Let's get ready to litigaaaaate!

TampaBay.com reports that the civil suit against Hulk Hogan, Linda Hogan and Nick Hogan—also known as Terry, Linda and Nick Bollea—regarding Nick's August 2007 automobile crash has been tentatively scheduled for next March.

The Bollea clan is being sued by the family of John Graziano, a former friend of Nick's who was in the car and is in a permanent vegetative state because of the accident.

In the suit, the Hulkster is being held personally responsible for owning the yellow Toyota Supra that Nick was driving; for signing Nick's driver's license when he was a minor; and for allowing Nick to drive his car on the night of the crash. Hogan's wife, Linda, is being sued for not doing enough to control her son's driving habits.

Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge W. Douglas Baird announced on Monday that he has cleared his calendar for three weeks in March 2010 to hear the case, should the Bolleas and the Grazianos not reach a settlement before then.

No word on the exact amount that the Grazianos are suing for, but it's generally believed to be in the millions, according to Bay News 9.

"We're sure it's going to be in the millions, because we already have bills that exceed a million," George Tragos, the Grazianos' attorney, says. Tragos adds that the Grazianos will need the money to treat John for the rest of his life.

Nick Hogan served about five months of an eight-month sentence for reckless driving in a Florida jail last year, before being released early for good behavior.
