With Breaking Dawn — Part 2 grossing $341 million in its worldwide debut, it’s only a matter of time before Summit finds a way to continue their billion-dollar franchise.

But what form will it take – A new film series? A TV spin-off? Both? Celebuzz weighs in…

The world of Twilight has plenty of characters and drama to mine for another series of films or television show.

The trick is knowing which characters are worth hinging the franchise’s future on. Here are 5 possible story directions – in both the TV and film space – that Celebuzz would like to see Twilight take on.

Yep, that’s Dakota Fanning!

In this brand new still from the highly anticipated Twilight sequel New Moon, we see Dakota as Jane, the evil Volturi Vampire that will surely have you cringing in your seat.

Sources on the set in Italy described her as ” a textbook Little Red Riding Hood — albeit one with blood-red eyes and a steely eeriness about her.”

And, apparently, “her ability to convey unadulterated malice” is so convincing, you’ll never think of Dakota the same way again!

The Volturi have arrived!

Dakota Fanning, who plays the angelic but deadly Jane in the upcoming New Moon film, has landed in Vancouver to film her part in the Twilight sequel.

The teenager arrived on Tuesday afternoon, signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans like the pro she is. She then took in the Vancouver culture by doing some sightseeing and trying out the local cuisine.

Other members of the Volturi, Michael Sheen (Aro) and Jamie Campbell-Bower (Caius) arrived in Canada a few hours prior to Dakota and were fitted for costumes on the set.

After filming ends in Canada, the whole gang will head to Italy with Robert Pattinson to wrap things up later this month.

We’re so excited to see what they’re going to look like!
