While Joel Madden does his part to spread good will around the world, his baby mama Nicole Richie is apparently intent on destroying it.

According to TMZ.com, the spindly-yet-feisty former Simple Life star got into it with another woman in front of the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas early Monday morning, in a dispute over a taxi.

During the dust-up, which occurred at about 1 a.m., Richie reportedly became so disorderly that she had to be escorted from the property.

Earlier in the evening, the Babytalk magazine Golden Pacifier award recipient was spotted living it up at the Hard Rock's Wasted Space club with members of Good Charlotte and motocross sensation/former Pink husband Carey Hart.

A rep for Richie was quick to deny the report, but come on. Five months of constant mommying and court-mandated safe-driving lessons will make a gal cranky.
