When will this story end?

TMZ is reporting that the D.A. will not file charges against Joe Francis, Brody Jenner or Jayde Nicole in regards to the alleged fight that went down last month at West Hollywood club Guys and Dolls.

In the report, the D.A. supports Joe's claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde "appears to have acted without immediate provocation."

Additionally, the report states that "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects.

Although the D.A. has closed the case, Francis announced yesterday that he has launched a lawsuit against Brody and Jayde, in which he claims Jayde threatened to kill him.

Jayde is also suing him for $1 million in punitive damages.

And so it continues...
