Paris Hilton, you've truly outdone yourself.

Not many people thought you could make a lousier movie than The Hottie & the Nottie. But as so often happens, the world has underestimated your abilities.

Hilton's latest theatrical endeavor, Repo! The Genetic Opera—in which she has a small role—is due for release in August. Whether it will be screened in theaters or just select insane asylums remains to be seen.

Directed by the guy who helmed the Saw flicks, it's the story of a biotech firm that launches an organ-leasing program. Oh, and it's a musical.

Check out the blood-soaked, corset-bound, pitch-challenged trailer below. Think Sweeney Todd but conceived by a six-year-old who's been raised exclusively on lead-paint chips.

On the plus side, Justin Guarini and Kelly Clarkson can breathe a sigh of relief, as From Justin to Kelly will soon lose its status as the worst. Musical. Ever.

As much as I hate to be nice about Paris Hilton in a post, you can't knock her for this. I even avoided all the obvious Paris/hospital/disease quips. She used to be so reliable and now she has gone all kind and generous. Come back Britney and Lindsay, all is forgiven.
