In case you wondered what it was about Nicole Kidman that drove her husband, Keith Urban, into rehab less than half a year into their marriage, Parade magazine has some clues.

Apparently the Academy Award-winning actress is given to a bit of dramatizing.

She tells the magazine, "We had to bare our souls. We did 10 years of marriage in three months. You go to hell and back with this—when the addiction takes control of the life, it's terrifying."

No, really, Nicole.  Watching an Australian country singer slur his words and stumble around for nine weeks is scarier than waking up next to this guy for years on end?

Hopefully, porcelain-skin Kidman will dial back on laying any heavy trips on new baby Sunday Rose.

Or maybe not. This is how Nicole describes her attitude adjustment since the birth of her child: "My relationship with death used to be far more ambivalent, I think, and now it's very much about staying in the world."

Well, it's not like Sunday Rose won't have someone in Hollywood to commiserate with.
