On her Twitter page she says she has a "new do," so I guess it's a dye job. I'm not super fond of it, but I'm sure it'll grow on me eventually.

Britney looks amazingly hot with this Brown hair whether its pink or her Blonde she looks Fierce. I love Britney and she knows how to pull off anything

I am not impressed- I would be flat out lying if I said otherwise. I think that the dark color makes me think of the time when her life was out of control. It is easy to associate certain "looks" with events.
