bed with Maya Fox Davis.

The “Yeah!” singer never answered the question while he was on the witness stand because his attorney objected, as this TMZ video from inside the court shows.

Goldie Schon, a family law attorney from Sherman Oaks, Calif., weighed in on the controversial moment during the case, arguing to Celebuzz:

“For her (Tameka) to bring up an alleged sexual infidelity during marriage is completely irrelevant to today. The only thing she is trying to do is cloud his ability to parent with a past infidelity that may or may not have happened. The court is not going to put any sort of relevance on whether or not they are going to give him more time with his kids because of something that possibly happened years ago.”

Schon added:

“It doesn’t matter what happened during marriage, the objection to that is completely on point. Been there, done that, if she didn’t think it was important to bring it up when she was going through her divorce, why should the court believe it is important now when it was years ago?”

Usher — who is not challenge full custody but rather fighting for more time with his boys — has also been grilled about his drug use during the trial in an Atlanta court.

The 33-year-old admitted he has smoked pot in the past but insisted he never used drugs in front of the children.

Said Schon: ”Possible drug use, his busy schedule, his inability to be in once place at one time for any length of time because of his career… that is going to be the issue because we are dealing with children of ages three and four. Those are vital years where predicable schedules are important.”

In other testimony, the music superstar alleged that his former spouse once went berserk and threw food, spat on his new girlfriend and tried to start a fight during an explosive jealous rage.

He alleged that his ex-wife hit him during the dispute, but that he didn’t press charges because “I didn’t want the boys to know that their father put their mother in jail.”

The court trial is in recess and will resume in July.

While promoting his show White Collar at the observation deck of the Empire State Building on Wednesday, Matt Bomer was seen posing for some photos and looked particularly dapper in a three-piece suit. We can’t decide if the Magic Mike star looks better with or without clothes!

As much as we can enjoy a beautiful gown, what about the men? They usually dawn these plain, black suits that we’ve seen a million times. 

Why rock a plain, two-piece suit when you can look hot in a bold, three-piece suit! It’s still your basic getup, just with an extra piece (a vest) and it adds an extra edge. Click the pics and see what we mean! 

Once a staple for an actor like Clark Gable, the three-piece style suit is coming back. 

Shows like Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire have embraced the look being it’s fitting for the time periods. Even CBS’ The Mentalist features a main character, Patrick Jane (Simon Baker), who can most likely be found in the look.

 Boardwalk Empire star Michael Pitt even has a soft spot for the ’20s and ’30s trend telling Celebuzz this past year, “Certainly the three-piece suit has got to come back. Once you put that suit on… For me, I’ve never been into fashion but when I put on that three-piece suit, I got into it.”

Three-piece suits can definintly spice up any mans wardrobe even if it isn’t for a movie premiere or award show. It’s one of those outfits that can never go out of style. What’s your take on three-piece suits? Leave your comments below. 

While he may not have been able to perform live at the 49th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, the “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” TV special featured the one and only Justin Bieber! 

Justin performed “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)”, adding some soul to the holiday hit and proving how mature his voice is becoming. And to top it all off, Usher showed up halfway through the performance to turn the song into a duet!

Since one duet isn’t enough to satisfy our Bieber Fever, Justin also performed “Drummer Boy” with Busta Rhymes and debuted the music video for his music video and duet of “All I Want For Christmas Is You” with Mariah Carey today, Dec. 1.

This is the second track released from the Biebs’ Under The Mistletoe holiday album, “Mistletoe” being the first. “This is going to be an incredible record to be remembered for years to come,” Usher told Seacrest. “It’s a record that has always been one of my favorites, and I’m happy that I was able to share it with Justin, and for us to put it out.”

Taylor Swift paid homage to her fellow country colleagues, Rascal Flatts during the latest stop on her tour in Oklahoma City. Decked out in a purple dress and strumming away on her guitar, T-Swift sang a melancholy cover of their smash single “What Hurts the Most.”

“Rascal Flatts have been amazing to me, they’ve been wonderful to me,” quipped Taylor.

Lady Gaga wasn’t the only singer rocking the stage at former President Bill Clinton‘s 65th birthday bash/charity fundraising event, A Decade of Difference. Usher paid tribute to Joe Cocker‘s cover of The Beatles‘ “With A Little Help From My Friends.” Does the tune sound awfully familiar, TV watchers? It was also the theme song for the iconic, ’90s show, The Wonder Years!

Meanwhile, Tyra Banks joined YouTube sensation Keenan Cahill at his Chicago home for a hilarious yet touching lip-sync and dance performance of Peter Kaze‘s “Walk Like Tyra.” And of course no Tyra appearance could go without some “smizing!”

And from one American Idol winner to another, Kelly Clarkson did a chilling rendition of Carrie Underwood’s “I Know You Won’t” during her L.A. concert at the Troubadour on Wednesday. Accompanied by a piano and cello, Kelly’s emotional version is certainly goosebump-inducing.

Mix master David Guetta and Usher are set to release the official video for their musical collaboration “Without You” this Friday, but Celebuzz has a first look with a super sweet behind-the-scenes!

“The concept is that every continent is going back together,” David explains. “It’s like one big party, and there are no more different continents.”

