Drew Barrymore is coming up on her first anniversary as a married woman and what is she doing to celebrate? She’s saying goodbye to the gorgeous piece of property where she said her “I dos.”

Barrymore and her hubby of nearly a year Will Kopelman are selling their stunning Montecito, Calif. estate and ready to make new memories in a new abode with their 7-month-old baby girl Olive.

Barrymore bought the pricey pad for $5.705 million and has listed it for $7.5 million (and a sizeable profit).

The traditional two-story home built in 1937 sits on two acres of private grounds complete with a walking path, lush green gardens, and citrus and avocado trees.

Inside, the new owner will cozy up in front of the five fireplaces in the classically decorated six bedrooms with 7.5 baths and separate guest courters.

That’s amore.

The New York Knicks may have lost Friday’s game to Chicago Bulls, but that didn’t stop Drew Barrymore from enjoying a night out with her husband Will Kopelman.

The couple, who took in the game courtside at Madison Square Garden, packed on plenty of PDA for cameras and fellow patrons to catch.

Barrymore looked radiant in a black blouse, floral print pants and boots, while her hubby kept warm in a cream sweater and jeans.

Earlier in the day, the 37-year-old actress and Kopelman were spotted touching down in New York’s John F. Kennedy airport, with their little bundle of joy, Olive, in tow.

“It’s the coolest moment of my life,” Barrymore gushed to PEOPLE of her little girl in December.

“I really wanted a wonderful traditional home for my kid . . . Will comes from a strong family, he provides a strong family . . . it just makes me so emotional because it’s like a miracle.”

Barrymore and Kopelman, who met in early 2011, tied the knot last June in Montecito, Calif.

Parting ways after five wedded years, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes — long labeled Tomkat — reached a surprisingly speedy divorce settlement after just 11 days in July, with the actress receiving primary custody of the couple’s six-year-old daughter, Suri.

But not all of Hollywood’s bitter breakups stuck. Back in July, Kristen Stewart was infamously snapped smooching her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, seemingly ruining her three-year relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. Drew Barrymore is a mom!

The Charlie’s Angels actress and husband Will Kopelman welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Sept. 26. What did the proud parents name their baby girl? Olive Barrymore Kopelman.

There’s no word on what special significance the sweet moniker might have to the couple. But Olive might spark something in serious Barrymore fans who recall the actress voiced the title character in the 1999 holiday special, Olive the Other Reindeer.

But were there other names on the table?

After the couple — who tied the knot in a Jewish ceremony in July — announced the birth of their baby girl, Rolling Stone took to Twitter to remind the world about a moniker Barrymore once mused over.  “Drew Barrymore just named her new baby girl Olive, but in 1995, she told us she’d name her daughter Ruby Daffodil,” the music mag wrote.

Either way, the couple now joins a long lineage of stars naming their offspring after food. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin famously picked the forbidden fruit Apple as the moniker for their daughter. Claudia Schiffer followed in their footsteps, choosing to name her daughter Clementine. And above all, Barrymore’s little one shares a bond with Isla Fischer and Sasha Baron Cohen‘s daughter, who also goes by Olive.

Welcome to the world, baby Barrymore!

Drew Barrymore gave birth to her first child with husband Will Kopelman last Wednesday in Los Angeles, her rep confirmed to Celebuzz.

“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family,” the couple told us.

The couple’s firstborn comes just months after the lovebirds tied the knot.

Barrymore and art consultant Kopelman — who began dating in 2010 and got engaged in January — said “I do” at the actress’ Montecito, Calif., estate in June.

Before the world even knew Barrymore was expecting, the Charlie’s Angels star gushed about a future of growing a brood with Kopelman during an appearance on the Tonight Show earlier this year.”We’ll start with one,” she said. “See how it goes and if we could be so blessed…that would be wonderful.”

Now it seems the family of three is planning to lie low, out of the spotlight. Said the new parents: “Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”

It’s official: Drew Barrymore is now a wife!

The Charlie’s Angels actress married art dealer Will Kopelman in a intimate ceremony surrounded by friends and family at her Montecito, Calif., home on Saturday.

Drew, 37, walked down the aisle in a gorgeous Chanel while her new husband Will, 34, reportedly wore Tom Ford to the nuptuals.

Celebrity pals Cameron Diaz, Jimmy Fallon, and Busy Philipps were in the crowd to celebrate Drew’s new marriage in a garden-inspired bash. A rabbi was also in attendance to officiate the wedding.

According to People, celebrity wedding planners Yifat Oren and and Stefanie Cove – who also famously helped Reese Witherspoon tie the knot with Hollywood agent Jim Toth in March 2011 — were responsible for the fete.

Drew and Will who wed after a 5-month engagement, are currently expecting their first child together. They have yet to announce the sex of the baby.

This is the first marriage for Kopelman and the third for Barrymore. The actress was previously married to comedian Tom Green from 2001 to 2002 and bar owner Jeremy Thomas in 1994.

Here comes the bride and bridesmaid! Still mum on becoming a new mom-to-be, Drew Barrymore was seen leaving Chanel’s Beverly Hills, Calif. store on Wednesday, May 30, alongside her longtime gal pal and Charlie’s Angels costar Cameron Diaz.

Drew, 37, is rumored to be marrying her fiance Will Kopelman this weekend, so it’s thought that this trip to Chanel was for the bride’s final wedding dress fitting.  Diaz, 39, and Drew were dressed very casually as they ran errands for the possible weekend wedding.

Meanwhile, the actress’ groom and baby’s daddy was also picking up a few things.

Will too was spotted at Chanel, leaving with a Tom Ford garment bag. Picking up a tuxedo, perhaps?

The nuptials are reportedly set for this to be held at the actress’ estate in Montecito, Calif., and we’re thinking Cameron may be a celebrity bridesmaid to her friend.

This will be the third wedding for Drew, who tied the knot with Jeremy Thomas in 1994, and then later to funny man Tom Green in 2001.

Third time’s a charm for Drew Barrymore, who got engaged to Will Kopelman over the holidays. According to Us Weekly, Kopelman, 34, popped the question in Sun Valley, Idaho while the two were vacationing together. This will be Drew’s third walk down the aisle.

According to People, the engagement ring is a 4 carat colorless diamond, which is situated on a diamond-covered band. The bling was designed by Graff Diamonds.

The actress wed bar owner Jeremy Thomas in March 1994 — only to split a month later. Then, she married comic Tom Green in July 2001, but he filed for divorce that December.

Drew and Will were recently spotted together during a romantic trip to Rome. The couple could barely keep their hands (and lips!) off each other as they spent the day taking in the sights. The two reportedly began their romance earlier this year, as they were spotted getting together in late February.
