The 1980 movie 9 to 5 is coming to the stage in musical form this fall. Dolly Parton—who played the lead in the film—was on hand as the play’s cast members met the public at the New 42nd Street Studios in New York.

This time out, Allison Janney (The West Wing), Megan Hilty and Stephanie J. Block will play three oppressed office workers who scheme to overthrow their “sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot” boss.

Dolly couldn’t help but stop by and lend her star power. She’s sweet that way. Also, she wrote the new songs for the show. So she has that going for her.

Pam Anderson and Jessica Simpson can only feast on the organs of newborns do a ton of exercise in hopes of looking so amazing when they turn 62. Like Dolly did in January.