*Nerd Note: The concept is based of off Pangaea, a hypothesized supercontinent that existed 250 million years ago before the continents separated.

In this new world the video imagines, “We’re all together,” he says. “It’s about the love and the music. That’s what the video is and that’s what the record is.”

Usher describes the video seeks to illustrate those moments when you’re “so happy but you’re crying at the same time.”

Natch, the R&B sensation busts out with some of his signature moves on set. We’ve gotta say he’s never looked or sounded better!

But if you’re waiting to hear Usher croon a few lyrics in Spanish, don’t hold your breath. Mr. Raymond holds his own singing in English, while his Dominican counterpart sings his verses in Spanish.

“Promise” is the second single off of the Romeo’s first solo album Formula Vol. 1 due out on Nov. 8 — and this isn’t the first time the 30-year-old New York native has collaborated with an English-speaking artist. As part of the group Aventura, Romeo has collaborated with Hip Hop heavyweights Akon and Wyclef Jean. 

His first solo effort will also feature appearances from Lil’ Wayne and Pitbull! Romeo’s first single “You” even starred Sopranos alum Jamie Lynn Siegler!

SelGo got in the spirit wearing a Falcons jersey and she may have been their good luck charm. The NFL team beat the Philadelphia Eagles 35-31. The Biebs was tweeting back and forth with funnyman Kevin Hart who was routing for the Eagles. He tweeted:

“Great game. falcons won…we now dont have to be scared of @carinmb.”

Biebs added to Kevin:

“@KevinHart4real your pet eagle “wings” has got to be #pessst right about now.”

Biebs and SelGo were in the southern state of Georgia for a benefit for his vocal coach Jan Smith.

Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely chilled in the stroller as fans and paparazzi snapped photos of the trio. Of course, they were all under the watchful eye of Usher’s bodyguard as they strolled around the SoHo neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.

Back in May, the adorable tots joined their dad onstage during his OMG Tour stop in Orlando, Florida — in honor of national Take Your Child to Work Day. The boys danced around the stage as the crowd went wild. Guess we might have a few new superstars on the way!

While we’ve certainly seen her in form-fitting dresses and bikinis, would the Royal Family approve of her posing in sexy panties? 

“I don’t think there’s a more beautiful, more stunning, more talked-about woman in the world at the moment,” the R&B mogul told Britain’s Look magazine (per PopEater). ”I’m going to be approaching her in the next few weeks and setting up a meeting this summer.”

He says the reason he is seeking her out is because of her sudden international fame, thanks to stunning entrance at her sister Kate Middleton‘s wedding to Prince William. Most recently, the attention has shifted to her dating life. Rumors started spreading that she’d broken up with boyfriend Alex Loudon. Almost as soon as those reports hit, speculation started up that she and her old flame George Percy might be getting back together.

A class act, she’s has made no comment on her personal life. 

“The great thing about [Pippa] is that she would be a global brand,” Usher added. “Everybody knows her now, she would be perfect.”

Justin, 17, hung out with Jaden Smith, 12, on the roof of the venue where they played…beer pong?

Nope, sources assure Celebuzz it was played with water. How cute!

Jaden, in a black tee, joined Justin, sporting a leather jacket, onstage to perform for Scooter. Bieber of course sang Baby, before announcing special guest MC Hammer.

The crowd, including Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, danced to “Hammer Time” before a sexy looking Adam Levine took the stage to perform. The girls, who were both out separately with girlfriends, also enjoyed when Usher came on stage to wow with some of his greatest hits. Guests were treated with Crumbs cupcakes, snacks from Sensible Portions, Pinkberry and a video game lounge from EA Sports.

He ran up from the crowd looking delicious in jeans and a white cut-off tee, performing some of Maroon 5‘s best tunes.

Sounds like such a fun night! Happy birthday Scooter!

Usher and his wee son were taking a walk with Usher’s godfather, Ben Vereen, when li’l Usher spotted the red motorcycle parked on the sidewalk. Usher Jr. quickly reached out to touch the motorcycle while his dad looked on and smiled. Loving motorcycles runs in Usher Jr.’s genes – his daddy owns several motorcycles.

The trio were in West Hollywood to drop by Real Foods Daily, a vegan restaurant that is popular with celebrities like Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene.

While in Orlando, FL, the twins joined Usher on stage for a song, coincidentally on “Take Your Child to Work Day.” According to reports, Usher told the crowd: 

“Life can weigh you down, but children pump blood back into your heart. Their innocence gives you a reason to be open-minded, and they reignite your love for life. … My life isn’t the typical one, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be a traditional father, in my own way. My tradition is loving, being available for my kids. I didn’t have that from my father, so having it will give them greater potential.”

Usher divorced the boys’ mother Tameka Foster in 2009.

The performance started with a 2007 home video of Bieber performing for his mentor, Usher, and then panned to Usher talking to Bieber who wass seated on a stool with an acoustic guitar. Bieber launches into a few lines of “Baby” but then kicked off a high-octane version of “Never Say Never” with a huge group of drum-beating ninjas.

Jaden’s parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, were both in the audience and watched on as their young son performed with two of the biggest music stars in the world. Both Will and Jada’s faces looked like they were hurting from smiling so much. Cute!

Later, Usher took over the stage to sing his hit, “OMG,” with a group of galactic back-up dancers.
