Nicole Richie is looking healthier than ever these days thanks to celeb trainer Tracy Anderson. The 30 year old mompreneur hits the gym two hours a day, four days a week to practice a customized fitness program that challenges the body's small muscle groups with resistance and balance. "You're sore in places you didn't even realize existed," Richie, who recently appeared on QVC alongside Anderson, said of the workout. "You feel like, 'wow I've really worked out every muscle in my body'."
