Ever since Renee Graziano got out of rehab last November, she’s been on a path to self-discovery. But if she had it her way, she’d check herself back in on a weekly basis.

“People make fun of me because I love rehab,” the Mob Wives star told Celebuzz. “I’d go back. I would love to do a week a month because it teaches you.”

“Rehab is awesome,” she continued. “I got to sit there with kids, 18-year-olds, men and women in their forties, fifties and sixties, and I got to learn that we’re all the same. For me, it was extremely educational, and I learned that I’m extremely insecure, unfortunately.”

Graziano, 37, says she’s not your typical addict.

“I’m a depression addict, not a drug addict. I don’t do drugs to get high. I did drugs to not feel anything,” she said. “I’m a domestic violence survivor, a date rape survivor. So I’ve been through way more than people even know. Medication became the best way for me to handle it.”

“It’s a battle,” she continued, adding that the recent death of a friend nearly caused her to relapse. “There are days where I wanna pop Xanax and sleep and wake up and everything is okay. I don’t count days because I feel it puts too much pressure on me.”

But Graziano says she’s ready to wipe the slate clean. She says her relationship with her son AJ is on the mend, her Mob Candy shoe line is in full-swing and she’s forgiven co-star Carla Facciolo for calling her a junkie in Mob Wives’ Season 3 premiere. Best of all, she’s ready to cleanse her soul…literally.

“I’m getting baptized,” Graziano said. “I wanna wash myself. God is so forgiving that if you just realize what you did wrong and you ask for forgiveness. It’s to literally ask God to start over.”

But a new beginning doesn’t mean walking down the aisle again.

“I don’t want a husband — I just want a friend I like, because that’s important,” she said. “I want butterflies. I wanna show someone off. I’m very blessed right now. I’ve been approached by so many young kids that want to talk about getting out of gangs or not doing drugs, and I’m just so overwhelmed. It’s very important that I pay it forward. I’m just appreciating my life, finally.”

The last movie I cried during was… Oz The Great and Powerful. [Spoiler Alert!] For some reason, I thought Oz would find the pieces to the cute little china girl’s family, glue them back together and make her wish come true! Sooo, you can imagine my despair when he told her he couldn’t bring them back. I was gone!

My worst celebrity encounter was with… No one! The people I’ve worked with or even interviewed have been great so far. Everyone has a bad day though, so I’m not expecting it to always be like that.

The worst movie I ever acted in was… Yikes! This pilot/film project called Breakin’ Thru. I was a breakdancer! Need I say more? Aww, I feel bad, because it was so fun to do and everyone was super nice but the “edited” version was just awful. I mean, bad. The bright side?!? Now, I can do a mean up-rock!

My go-to movie snack is… Hands down, 100 percent, I’m craving some right now — kettle corn!

The first CD I ever bought was… Alanis Morissette’s, Jagged Little Pill. My childhood friend Nicole and I would straight up act all the songs out. That brings back so many great memories!

My most-played song on iTunes is… That’s hard! It changes. Anything J-Lo probably. Yep!

The last time I got drunk was… My birthday! I can count the times I’ve been drunk on one hand, but the last time was definitely my last birthday. I had so much fun!

My go-to karaoke song is… Anything Alanis (lol, go figure!) OR anything Selena or J-Lo!

In high school, I was… Starting to feel more comfortable in my skin. It’s hard in middle school, because you’re either cool, or not. My friend Karina and I were like the “uncool” kids in the “cool” group. Does that make any sense? In high school, we felt like we had a fresh start and we were happy because high school boys were way cuter anyway!

The one part I auditioned for that I wish I had gotten was… For this indie movie where I would’ve played a troubled girl who was in jail for all kinds of different things. A long story short, a role I really wanted to dive into.

My biggest guilty pleasure is… Kettle corn and chilled moscato!

My biggest celebrity pet-peeve is… “Celebrities” who are famous for things that have absolutely nothing to do with talent or even anything positive.

The last time I got into trouble was… when I test drove an Audi TT convertible. Now, it’s like I need it in my life! Trouble!

Right now, I’m obsessed with… Kashi Almond Flax Cereal with Almond milk. It’s soooo good!

I hate it when the paparazzi… Invade celebrities personal space. It’s terrible when they cross that line, especially if it’s around their families/kids. A lot of the time, it’s just too much.

