Sure, you've enjoyed watching Nicole Richie's antics on The Simple Life, looking for her blazing red-carpet looks, and can't resist a good shot of a Sunday with Harlow.

Nicole is one fascinating lady to keep an eye on.

But what's it like actually working with Joel Madden's main squeeze?

"Effortless," says Pascal Mouawad, Richie's partner in her contemporary fashion jewel line House of Harlow 1960.

"She's a style icon, and the line is very much her," Mouawad tells Celebuzz.

No kidding.

Featuring cuffs, bracelets and cocktail rings, the collection evokes the glamorous but ethereal look that 27-year-old Richie has become celebrated for.

"We did a great job at designing something that was super fashion forward and very affordable," Mouawad says of the collection, which retails for $30-$150, available at Kitson.

And there's more on the way. Mouawad and Richie plan to do three full releases. The maiden voyage is already sold out, but two more groups are to follow in Spring and Fall of 2009.

"Right now we're just focusing on fashion pieces, but we could potentially design something on the high end," Mouawad said.

And why not? It's no secret how Nicole feels about diamonds.
