Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley looks smokin' hot on the latest cover of Mens Health Magazine.

In the article, the actor opens up on his low-key relationship with GG co-star Blake Lively. To him, mixing work with pleasure sometimes isn't the smartest thing to do—but they have figured out how to make it work!

He admits,

"Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move. But it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing."
