With Facebook and other internet sites, you really need to be aware that what you do can always show up later and bite you. Maybe now she is a decent young lady, but her past is available for all to see. Most of us have done things that we would never want to be made public after we have changed, matured, dating, etc. I hope that these things she has done are in the past and are not things that she has done recently. Jon should be careful, but he is a man after all, and they don’t always think with their brains.
