Nick Cannon “Not Worthy” of Singing With Wife Mariah
Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey might make beautiful music together relationship-wise, but don’t expect that magic to duplicate itself in a recording studio.
When asked if he would ever collaborate on a duet with his wife, Nick Cannon says no way.
“I am not worthy of being on a Mariah Carey record,” Nick says, according to OK!. “I can’t even step into the studio with that woman. She is incredible.”
Cannon and Carey will celebrate their one year anniversary on April 30, and he says it’s been “amazing.”
“First year of marriage was amazing. I’m looking forward to the second year. It’s one of those things, it went by so fast…We’re proving people wrong! They said we wouldn’t make it,” Cannon brags.
Cannon also wants to dispel the rumors that he and Mariah are planning on children. They were photographed coming out of an office building that houses the Southern California Reproduction Center. But that’s not who they were visiting, according to Nick.
“We were walking out of the office where Will Smith‘s office is and they were like ‘They’re walking out of this clinic!’” Cannon says. “I’m like, unless Will Smith is delivering babies on the low.”
There might not be any kids on the way, but if recent house-hunting reports are to be believed, Nick and Mariah are going to have a pretty sweet crib pretty soon.
