UPDATE: According to several reports, the Pirate Babe in question is not actually Julianne Hough, but her sister Marabeth. Julianne is, apparently, the gal in the skintight black number.

Let's not split hairs and instead celebrate a pair of hot sisters reveling in the Halloween spirit, shall we? Let's celebrate the spirit of the season as our Founding Fathers would have wanted it.

The Dancing With the Stars pro hoofer showed up at Hollywood watering hole Voyeur—which was apparently quite the happening place on Thursday—spreading the Halloween spirit in her sexy pirate costume.

Granted, she might not be the absolute sexiest pirate we've ever seen, but she's definitely in the Top 5.

literally poor marabeth...in one week she's been called derek's "new girlfriend" and julianne...why can't reporters get it straight that julianne dyed her hair darker when everyone knows it?? seriously its such an obvious mistake
