It's official: Nadya "I'm not a celebrity" Suleman—also known as Octomom—has scored a TV series and is becoming a brand unto herself.

Life & Style reports that, as predicted last week, Suleman has inked a deal to star in a TV show with her 14 children.

Just don't use the "R" word to describe it.

"I'm going to be doing a show, but it's not a reality show," Suleman tells the mag. "What I'm doing with this TV show is basically creating documentaries about the lives of my children. It's going to be an ongoing thing, and it will follow them from now until they are 18. It's being done by Eyeworks; they're in the UK. It will air in the UK and then we'll see if the US is interested."

Suleman also theorizes that, while the show will chronicle the next 18 years of her kids' lives, it somehow won't infringe on their privacy.

"The producers will come here to film six times a year," Suleman offers. "They'll come by and take some footage and then they'll go. They won't be invading my life or my children's lives."

Of course not. They'll just be broadcasting them on national and perhaps international airwaves.

In preparation for her newfound, if reluctant, fame, Suleman is even trademarking her tabloid nickname.

According to the Smoking Gun, she filed two applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Friday, noting that she wants to use the name "Octomom" for products such as dresses, pants, clothing and diapers.

Hopefully she filed an application to trademark the nickname "World's Biggest Joke" while she was at it. That one will probably be getting a lot of use as well.
