For Jessica Alba, the key to a shapely figure is consistency. "Jessica is very focused, so no matter what I give her she is able to give the workouts 100 percent of her attention - even when we trained daily at 6 am before a 16-hour shoot day," star trainer Ramona Braganza tells Celebuzz. Using the 321 Training Method, Alba shaped lean muscles by following a ratio of three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one core segment. In addition, the actress remains aware of the role that food plays in keeping a great figure. "Jess will refrain from eating her heritage Mexican foods daily and instead include them in her weekly meals as a special treat or substituting ingredients to make them less caloric," Braganza says.
