As host of the popular show So You Think You Can Dance, Cat Deeley knows the importance of keeping fit. "My secret to beach-body confidence is yoga, moderation and above all, death walks [long hikes in the Hollywood hills]," Deeley told Self magazine. The 35 year old star recently began conditioning her core with a patented TransCoremation workout from trainer Joshua Lipsey. The moves burn calories and tone the tummy by working the obliques and the deeper muscles that wrap around the trunk. "The ab work out was tough," Deeley tweeted after her first work out with Lipsey, "no pain, no gain!!!"
