Paula Abdul Finally Lands a Job
Rejoice; the job market appears to be on the rebound!
At least as far as Paula Abdul is concerned.
After potential gigs with Ugly Betty and Dancing With the Stars fell through, Abdul—who recently abdicated her post as an American Idol judge—has landed a hosting gig on the recently resurrected concert program VH1 Divas.
“Hi guys! im really excited 2 announce ill b hosting this year’s Vh1 Divas!” Abdul tweeted late Monday. “The show will be live on Sept 17th @ 9 pm EST.”
This year’s Divas concert will include performances by Adele, American Idol fave Kelly Clarkson, British songbird Leona Lewis and, um, Miley Cyrus.
Congratulations, Paula! Break a leg out there!

Actually she made only 10 million- she WANTED 45 million- but the producers would not give it to her. But 10 million is still a large amount of money- I think that it is great that she is going a completely different path in her career now.
