Grey's Anatomy's very own Dr. McDreamy and Versace face, Patrick Dempsey, took his vintage Jaguar sports car for a spin Monday in L.A.

Just Jared reports that Dempsey shopped at Barney's New York and Niketown. And that he was spotted breaking the law by talking on his cell phone without a hands-free earpiece. Eyewitnesses snitch that McDreamy slyly dropped the cell when he saw the photogs.

Dempsey collects cars, and he was spotted at a Jaguar dealership in May.

Could he have purchased this beauty back then?

Also, he did his part to spread the Jaguar bug when he filmed Made of Honor.

His character in the film drove a 1971 Jaguar XK-E V12 Series III.

One thing's for sure, he obviously doesn't want any riffraff approaching his beautiful automobile.
