Miley Cyrus' sister and her best bud, Emily Reaves, are back with another riveting installment of The Noie & Ems Show. This time, the budding media superstars are singing the praises—literally—of the Primp clothing line.

And being the loyal youngest sibling of a show-biz family, Noah also wears a shirt advertising the band Metro Station, which features her brother Trace Cyrus.
