Britney Spears released her hot, new single "3" yesterday. So how did she celebrate?

Shopping, of course!

The singer, who just completed the second leg of her North American Circus tour, wore a white maxi-dress as she spent some of her hard-earned cash at Planet Blue Kids in Malibu and Target in Calabasas.
