Lady Gaga donned a bizarre donut shaped hairpiece as she appeared on Japanese TV today. The wacky singer appeared on Fuji TV's Waratte Iitomo to promote her new album in the Far East. Ironically the name of the show translates as "It's okay to laugh!"
