The strength and conditioning program consists of short yet intense workouts that demand all-out physical exertion. Combining cardio, free weight and bodyweight exercises with short rest intervals, CrossFit helps optimize time spent at the gym. “I have to tell you, as a fairly new mom, the idea of being able to do a 7 to 30 minute workout and know it’s enough is pretty amazing," Patton said of the workout in a recent interview with Access Hollywood.