When I pig out, I eat… Probably pizza! I don’t eat it often, but if I’m craving something “bad” that I want to “pig out” on, it’s usually pizza.

The last time I yelled was… During our promo shoot for VH1′s Hit the Floor. I felt that pure, so in the moment, little kid excited!

The last person I kissed was… My husband. Awww.

My morning routine involves… Breakfast. Always. Some people don’t eat breakfast, but I look forward to it!

Reality TV nearly destroyed their marriage, so can reality TV help save it?

This season on Vh1′s Couples Therapy, Alex McCord and her husband Simon van Kempen, former stars of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City, have struggled to fix their broken marriage. However, one has to wonder if the constant presence on cameras and television producers  led to McCord and Van Kempen’s marital woes.

When it comes to reality television breakups, perhaps no couple knows the perils of “reality” more than McCord and Van Kempen. When Celebuzz asked the couple to share their reality TV lessons, McCord replied, “As far as what not to do on reality TV… don’t let anyone put words in your mouth. Ever.”

“They’re being put there for a reason, to drive a particular storyline,” she continued. “And if it’s not true for you – it’s not something you feel or think – don’t allow yourself to be convinced by somebody wearing a headset.”

Van Kempen added, “To be fair, there were things we agreed to do during Season 1 [of Real Housewives of New York City], that you say, ‘Hold on, these are the professionals.’ You want the show to be a success. Otherwise, why are you doing it?… I could have said no, but you’re there, and you’re green.”

The pair’s eagerness to please producers played out during three seasons of Real Housewives of New York City, adding tension to their already fragile marriage. However, for some, the decision to do reality TV can do more than hurt personal relationships – it can also ruin careers.

“Don’t take it too seriously,” he said. “But don’t do reality TV unless you have a career or a job that isn’t going to be compromised by it.”

McCord agreed, adding, “Unless you have your own business, or you only ever want to have a career in the entertainment industry, don’t do it… If you’re in a career that does not welcome public life, then don’t put your life in the public.”

“That’s a big risk,” Van Kempen concluded. “Whether we should have or not, the jury is still out.”

And Celebuzz has an exclusive sneak peek at a flashback of one of its honorees, Amanda Bynes.

“I think a lot of people have a hard time staying grounded, because they forget so easily where they came from and forget so easily that they’re normal, a normal person,” A young Bynes, now 26-years-old, says of celebrity.

Bynes, who starred in Nickelodeon’s Figure It Out and All That also had her own comedy sketch show from 1999-2002. She then made her way onto the big screen and made a splash in 2003’s What a Girl Wants with Colin Firth.

Lately, Bynes has been embroiled in ongoing trials for several vehicle-related charges. But, we prefer to remember her when she was unable to get behind the wheel.

The highly anticipated midseason CW show, The Carrie Diaries, finally has its premiere date. The show will make its debut on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at 8 PM. The Carrie Diaries is a prequel of sorts to HBO’s Sex and the City and features a 1980s Carrie Bradshaw and the first love of her life: Manhattan. Fellow CW show 90210 will move to 9 PM when the freshman series premieres. [The CW]

VH1’s Divas is having a dance party hosted by Adam Lambert. The franchise will pay tribute to Whitney Houston and Donna Summer with performances from Ciara, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Jordin Sparks. The show will air live on Sunday, Dec. 16 at 9 PM. [VH1]

Next week’s episode of The CW’s Gossip Girl will feature Frank Ocean heavily. No, not the man himself but his music. The episode, “Monstrous Ball,” will exclusively include five of the rapper’s songs. This is the first time an episode of the drama has featured only one artist on its soundtrack for an episode. Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s give it up for The CW’s Arrow. The superhero drama saw a 30 percent increase in ratings Wednesday night with 3.7 million viewers, bringing the show back to tie its premiere rating in the ad-coveted 18-49 demographic. NBC’s Chicago Fire also saw a big jump of 44 percent thanks in large part to its lead in of The Voice. Speaking of The Voice, the show handily beat FOX’s The X Factor with 10.4 and 6.9 million viewers respectively. [EW]

Laura Govan is no stranger to drama, so it seems only fitting that she also lost weight in dramatic style.

At her heaviest, the Basketball Wives: L.A. star — fiancee of Memphis Grizzlies baller Gilbert Arenas – weighed in at 225 pounds. But she was determined to get back to a thinner version of herself.

