Whitney Port, in a bikini? You don't say!

The star of The City beat the heat in Miami on Monday by donning a skimpy two-piece and taking a dip in her hotel's pool. Port's black-and-white bikini definitely seemed like a major improvement over her unfortunate choice of swimwear on Sunday.
