As the host of NBC's The Biggest Loser, Alison Sweeney knows how important it is to stay in shape. The star regularly cycles, practices yoga and recently added circuit-style strength workouts into her fitness regime to increase endurance. In addition to front aqua's, tricep push-ups and dead lift exercises, Sweeney also focuses on healthy eating. “Sometimes I find myself trapped with nothing nutritious to eat on set," the host recently said in SHAPE magazine. "That's why I always bring a Yoplait Light blueberry yogurt, a big bag of sliced red peppers and trail mix with me."