“This is who I’ve always known,” Govan told Celebuzz in an exclusive video interview.

“I’ve only known the 225-pound pregnant Laura for five years. I was 117 pounds, I was tiny… my first daughter six years ago I gained 100 pounds.”

How did she gain that much weight?

Just like other pregnant celebrities who’ve confessed to over-doing it with their eating habits, including singer and television host Jessica Simpson, Govan was no exception.

“It definitely came from eating,” she confessed to Celebuzz. “I was averaging about two cakes a week.”

Govan — who has four children with on-again, off-again fiancée Arenas — decided to lose the pounds when she realized every inch of her body was getting bigger.

She admitted: “I was 224 pounds with my fourth baby… I [even] had weight in my ears, I was chubby in the lobes and I said ‘I can’t do this anymore.’ I started working out. I had to change my mind. You just have to really not be lazy and stay dedicated.”

Govan said she even put photos of herself around the house as a reminder – and motivation – to shed the weight.

“I took photos of me at 224 pounds, I placed them in my pantry because I’m a snacker, in my car, on my phone, in the refrigerator, on my phone, on the stove. I had to remind myself that this is where I was and this is where I want to be. I worked my a** off.”

So how did the busy mom do it?

“The difficult part was the timing, I didn’t have much time,” Govan admitted. “I had to figure out when and where I could work out — in the morning before they [my kids] got up and at night when they went down…and in between I’d work out with them at soccer practice. I was running up and down the court.”

Govan and her NBA player fiancée have been together for 12 years – but don’t expect her dramatic weight loss to spark wedding planning — or dress fittings — anytime soon.

“When the time is right,” she said, revealing that her wedding would cost millions.

“We’re not in a hurry to spend $2 million…because that’s what my price range is,” Govan said. “My ring is worth a million so I have to double it for a wedding!”

The buff heartthrob greeted a swarm on female fans outside the “Do Something” Awards in LA. Looking at the huge grins on those girls’ faces we bet that Kellan made a good impression on his fans.

The young star looked handsome in a light gray suit and white button-down shirt. Kellan looked a little pale since he is avoiding the sun to get that vampire pallor for when he starts filming Breaking Dawn in the fall. Pale or not, he still looks great!

After hanging out with his legion of admirers Kellan went home, presumably to be with his girlfriend, 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord.

Well, it looks like Tila Tequila is finally going to get the help that she needs.

The reality star and media mogul has signed up for next season of Celebrity Rehab, ensuring another season of drama, tears, and breakthroughs with Dr. Drew.

Tila is reportedly the first star to sign up for this season, after stars like Charlie Sheen, Jenna Jameson, Heather Locklear and even hot mess Lindsay Lohan turned down a chance to go on the show.

We don’t know exactly what specific addiction Tila will be treated for, but we bet she will be more than willing to bring the drama once the show starts shooting.

One question: who is going to man Tila’s gossip blog while she is away at rehab?

The first promo for Jessica Simpson‘s new VH1 show The Price of Beauty has been released, and it’s all pretty much just like we expected. It’s the same, kooky ol’ Jess that we fell in love with on her old show The Newlyweds, except she’s out of her natural environment. Which is just a recipe for good TV. And this show just maybe might teach us superficial Americans a thing or two about real beauty! Maybe.

VH1 Soul threw down the third annual Black Girls Rock! Awards at New York’s Lincoln Center Sunday.

The event honors exceptional women of color for their outstanding achievements and distinguishing career marks.  The industry’s most accomplished icons are feted alongside lesser known women who are distinguished in their particular fields.

One such honoree was model and wife of David Bowie, Iman.

Pictured here are “Bag Lady” singer Erykah Badu and British “American Boy” diva Estelle, who took home the “Who Got Next?” award.

Also in attendance were Faith Evans and possible future Lindsay Lohan brother-in-law Mark Ronson.

The snarling runner-up from the second season of the Brett Michaels reality dating series Rock of Love has reason to look annoyed. Not only was Daisy de la Hoya kicked to the curb in favor of Ambre Lake, she’s now being accused of stealing the style of Muppet Janis from Electric Mayhem.

Daisy has probably had more hands rammed up inside her than Janis the puppet. But to be fair, Janis was being paid to take it.
