Sorry, John Mayer, but Pete Wentz has to get back to his real wife now.

The Fall Out Boy bassist revealed to People that his and Ashlee Simpson‘s little bundle of emo sad-joy is about to enter the world, and Pete’s on call permanently for when it happens.

“It could happen at any point,” Pete said of his wife. “I think she wants to just be not pregnant anymore… It’s a struggle to go up and down the stairs. Going out in public is insane.”

For her or you, Pete?

As for what Ashlee and her hubby will be naming their upcoming addition, Wentz said, “My friend said it—you’ve gotta have a baby with a name that could be a rock star or a senator, so he’ll get work either way.”

Well, you could always kill two birds with one stone, Pete, and name the kid Paris Hilton.
