Sure, summer in the Valley can be brutal, Nicole Richie, but one wrong move in those shorts, and you'll have a scandal on your hands—or somewhere on your body.

Your fashion sense has gone from bad, girl, to...well, baaaaaad girl.

The Simple Life alum was heading for a yoga class in Woodland Hills yesterday and not, contrary to what these pictures might suggest, exiting a meeting with a "client."

Doing yoga in those shorts would be a pretty risky—and risqué—move.

What's with all the hooker shorts lately? Maybe it's because she's the right age, but Nicole does wear them well.
