PHOTO GALLERY: Rihanna's Peek-a-Boo Gown

on Nov. 10, 2009 05:00 PM / 8 Comments

Rihanna may be ditching her bad-girl edge to embrace a more sophisticated and elegant style. After donning a seriously chic Stephane Roland creation earlier in the evening for Glamour's Women of the Year Awards, she slipped into this opulent chiffon number by Jasmine di Milo to remain in-line with the refined vibe as she returned to her New York hotel on Monday.

However, the fashionista maintains a bit of her sassy image with a racy, waist-high slit, her permanently exposed hand-ink and nude platform pumps (word of advice: maybe choose a more delicate shoe next time, to complement the ease of the gown).

All in all, the sheer underlay presents a fresh perspective to the Grecian-inspired dress, and she still receives the stamp of approval. The best part? Zoom in on the baubles she's rocking on her right hand. Pretty fierce!

Someone PLEASE tell me what is the fascination with this person. She had one very irritating "hit" and she hooked up with a misogynous douche bag who beat the crap out of her. Is that all it takes to be this damn famous?
